Good quality hotel for the price. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable bed. Good breakfast with lots of different choices, and well stocked/replenished. Nice little 24-hour workout room, with lots of weights. Easy parking in big and well-lit lot. Would stay again for a Purdue visit.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Hair all over and the toilet bowl was dingy and stained. The pool is closed for the next 2 years and we paid over $170 a night.

Super dated hotel. The age and condition of the property is quite poor. Furniture in the room have long overstayed their welcome and the lobby is not at all what one would want to hang out in. More like a waiting room for the dentist. Numerous places that looked like the owners gave up a long time ago. The pool was covered (it’s summer) and clearly the pool area hadn’t been touched in a long time. Zero attempt at making it look nice even when not in use. Fitness room was sad. Basically, on move in weekend at Purdue I felt lucky because I found two rooms left online. Now I know why.

The pool wasn't available... not even close to being ready to open, none of the vending machines worked and neither did the washers in the laundry room, but we did get our money back for that. Not too quiet when we could hear the neighbors quite clearly which was a little disturbing. But the room was nice and clean.

Should have stayed somewhere else, room was dirty and smelled musty, pool was covered and unusable, outdoor area around pool had trash strewn about and just was dirty in general. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent so it gets 2 stars for that I guess. Wouldn’t stay again.

The elevator needs a little work. They need to clean the contacts in the switches or buttons. Electrical spray contact cleaner works great for jobs like that. Other than that , the INN is very nice and reasonably priced.

There was a pool there but was not set up yet. Not sure why being in the middle of summer but would have been nice to swim since it was a hot day.

The whole hotel smelled like sulfur and cigarettes. We had booked for two nights but left after one. There were people outside smoking and drinking all hours of the night and people yelling in the hallways. The mirrors were dirty and not wiped. The ironing board was broken. They gave us two pillows for a king bed. The lighting was terrible. Finally the remote control wouldn’t work to turn the sound up or down. When we notified the staff worker that we were checking out early due to these reasons she did not apologize or offer any form of compensation which was very rude in my opinion. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do not stay here!!!

It was the worst night's sleep I've had in awhile. The hotel is shabby and dank (as in, there is a lot of moisture in the air and it feels sticky and disgusting), the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, and the bedspread had cigarette burns and questionable stains on it. The a/c clunks on and off all night, with the option to freeze or sweat in the wet heat. Overall, everything was just very low quality and borderline gross.

You get what you pay for. It's nothing more but nothing less. Odor is still there but covered up. Fit and Finish was OK. The room operated well and well equited. Large Fridge . Mattress and sheets were very good. The couch was too small and very uncomfortable.

Arrived to a room that stunk of mildew that had a fabric softener sheet in the vent of the air conditioner to make it smell better. We requested a room change and they obliged. We dropped our luggage in the new room, which was much better and headed off to a dinner reservation. Upon return to the hotel, we went to get in our new room and our key wouldn’t work and people were in our room. We went to the desk and the receptionist informed us that when she changed our room, she forgot to enter it in the system after she activated our keys. It took her 10 minutes to find our luggage which she finally found in the storage room. They did upgrade us to a suite room because of our troubles, but honestly, we would’ve preferred just to go to a different hotel at that point because this one was so dirty.

Excellent quality and comfort at budget prices. I stayed there 4 nights and had no complaints. Janie at the front desk is a treasure, warm and friendly, and accommodated my requests for a quiet room and late checkout with a smile. They don't make hotel staff like her any more. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, and included a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was OK, but would be better with egg and oatmeal options. Very convenient to local dining and a quick drive to West Lafayette and Purdue. Will definitely be back.

Went to make a cancellation and they couldn’t honor it. They said Expedia had to cancel it but the hotel has to give approval for them to do so, so I am out of my money. Very displeased with how customer service is dealt with when you can barely get someone to answer the phone.

Constant harassment in the form of phone calls, emails and voicemails from the hotel staff to fill out a credit card authorization form…despite all charges being applied to and successfully billed to the credit card I used to book this stay on the Expedia App It’s almost as if they want to double charge me. Very confusing behavior Would sincerely appreciate someone from the Expedia staff reaching out to the hotel staff to let them know this has been paid! Thanks

A great place to stay as a truck driver. Plenty of truck parking and Walmart across the street with lots of options for restaurant service. Bed was very comfortable. Good tv and wifi service. 5G phone service in the area

The hotel was clean and is being renovated in some areas, the showers look recently completed. It is an older property but kept up. The neighborhood is safe and close to restaurants and shopping. My only complaint was the rate charged, we felt was excessive for that hotel.

Very small, cramped and in need of a renovation. Pool shown in photo was outdoors and unavailable. Very small breakfast room with very limited seating proportionate to the number of rooms in the hotel. The lobby was uninviting, with two small sofas with rubber seats. The sink in our room was cracked, which made it appear as though there as a long hair in it.
