Everything was very clean, but the key cards stopped working multiple times and it was frustrating

The elevator was broken

The bathroom vent squealing was horrible and it's stupidly attached to the light so it comes on whenever you go in. The sheets on the bed were not right when we got there and the tag was at the top who does that? Then we went to relax in the hot tub and it was broken no jets not a big deal since the heat was still there figuring we can relax but nope the carbon monoxide detector in the pool area kept chirping as it needed new batteries. Then the elevator stopped two different days on us almost trapped us in the first time but was able to get off quickly. I wrote. Review about everything the 2nd day then they called me and asked if I wanted another room but I couldn't do that as I wasn't in the area as we were visiting family close but for thanksgiving. So I couldn't go back to the hotel at the time.so we delt with it all the rest of the stay.was told to ask for a discount at checkout I think they have like 15% not sure maybe less. The nob for the closet was broken and the shower beauty plate at where you turn the water on was detached from the wall. The place needs maintenance severely. I think on our next stay in town when visiting family we will go to La-quenta.

The beds were comfortable. It was clean, but very outdated. The plumbing in the shower had horrible pressure. The pool inside felt like a whole sauna, and the hot tub was not working. The elevators should be brought to code. The lights were out the certificates not properly placed on when it was inspected last The check-in desk person was very hospitable and checkout was easy. Of course the breakfast bar is great as usual for a continental breakfast.

Front desk staff was amazing. She made checking in a breeze and was so kind! Rooms were nice and my kiddos ate good breakfast in the morning. Also the indoor pool was a plus for the kids!

The property had key card issues. I had to have mine redone 3 different times. There was no shampoo in the room (had to find housekeeping in the hallway and request some). There were problems with the TV and when I tried to call about it, it seemed I was hung up on. I think the problem was I could hear them but they could not hear me. Not good. Phones need to be checked and working. I did finally walk down to the desk and get someone to help with the TV problem.

Only complaint was our key card not working well on side door.

When we checked in they told us elevator was broken. We said no big deal, but after 3 days of hauling stuff and babies up/down stairs it got old quick. Ice machine was broke on our floor and no vending machines in the facility. Front desk sold a few things and like usual it was 3-4x the price as anywhere else. Fresh towels daily was nice but our trash was never picked-up and room never vacuumed. I would of complained to from desk but was more concerned at that time about making sure my kids and wife had a great vacation outside of the hotel.

Pool and spa were both closed and it was not stated online and that was the main reason we chose this one

Stayed here many times but feel like it is beginning to wither. Bed not quite as comfortable- need new mattresses? Not as clean in previous stays. Noticed stained carpets.

We couldn't get over how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The room was very nice, clean, and roomy. Only negative was a fair amount of mold around the tub and in grout. Hard to find a hotel without it these days though.

We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We arrived at midnight and checked out by 8:30 the next morning. The hotel refunded the 2 nights we didn't stay. They were understanding and kind. We left due to the room and bathroom being very dirty.

This place was not good. We had dirty towels, bugs under the nightstands, the remote didn’t work, we had to get new keys every night cause the door locks were crappy. We had rust all in our bathtub that looked terrible. Just a bad experience and we won’t be returning.

When we went to check in they did not tell us the pool was closed. We have kids it’s been raining all week at home all we talked about was the hot tub. They should have notified us. Then we go to our room the ac unit was shooting out chunks of mold and the toilet was leaking in the bathroom floor had a puddle in it. They didn’t have the same size room so we had to switch three times over four days. My wife got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom turned on the light giant roach on the wall. The breakfast was nothing there and we the first group in the morning. The fridge was empty the oj and apple juice was empty. There was mud all over the hallway and elevator the entire time we were there. It was horrible experience. Beds were old squeaky. Not comfy. I wish they would refund us we travel all over the country I hardly ever fill these things out but I hope no one goes through what we did.

Walls were dirty around baseboard area and bathroom corners. Pet hair on couch and floor. Floor did not look as if it had been vacuumed and the couch needed to be cleaned.

First night we stayed up kind of late talking. My bed was by the fan. It was around 12:30 am. I turned down my sheets, and immediately got a waft of stale cigarette smells and cologne. My mom suggested someone else might be smoking in their room. That didn’t make sense to me because I was pretty sure all of the rooms were non smoking. After I checked the sheets, and smelled harder it was clear that the sheets on my bed were never changed prior to my arrival. I was tired and grossed out. The phone next to the main beds didn’t have cords and was broken. I called the lobby, and she was very accommodating, and offered a room change. I was too tired to deal with that especially because I had a service dog with me, and it would have been a hassle. I just wanted clean sheets. The staff was quick is getting me some, and said the manager would contact me. The manager never did which was unprofessional in my opinion. There was a cleanliness issue with my room. Even had pink mold looking stuff in the bathroom around the tub tiles. It’s a hotel so I didn’t expect much. But given the lack of manager attentiveness, and lack of the cleaning crew doing their job properly I just want to make others aware to check their rooms upon arrival. All of the front desk personnel were friendly. They even kept me updated on if my dog was barking and disturbing others. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel to see the other accommodations.

Nice hotel room. Conveniently located right off of interstate 20. Check in was good, Joe at the front desk was very pleasant. Our room was nice with soft comfortable sheets and bedding. Towels were thick and fluffy and there were plenty of them. Five pillows on the bed made it comfortable. Bathtub could use some reglazing but otherwise the condition of the hotel was nice.

Bed very comfy, room spacious, coffee cups need to be larger, overall clean, great stay!

Hotel has seen some better days. Not worth staying more than a day. definitely needs some updates and renovations.

Very clean and nice hotel. Too noisy at night especially on the 2nd floor. The people above kept running around the room all night and couldn’t sleep.

It wasn't a horrible stay. However the tub/shower combo was gross looking. It looked like a 5 year tried to repair it. You could see all the discoloration from the different putty, sealer and paint. The maintenance department needs to be revaluated. The bed was hard and the pillows were very small. It did seems clean enough and it was quiet.

Nothing really stood out. It was a comfortable stay. My only complaint was the pillows were horrible.

If was just me, the bed was bad and I had a pretty lousy night sleep. I thought the mattress was thin, hard and you could feel the springs. My husband said he slept awesome. So maybe I got the bad side of the bed. Room was spacious and kiddo slept on pull out sofa and thought it was great. Seemed a little short staffed, but had no other complaints besides the bed

Amazing. Though I checked in late, Daniel handled my arrival expertly and quickly. Later in the week, Liz helped me with an abbreviated support issue I requested. Kay, who prepares the breakfast and takes care of the dining area made excellent food and kept the dining area spotless. I also enjoyed the background music.

Staff was friendly and helpful, property was clean and comfortable. Wish it were easier to see online which comfort inns are great and which ones are not. We stayed in several different ones on a long road trip. Some were horrible. This one is great!! Really shows when you’re staying at one after another.

The person at the front desk went out of his way to help fix the TV problem I had when I first got to my room. The message on the TV said, "no signal". He came up to my room really quick and was able to fix the TV problem.

I enjoyed talking to the staff, the quick and friendly service, and the responsiveness to my questions. The hotel was quiet, and had convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and a wide variety of retail stores.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make my business calls in a quiet environment with no interruptions. I really appreciated that extra effort.

I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfort of the beds. The location was nice and just off of the interstate enough that you didnt hear the noise. I was SUPER IMPRESSED when I received a call a few hours after check out to let me know that I had left my rings. I was interrupted when I was gathering my bathroom items and completely forgot that it was lying on the counter. I was just shopping away at Canton Trade Days and didn't realize I wasn't wearing my ring until they called. They put it in the safe for me until I returned for it. It's good to know there are still good people in the world! I will definitely stay again when I go to Canton! Thanks, again!

Great location. You have everything you need in the area. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. I would stay here again anytime. I came to Lindale for some respite and got it here!

Stayed one night on a family trip, clean enough and bigger room, convenient location near interstate and food and a Walmart across the street, room had an odd smell but not a deal breaker

Easy check in. Room was very spacious & clean. Beds comfortable. Gave us a little extra time when we checked out when we asked for it. Picked this hotel as it said pool & free breakfast. When we got there they said the pool was just just down by the inspector. Asked for a discount & said need to go thru Expedia. There was banging on our ceiling all night & morning from the room above us, so didn’t sleep well. Sounded like kids jumping off the bed. Went down for breakfast at 9:30. It was crowded & there was no eggs, no biscuits, no sausage, etc. trash overflowing. Went & found the worker who said she will make all of it so had to wait.

Excellent service staff. Always ask if we needed anything. Clean, well maintained facility. Very good breakfast! We will stay again

Older property needs a little TLC. Stayed 6 days. Breakfast was exactly the same every day. Got boring after 2 days.

Wasnt really anything I didnt like about it! Everything was great and the breakfast was awesome!!
