Lovely location and beautiful room with modern appointments and quality tea/ coffee/ toiletries etc. Convenient location for the highlands with things to see and do from the doorstep. The only let down was the breakfast which took almost an hour to arrive after ordering, which sadly took the shine off an otherwise excellent stay. However, the management were very apologetic, so it would appear we were just unlucky on that occasion.

Pine Trees is a fantastic hotel. Our bedroom was lovely - decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Huge bathroom with large shower and huge stand alone bath. There is a pantry area on the landing with snacks, fresh milk and water. A really nice touch. We had a bar meal and some drinks. Both were excellent and staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, a couple of things let it down. Otherwise a great stay.

We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a mini suite which was absolutely stunning. Every part of the hotel was beautiful - from the room, to the seating areas, restaurant and food. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. We had the most wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
