Beautiful boutique hotel in excellent location near restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. Staff was personal and attentive. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, rooftop bar, views of Mt. Etna. So glad we chose Villa Taormina for our first and hopefully not last trip to Sicily!!

From the moment we arrived we wete welcomed like family, offered breakfast as they organised our room for early check in. The hotel was loveky, with beautiful gardens and pool. The views in the garden and bar were fabulous. My only issue, which was a very small one, was hot water in shower wasn't as hot as i like it. But considering it was summer with 35•c outside, it was fine. Breakfast was wonferful everyday, with little cooked surprises, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh cheese cold meats, breads, pancakes and pastries. They also make eggs however you like. We would definitely stay here again

Has such a lovely time at Villa Taormina. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are well attended and the hotel itself has beautiful views over the city and the sea. You can even see Mt. Etna from most of the terraces. Can only recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beautiful stay in central Taormina that is luxurious, yet still affordable.

With only fourteen rooms and a very attentive staff the personal service was amazing! Very pleasant folks, very comfortable room and parlor. Great views from the breakfast / happy hour room. Of the 7 places we stayed in Italy, this was the best hotel experience by far!

The villa is beautiful and extremely convenient to the center of Taormina. The staff and hosts were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and rooftop bar was very picturesque. Be warned however there are a LOT of stairs to get around the property so if you have mobility issues you should discuss room location with staff when booking. You do not want or need a car and it is difficult even navigating crowded Taormina to get to the hotel by car.

We absolutely love Villa Taormina. The Villa is beautiful and serene with flowers and orange trees in the courtyard. Breakfast setup is stunning. Service is great, Antonino helped us with dinner reservations before we arrived, Paolo and Nino were very warm and helpful throughout our stay.

After a white knuckle drive to get to the town center of Taormina (Welcome to Taormina!), we finally were able to relax and quickly settle in once we checked in to Hotel Villa Taormina. What an amazing gem of a property! This boutique hotel is located in an extremely convenient location in Taormina. It's a fully restored villa with approximately 15–20 rooms, and absolutely gorgeous. It's family run and the staff was more than welcoming and friendly. They really made us feel at home and almost part of the family. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and cozy. The views from the pool deck and bar are spectacular with amazing views of the sea and Mt. Etna. I am already planning my next visit to Taormina and will undoubtedly stay at Hotel Villa Taormina.

I can't say enough great things about this property and the impeccable service provided. Nino and the entire staff are absolutely top notch. The best! The included breakfast spread was fabulous every single day. Rooms and entire property is spotless. The pride and attention to detail of every aspect was beyond all expectation. Villa Taormina and its hosts are as charming as the eponymous town. Our room was lovely and sizeable, easily able to fit a cot for our teenager. The beds were so comfortable -- critical after a day of hiking up the local cliffs. Our room's balcony opened onto a sweet garden area with a pool. The abundant breakfast buffet was served in a bright, balconied room on the top floor looking over the sea and Mt Etna. Our hosts guided us to the best local restaurants, regaled us with stories about the history of the hotel and the town, and made us feel like family friends. The heart of town, with its sweet restaurants and shops, was a few steps away.

I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel is worthy of an exception. It really is a special hotel just a few steps away from the buzz of Corso Umberto I and the heart of Taormina. The property itself is beautiful and has been sensitively converted from a grand private residence into a lovely small hotel but honestly it’s the staff who make the place so special. We were welcomed like family (and handed a glass of Prosecco at check-in) and then treated like honoured guests by everyone we interacted with but especially so by Nino, xx and yy. Our room was on the top floor of the main building, honestly it was fairly small but with a good sized bathroom and had a small balcony with a view of both the sea and Mount Etna looming over the rooftops of Taormina. Everything about the room was well thought out to maximise the space and we had a very comfortable 3 night stay. We were travelling around Sicily and did have a hire car and so had to drive to the hotel, but we followed the instructions we had received by WhatsApp before we arrived and it all went very smoothly. We didn’t need the car again until after we’d checked out. We loved the local products used for breakfast, much of which comes from either local suppliers - like the bread, hams, cheeses, jams and honey - or is made in their kitchen. They will also whip you up eggs of your choosing on request.

Amazing historic property. Very comfortable rooms. The staff have been some of the best we’ve encountered….very concerned with our comfort and happiness with the property. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The manager went over a map of the area and recommended places to visit, as well as proactively directing us to dining options that were close since we checked in late. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about this property and the impeccable service provided. Nino and the entire staff are absolutely top notch. The best! Cannot fault this property. The staff were incredible - a special thank you to Paulo and Claudia for being so friendly and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel is worthy of an exception. It really is a special hotel just a few steps away from the buzz of Corso Umberto I and the heart of Taormina. The property itself is beautiful and has been sensitively converted from a grand private residence into a lovely small hotel but honestly it’s the staff who make the place so special. We were welcomed like family (and handed a glass of Prosecco at check-in) and then treated like honoured guests by everyone we interacted with but especially so by Nino, xx and yy. Our room was on the top floor of the main building, honestly it was fairly small but with a good sized bathroom and had a small balcony with a view of both the sea and Mount Etna looming over the rooftops of Taormina. Everything about the room was well thought out to maximise the space and we had a very comfortable 3 night stay. We were travelling around Sicily and did have a hire car and so had to drive to the hotel, but we followed the instructions we had received by WhatsApp before we arrived and it all went very smoothly. We didn’t need the car again until after we’d checked out. We loved the local products used for breakfast, much of which comes from either local suppliers - like the bread, hams, cheeses, jams and honey - or is made in their kitchen. They will also whip you up eggs of your choosing on request.

After a white knuckle drive to get to the town center of Taormina (Welcome to Taormina!), we finally were able to relax and quickly settle in once we checked in to Hotel Villa Taormina. What an amazing gem of a property! This boutique hotel is located in an extremely convenient location in Taormina. It's a fully restored villa with approximately 15–20 rooms, and absolutely gorgeous. It's family run and the staff was more than welcoming and friendly. They really made us feel at home and almost part of the family. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and cozy. The views from the pool deck and bar are spectacular with amazing views of the sea and Mt. Etna. I am already planning my next visit to Taormina and will undoubtedly stay at Hotel Villa Taormina.

The villa is beautiful and extremely convenient to the center of Taormina. The staff and hosts were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and rooftop bar was very picturesque. Be warned however there are a LOT of stairs to get around the property so if you have mobility issues you should discuss room location with staff when booking. You do not want or need a car and it is difficult even navigating crowded Taormina to get to the hotel by car.

From the moment we arrived we wete welcomed like family, offered breakfast as they organised our room for early check in. The hotel was loveky, with beautiful gardens and pool. The views in the garden and bar were fabulous. My only issue, which was a very small one, was hot water in shower wasn't as hot as i like it. But considering it was summer with 35•c outside, it was fine. Breakfast was wonferful everyday, with little cooked surprises, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh cheese cold meats, breads, pancakes and pastries. They also make eggs however you like. We would definitely stay here again

Service was sublime. Paolo, the GM, greeted us at our car and had 2 staff members ready to take the car and bags so we did not have to park in the tiny streets. Elena and Paolo shared excellent recommendations throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco on the rooftop bar and a guide to Taormina and how to see the sites. Breakfast was a delight on the too floor with views of Etna and the sea. Homemade baked goods, local cheeses, made to order eggs and caffe. The room is small but well appointed and has a beautiful patio which extends the space. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was a nice benefit for cool sleeping. Everyone who works there is a delight and made our stay unforgettable.
