This is a large hotel but we had numerous issues with our stay. There is no mini fridge in the rooms and guests are expected to give their refrigerated medication to the front desk for them to store and I really didn’t feel comfortable with doing that since it is medication that I need to inject into my body. They also are not really very accommodating for anyone who has any physical disabilities. Our room only had a very high bathtub that had to be climbed into so that a shower could be taken. Called the front desk to ask if they had a room with just a shower for accessibility and they did however to access it there would be a staircase to climb so we stayed where we were and had to help my wife maneuver to get into the bath for a shower. We got a room with 3 separate beds so that our teenager had a bed. 2 of the beds were passable but the 3rd one that my wife had caused her to not be able to sleep as it was so hard. The next night I swapped beds with her and she was not wrong as I was unable to sleep that night. Very glad we were only staying here for 2 nights due to all of these things. All of our other accommodation in Scotland has been wonderful. Just would never consider returning to this one.

The hotel was a great location in town and very clean and decently spacious for two travelers with two suitcases. It has a designated parking lot (cost is $5) but it is pretty snug and may not accommodate all guests, we were lucky enough to find a spot eventually. The only other small gripe is that you have to reserve a time for breakfast in the dining room, we were planning on sleeping in and didn’t know when we would be up to eat, so we didn’t make a reservation and couldn’t be seated, which is fine. Overall the hotel was good and clean and in a great spot!

Enjoyed our complimentary sherry on arrival. Great breakfast, what a choice to pick from. The bar was fun with a mixture of guests and locals. All very friendly. Band was outstanding. Pillows could have been better. The channels on the tv in the room were disappointing.

Didnt like that parking was not available on site. We were directed to public parking a few blocks away. Was offered a complimentary bar drink at check in and told I could come back down to when we for settled in the room-only to fins them closing up for the night once we got the cqr parked and walked back. They did give the drinks, but a courtesy statement of being near closing would have been appreciated. The attached bar says food is served all day....and there were peoole with foos when we arrived. Yet, as we can came back to eat the grill was then "closed" with nothing to offer until breakfast in the morning. The room was clean but we had to gonuostaira to go downatairs to go across another hallway through multiple fire doors to get to our room. Those firedoors worked well...there was NO flowing air in our hall. The bedroom barely opened, so it got stuffy overnight. At minimum a room fan would have been nice. I did t go lower than a 3 because it was clean, it wqs a pretty venue and the sitting garden outside was nice. Maybe we should have known better given the historical design. But, it traveling again in the summer months I would opt for a night in my car over the price of tbe hotel. Beautiful area of Scotland!

This is a really great hotel if you're looking to travel the Highlands. Great restaurants and shopping. The only thing I didn't like was the super slow lift.

Very late check in time of 4 pm - one of the few hotels either UK or abroad to do so. Car park charge of £5 per day bad enough but no provision to make reservation. Only one bottle of water (per person) for the room provided on arrival, after that had to be purchased. At the room price this seems rather miserable. Food and service were very good at the Coach House.

Room was nice, but there are alot of stairs. Just be aware if you have a heavy suitcase, some of the rooms off the lift have multiple sets of stairs after. Also, there is very limited parking. The staff were all lovely. The breakfast was great with a big variety.

Fisher's Hotel cleanliness is excellent and is well maintained, staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent position within Pitlochry and has a lovey garden with seating and convenient car park. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel.Clean rooms and lovely surroundings.Efficient friendly staff. The downside was my evening meal of fish and chips was rather poor.Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh fruit,cereals,yoghurt,fruit juice followed by a lovely cooked breakfast,and of course tea or coffee.However,I would return without hesitation.

Our stay at Fisher's Hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, nicely sized and the beds were comfy. Pitlochry was gorgeous and the hotel was perfectly situated. The car park was often full but we only had to park elsewhere once during our 5 days there. The Coach House pub had great food and the breakfast at the hotel was good. Overall, our stay was perfect and we definitely want to return!

All staff I had contact with were professional, friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of my room and the hotel overall was excellent. Some bits of the hotel are dated or needing maintenance but not to a degree that affected my stay. Would highly recommend

Booked Executive Single room for one night to break journey to Wester Ross. Whilst everything in hotel appeared fine , could have glossed over the chipped bath and the motion sensitive light in hall outside my room,what I can't ignore is the extremely loud music which I now realise was from the bar which I heard every word of in my room on 3rd floor until very late. I didn’t get to sleep until 3, unable to relax after it stopped. I ended up forgoing breakfast to get on the road as I knew by lunchtime I would struggle to drive. There is no information provided that there is live music on a Friday or Saturday. I appreciated that hotel was in town centre so there would be noise from street ,had I been informed about live music which would be heard clearly in my room I would not have booked room. Receptionist was understanding this morning, suggesting I contact through hotels.com which I did 7 hrs ago. Room cost was £180, a lot of money to pay for a night where I got less than 3 hrs sleep .

Shower cubicle was very small.ok for a small woman. Husband found difficult to wash properly. There is space for larger one . Toilet too close to the wall and loose toilet seat .Also it was rather mouldy around shower doors . A small shelf in unit would help for own toiletries. Apart from that room was clean and warm.

Wonderful welcome to the hotel with a complimentary whisky or a gin liquor. Our room was very large with a sofa and armchairs overlooking the gardens. Location is 10/10 as you are slap bang in the middle of the high street. Breakfast was buffet style and was excellent. Huge choice of foods and gluten free cereal was available as was all types of milk including oat milk. We would stay here again and would recommend

Hotel location is ideal - centre of the town, handy for the railway station. Got a drink on arrival. Only issue we came across was a loose curtain rail in our room which we reported to reception before going out for something to eat. By the time we returned this issue had been rectified. Excellent service.

Staff on Reception were very polite, friendly and attentive. Outside our room were the noisiest floorboards I've ever heard, and we were the first room in the corridor so everybody had to walk over these noisy floorboards. The same can be said for the floorboards in the bedroom above ours. The website indicated that breakfast was served until 11am, we went down at 10.30am to be told they were closing in 10 mins, and we needed to hurry up. The lady argued that we hadn't booked breakfast - we advised her we weren't asked to book and she replied - "Everybody is asked. We're closing in 10 minutes, you need to hurry up". A very disappointing experience overall. We had looked at other local hotels, next time we'll try one of them!

The breakfast was okay although the cooked food could have been hotter. The room was excellent. Very clean and very comfortable. Parking was a nightmare. When I booked in we were given no information as to where our room was and not even told there was a left. My partner and I are in our late eighties and nineties. There was no help given with our luggage. When we got to the 3rd floor by the lift there was no indication as to where our room was. At the top of the stairs there was but not when one came out of the lift. When we did find the direction of our room we had to climb two different sets of step and pass through 3 fire doors. By the time we got to our room we were absolutely exhausted. The lady in reception didn’t realise the clocks went back that night and so confused us completely as to when we could get breakfast.

The staff are wonderful and were very kind to an older lady that was on her own at breakfast, its really important that their care is acknowledged as it can make such a difference to a persons stay. The food and room were perfect, very comfy beds. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you😊

Loved that this hotel was so central. The parking was hard as it was always full, whether it be because of other hotel guests or people visiting town or restaurants close by. We were in one of the front rooms and it was very noisy from the traffic on the street below.

Wonderful location, our family room was a great size and had two bathrooms which was awesome! I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast, feels like it was a bit lacking in options to serve. Still overall wonderful stay! Would go back and recommend!
