A/C worked well. The door slapped shut if we didnt hold it. The bathroom door was difficult to shut. There was only one small garbage can and it was in the bathroom. I did like the wireless charging station on the night stand. The beds were noisy with every move. The staff were complaining about people checking out at the front desk. I was not happy about having to pay extra for the parking. The gym was clean. The pool had a clean area.

Only downside, not enough parking in hotel parking lot. Liked that the 2 hotels across from each other were connected, and you could go park in the other hotel parking lot. There’s also concerns about the other hotel parking lot being full.

I LIKED THE STAFF, I LIKED THE HOTEL AND PARKING AS A WHOLE. I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS IN OPERATION DURING OUR WHOLE 5 DAY STAY. AND FOR 1 DAY WE HAD NO ROOM SERVICE. THE CONCIERGE SAID THE STAFF HAD A LOT OF ROOMS TO DO. I HAD TO GO FETCH OUR OWN TOWELS AND TRASH BAGS.

We were so excited to see how nice and spacious the room was! The only complaint that we have is that we had to pay $15 a night for parking and had to make our own parking spot, and that there is no hot tub on the property. The hotel is in a great location and we would stay here again!

Front desk left unattended for an extended period of time late in the evening. Parking was a nightmare and many people left with no where to park even though they had payed earlier in the day. Evening events leave guest coming and going and a full lot and and no one at the desk to address the situation.

There was a really nice breakfast bar. They were under construction during our stay so it was a little messy inside and outside and the pool was under maintenance so we didnt get to use it. The carpet in our room was very visibly stained and the tv had 4 dots on the screen making it difficult to watch tv. The staff was very welcoming and made it easy to check in and out. We had to pay to park in their parking lot. Not sure if that is common in this town.

Stay was okay, once we got in. Had an event and tried to check in early and they didn’t have a room ready, I understood. However, check-in time is 3pm and I was told (and everyone else checking in) around 3:20 that no rooms were ready. It’s just unacceptable. Was told to wait and that they’d let me know when that was, no ETA. Ended up waiting until after 4pm after following up. Room was okay, found a toenail clipping on the floor so cleanliness and service are not their first priority. I’ve never once had this happen at another hotel amongst many stays and we were lucky we had extra time, others do not. I would not recommend this hotel and won’t stay again. I was hoping there would be some sort of refund (fully paid up-front for the room) or parking reimbursement but that didn’t happen. Disappointing

The hotel was in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. Clean facility and safe location. We stayed three nights and didn’t get cleaning service once which was a little disappointing. But when we went to go ask for fresh towels, they were very accommodating. All-in-all I would stay there again.

Room was newly painted and wish we have known the paint smell was strong. The bathroom was super dusty and the toilet would run very loudly and run endlessly sometimes until we would flush again. Staff was amazing but room was not the best.

Bottle caps on floor that would have been seen if the room had been vacuumed. Shower gel dispenser was completely empty. This would have been a basic task if the shower had been cleaned. These 2 things leave me to believe the room wasn’t cleaned. I’m not sure if there were clean sheets or if the bed was just made up. Alarmed about the cleanliness of the room.

Great rooms, very spacious and the breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately, we were on the side of the building overlooking an intersection and we didn't get any sleep. Very loud with people revving engines and peeling out. Also, homeless people were on the corner across the road. They were no issue but I wonder if that caused people in cars to be obnoxious. We would definitely stay again but request the other side of the building

Room was nice but our room was adjacent to the ballpark and the noise from the music lasting until 1 am on Friday and Saturday made it difficult to get some sleep. The breakfast only lasts until 9 am, this should be extended until 10 am at least. Doubt that I will stay there again.

Very convenient hotel for the college baseball World Series. It’s right across the street. The bed and bedding is just OK. The in-room AC is noisy. Overall, it’s a greatvalue for the money.

We began greeted by very friendly people at the desk. She comped our parking because it was our anniversary get away! The room was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the check-ins with staff! We would stay again for sure!

All staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. So refreshing! Lived up to Hampton standards in every way. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Akways sleep so well in these hotels and this one was no exception. Also, Ana in the breakfast area was a ray of sunshine and made my morning special. Thank you!
