Going through construction at the moment. No fitness area. Lobby was moved to the side entrance. Would have been nice to have the fitness area, but everything else was nice. The location is so great. We have stayed here twice now on trips to Montana in the summer and Idaho in the winter. Great stays both times. Will stay again.

My family truly appreciated the courteous and respectful staff. While we didn’t particularly enjoy the room being situated next to the exhaust outside our window on the third floor, it was remarkably clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered for several hours, we also were delighted to know that the swimming pool, spa and gym was open 24 hours a day.

Our grandkids loved coming to this property for the indoor pool!! My wife and I like to work out center and the ability to do our own laundry. Most of all we are impressed with the complementary breakfast that is served at this facility There are and incredible variety of alternating food choices served each day. The fact that they serve breakfast until 10 AM is very thoughtful. Housekeeping services are great and check out at noon is also a plus!!

Everything was in walking distance which was nice. It was in a nice part of town. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was tasty, coffee and water available at all hours. The pool and gym are open 24 hours which was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we overall had an amazing time.

Bedding smelled like BO and old and manager of Housekeeping argued with me over it. We were there 5 nights and after 3rd night they finally brought comforters that didn’t smell after I much insistence on my part.

Nice building, nice lobby with fireplace. Large dining area with booths even. Lots of seating. Good variety for breakfast. Stayed in a large double queen room. Beds were ok, not great. Very hard. Large bathroom but the water pressure was really low. Large vanity and xtra outlets were really helpful in the bathroom. Bathroom fan works!! Not typical of hotel rooms. Quiet room, barely heard neighbors. Efficient elevators. Good location in town and to restaurants and highway access. Overall 8/10

This is a great hotel in a beautiful place. There is so much you can walk to in minutes. The staff here are all so nice and helpful and the rooms are well maintained. I recommend getting a balcony room as the views are amazing.

It was our first time. We had requested a top floor room weeks in advance and did not get it. We had the room where the entry roof blocks your view. Luckily, the hotel is very quiet and noise from other rooms was not a problem. Breakfast was OK. It was lacking restocking and was out of stuff (it was only 8 am). Could not ask the server, as I could not find them. The front of our toilet was pretty gross too.

The hotel is very clean. The issue is the bed and the television. The bed is so uncomfortable, it really needs to be updated. The television is like a 35 inch if that and was across the room. Our room was big so you couldn't just lay down and watch the television. Everything else was great those were our 2 complaints.

Upon arrival I received an amazing smile from Anaka, which is totally normal, she explained the ongoing construction issues, some noise, early starts, a bit inconvenient but hey we all win in the end, nearly a new hotel when complete!! In addition I met Tabatha a fabulous girl who is a poster girl for hard work along with her mates! Great place to stay!!

This hotel is beautiful and newly renovated. Anaka at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. She actually looked at my requests and moved us accordingly. The room itself was spacious and clean. We were on the top floor. The balcony we had looked out at Spokane river which was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark. Breakfast had plenty of options. They have a 24hr gym and pool which is great. Check out isn’t until 12 and check in at 3pm that’s pretty unheard of! Loved it! We will definitely be staying here again.

The facilities are located in a convenient part of town. The staff at check in are very pleasant and efficient. Annaka was the front counter staff person that greeted us. She is definitely an asset to the hotel, as is the maintenance personnel, Chris, that was so efficient in fixing our heating unit. We truly enjoyed our visit and plan to stay at the hotel when we return to Coeur d' Alene next week.

The check-in staff lady was excellent and very proficient at her job as she quickly got through a very long line of guests arriving at the same time. She did not rush us, answered quick questions, briefly a run down of amenity times, locations and quickly had us checked in; ready for the next set of guests.

It was just an okay hotel, nothing special. Arrived at 3:00pm. Had to wait until 4:00pm for room to be ready for us to use. There was also a mechanical noise/disturbance near our room. Nathan at check in was very pleasant & apologetic about the wait. Check out clerk was basically indifferent to our departure. No inquiries as to our stay or would we return - we will not! Appreciated the snacks & water while we waited for access to room.

This is a great hotel in a beautiful place. There is so much you can walk to in minutes. The staff here are all so nice and helpful and the rooms are well maintained. I recommend getting a balcony room as the views are amazing.

I had a very nice room with a balcony. It is in a wonderful area with walking path along the river, shopping and restaurants just across the street. I really like this location. It is a very nice hotel, clean and safe. Staff was very helpful.

Hampton Inn hotels are always a safe bet, that’s why we chose this one. It was located close to dining, shopping and a great boardwalk on the river. The area was quiet and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and Hôtel clean. They were doing renovations so some of the parking areas were blocked. They still had ample parking. Noise, even with construction, was during hours that didn’t impact our visit. Would recommend and stay again.

Room was good, but book a room at the back of the hotel because the front is still being renovated so it is noisy and the windows are covered so that they can spray paint the outside. The hot breakfast was cold on all 3 mornings we stayed.

Everything is great at this hotel, including a super clean gym, pool and jacuzzi. The staff is fun and friendly and the room was perfect for us, a family of three. To top it all off, the breakfast area is spacious and well tended by the staff and for the sleepy heads it was nice to be able to get breakfast until 10 am. Highly recommended!!
