One of the great things about this property was being able to see Epcot from our room every night. We were also just a few minutes away from Disney Springs. Our kids loved that you could go swimming in any of the 3 pools that were there in the village of hotels. Breakfast was great and there was always someone making sure that the food area was stocked and clean. There were a few issues with the elevators not working while we were there for a 4 day holiday weekend. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having the couch as well with 2 teens/preteens who are growing like crazy.

This was a great family trip, because of SpringHill Suites. Close to shopping, close to restaurants. The free breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel was clean the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the gym.

The stay was fine, my only issue was that the playground was broken and had caution yellow tape around the slide. This should be fixed asap, because it is something that would deter me from staying here. Everything else went well.

There was a HUGE cockroach in my room. Room is very old and dainty looking! Was then transferred to a new room and mattresses need to be trashed, they had indentations in them HORRIBLE. Bath tub water spout was loose and shower head water pressure non existant. Needless to say would NEVER stay here again or a Marriott hotel either. Quality is just not there!!!

The location of the hotel was convenient. However, our bathroom was not clean. It had several hairs on the sink and the bathtub. The towels were kind of yellow and it didn’t have a good smell. The bathtub curtain wasn’t clean, it had some sticky pink spots. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was very kind. The lobby was welcoming and very clean.Overall my main concern was the lack of cleanliness in the bedroom.

This is our second stay at this property, and we truly enjoyed it once again. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel itself was very clean, although it does feel a bit outdated. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it for its convenience and service.

Property is convenient with breakfast and close to all Disney properties. Our room seemed clean but the bathroom smelled humid and a bit like sweat. I did not complain to the hotel at the moment because we were barely in the room and took my own febreeze which didn’t mask the smell regardless. Upon packing up in departure , we found used old socks from what I’m guessing was a previous guest. I have stayed at Marriott village before in the spring hill but never in the Fairfield and this had never happened.

I stay at this hotel each year for the Gartner conference and am always impressed by the quality. Plus this is one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in. But this stay was made particularly special because of Mary at the front desk. We arrived very early in the morning, just expecting to store our luggage. Mary found a room for us and checked us in. This was a personal reservation. The next morning, I had to check out and switch to my Gartner reservation. once again, Mary was very helpful and managed to keep me in the same room, so we didn't have to move. Later in the week, I saw Mary again and she recognized me. That was very thoughtful.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to attractions and many restaurants. We selected a suite that slept 6. The beds are full not queens so if you’re a tall and bigger person it will be cramped especially for 2 adults. Also the pull out sofa mattress was horribly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. I know they’re not comfortable but my 12 yr old granddaughter ended up sleeping with me in a double bed. The pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it!! Breakfast was ok but basically the same choices every day. We still appreciate having a free breakfast! The Mickey Mouse waffles were cute! The hotel was clean, convenient and reasonably priced even with paying the extra parking fees. We would stay there again even with the couple of minor things we weren’t totally pleased with!

The free wifi worked just one day/night out of seven . The hot tub same like the wifi worked just one day/night. Pool was cold .We called reception desk and told other employees that we saw around but nothing was done. Food is basic. Make your own waffles. They had scrambled egg, sausage patties, french toast one of the days and some potatoes another day. Location was great! Not ever returning!

The room I reserved with a balcony was not available, so we were put in a different room. I’m still not sure what, if any, compensation I’m getting since the balcony room was more expensive. Otherwise, the room could definitely use some upgrades/modernizations. The couch was notably dirty on the tops of the cushions from so much use, half the TV channels didn’t work, and I went to about 9 different ice makers on 3 different floors and they were all either out of order or out of ice. I don’t see myself staying here or the other two properties in Marriott Village (which I have also stayed at in the past) until they update them.

It was overall good. The bed was uncomfortable and the temp in the shower was weird. I’d get the temp I would want, and then it would just randomly get scorching hot. Other than that, it was good. Pool was nice, area was nice, room was spacious. Price was great. If I wasn’t pregnant the bed situation might not have been as terrible. But my bed was in the shape of a “U” so you can imagine how uncomfortable that was.

Our room faced the West towards the busy highway and therefore (windows were not very insulated), it was very noisy through the entire night. Room was standard, king size bed very good. Breakfast was also very good.

We try to book SpringHill Suites on regular for our travels, so we booked this one as well for a few nights. It is definitely not the same standard as other SpringHill Suites in terms of layout, room options, and amenities. Looks to be another brand originally that has been retrofitting to be a SpringHill Suites, which was slightly disappointing. Room and property are showing age/wear, just looks a little long in the tooth compared to newer SpringHill Suites. Amenities are average, resort fee seemed off for what little was offered. We did not use the shuttle service as it only went to Disney properties and we were going to Universal. Paid to park and had a $5 resort fee tacked on to that. Being an Orlando resort, it definitely focused on families going to Disney and as a result, breakfast was always crazy busy no matter the time of day. As for the room, felt older and shown its wear. Couch wasnt super comfortable, halls and carpets had scuffs or wear marks all over. Not the worst rebranded SpringHill Suite ive stayed in, but definitely not the standard quality of other SpringHill Suites.

Arrived at 1:30 in Orlando and check-in wasn't until 4. We went and asked if it was possible for us to check-in earlier, the receptionist just told us "I got ya" With a smile and checked us in right away. We were so thankful after 24h of driving. He even gave us 2 tickets for a free glass of beer/wine and 10$ off at one of the shops when my husband to him how long of a drive we had. So thankful for this gentleman, he made the beginning of our family vacation start on a really good note. Resort review : the rooms are a little outdated but still feels clean enough. The pool and the park are great for kids! Lots of tables and chairs at the pool. Lots of small Disney attentions for the littles. (Ex : small fairy doors in the lobby with Disney characters hiding behind, photo props of mickey and Minnie, Mickey waffles for breakfast etc)

Our stay at the Marriott Springhill was nice. But check-in was terrible. My daughter-in-law and I both checked in at the same time. She got their room right away and I had to come back after waiting 20 minutes in line. When I came back 15 min later I had to wait another 20 min. Terrible! Then after our stay, they charged my account $19 each day for parking when we didn’t have a car! The positive experience was with Rafael at the front desk. Anytime I had a question he was pleasant and accommodating to us. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars because of him.

I checked in at 2am because my flight was delayed, the person at the desk even told me out loud what room I was to get, I confirmed a room with two beds and a pull out bed. He advised I would need to walk to be other building because his building didn’t have any of ththe rooms with the pull out couch. I take all my luggage to the other building by myself, and walk what seemed like forever down hallways and up the elevator two flights to get to the room and it’s not the correct room. I then went downstairs to that building front desk and was greeted by a security officer who was covering the desk but couldn’t help. He advised the representative would be back soon. I’m exhausted and very inconvenienced at this point. I asked if he can call the other building to try to resolve my issue so I wouldn’t need to walk again that far with all of my luggage. He attempted to contact them but no answer and nobody would answer the phone, after standing there for 20 minutes finally the other man who helped originally came to the building I was at to assist. He proceeded to try to give me a roll away bed. I declined and asked I be put into the room I paid for. He finally agreed. I get up to the room and the couch is a twin not a full size that he said. I settled for the night but I was very very inconvenienced as family in my party who is disabled had to sleep on this very small pull out bed. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

This was the most disgusting, filthy dirty hotel we have ever had the displeasure of staying in. They wouldn't issue a refund , they wouldn't change our room it was an absolute disgrace. For a Marriott property this was terrible. The frint desk girl upon checking in told me to wait because she had to go to the bathroom...and it just got worse from there.

Great location in the area. Close to all the parks. Close to shopping malls. Close to restaurants. The only improvement we could see would be a illuminated walkway over the street to the restaurants. We tried to walk in the eveing but had to turn back, there was no way to cross the small road in the evening due to darkness and heavy traffic. Had to take the car to the Longhorn restaurant, which would be a quick walk.

I love the location of the Marriot Village, very convenient to Disney Springs and the outlets. I always stayed at the Fairfield and loved it, but this time I tried de Spring Hill Suites and I have to say I wasn’t impressed with the room size and condition. Although there’s a nice foyer and kitchenette, the sofa bed was in very bad shape and the pullout mattress was impossible to sleep in. The regular beds were way too small for my husband and I, and we are not big people. Other than that, the property is well kept and the common areas and breakfast is great.

The Hotel grounds was nice, breakfast was crowded but nice. Tried getting at coffee from starbucks in the village several times. The place never seemed to be opened. The food in the village was good. Housekeeping was good. The gym was nice. However, it was quite distracting when some teenagers and kids came in and started using the place like they were on a basketball court. Front Desk person's were also helpful and friendly. Overall, I would come again.

Everything was great except the breakfast. It was truly awful. The eggs and meats were either not cooked properly or preheated from the previous day. Also, the waffles tasted horrible....to thick....need better batter. They have to really work on having better quality of breakfast. Parking is also very small.

Free breakfast was very nice but the place literally turns into a zoo 8:30 - 9:30 with long lines. Free shuttle is useless because pickup time was 9:30 am to EPCOT monorail... we were planning to go to Magic Kingdom and if we took their free shuttle, we would get to Magic Kingdom entrance between 10:30 to 11 am and this just wasn't early enough to take advantage full day schedule. Hotel is very large so even after you get off the elevator, you walk longer than usual to get to your room. Room was very clean and had great space. Pool and hot tub was also very clean. Plenty of parking spaces so we didn't struggle to park. Restaurant onsite is very limited but we liked they offered coupons at the time of checking in.

The property was decent but there was a water leak in the lobby and cooking equipment was down which made breakfast chaotic. Also, the 5th floor was soooo hot! I also used the laundry and one of the dryers was so clogged that it didn't dry my clothes. Other than that, facility was quiet and close to all the parks. I would probably stay at courtyard next time.
