Ramkota Hotel - Casper

The room was dusty and had a lot of debris in corners and nooks of the room.

The room was dirty, especially under the bathroom sink. The heater took about 5 hours to make the room comfortable, and the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Additionally, the service in the dining room was slow. However, the staff were sweet and accommodating, and the dinner was delicious; we had the Prime Rib Friday special. The hotel needed a serious update; it wasn’t modern and was crowded due to conferences. When we went to the pool, it was strange because there were people there who weren’t staying at the hotel, and they said this was how they escaped being at home. Overall, it was a slightly unusual experience.

Couldn't find my reservation at first but found it by the time I checked out. Also told us the shuttle could pick us up at the concert but when we called we were told it was too late and they couldn't.

Shuttle was nice to have especially since we went to a concert only thing that sucked was that the indoor pool was closed

very clean place, staff was friendly. bed was very comfy.
