Quality Inn & Suites Bedford West

Room was clean and pooll was nice. Propertyneeds removations. Breakfast was average.

Pool was closed.

Room had been remodeled but was lacking in quality control with sloppy work. Pool area need desperate work, lobby was not warm and welcoming. Staff not overly friendly.

Currently, most parking is remote as hotal building access was difficult as hotel building between parking and front entrance was in poor to bad shape. No signs directing people away from damaged steps, had to walk either up hill across grass to get to entrance or around area.

Fitness center had 2 ellipticals and they were both broken. Fitness center was 80 degrees. Housekeeping started cleaning room across hall with open door with siren sounding vacuum at 9:30am.

Pool was green.Building was on the outside broken glass.Leftover material broken fence parking lot was horrible.My room stunk like smoke, horrible experience

The quality Inn is a rather strange place. it is a very long motel with only one elevator by the front lobby so naturally they put us as far away as possible. it has different elevations also which meant we had to pull and oush the luggage cart uphill part of the way. its an older place that hasnt been kept up very well. the room was clean amd the pool was nice, but i guess the worst part was the smell of curry that permeated the place even at the far end of the motel. The breakfast was pathetic, the waffle maker didnt cook them all the way through and the toaster oven didnt toast. i didnt have the guts to try the eggs or sausages. we dont recommend this place.

Was quiet and clean. Morning breakfast was free. Entry doors needed to be cleaned and painted. Outside property had small amounts of trash in various places.

The desk staff was friendly but the housekeepers could not speak English and we could not make our request understood. The TV had limited channels, most of which were "out of signal" and did not come in. The ice machine did not work. The room was much larger than we expected, and that was a nice surprise.

Trash cans outside were over flowing and the front door glass was filthy. The hallways were miserably hot.

The entire hotel smells musty even more so when you enter a room. Our friend stayed there one night and reported the same thing that we found. Mold in our bathroom all over the roof. Toilet wasnt properly sealed to the floor, so anytime youd sit or standup from it it would clang down. I will say, housekeeping did a good job remaking beds despite the smells and mold.

The hotel reaked of mold and obviously had severe moisture issues. Dehumidifiers were lined uo in the hallways

The free breakfast was non existent. No coffee, no juice, no bread, no fruit except rotted apples. Bed extremely uncomfortable, bathroom dirty with a used wash cloth in the tub and the bathroom door was broken.

The room was damp and smelly…like a wet towel that’s been lying on the floor. At least one of the pillows had the same foul smell. The bathroom was dirty, and the lamps in the bedroom had cobwebs. I normally love hotel continental breakfasts, and I thought the Belgian waffle would be a safe bet, but it was inedible (had a chemical flavor and felt rubbery in the mouth). The coffee was grayish brown. I did not drink that either. The room was quiet; that was a positive. We only need a quick place to sleep, and I was looking for anything swank, but this was rough.

My daughter and I checked in Saturday afternoon. The room looked pretty decent when you first enter, but when you go in the bathroom it's horrible. It was dirty and the towels were dingy white. The ceiling tiles had water leak rings. The beds were comfortable but of course the next morning I realize that I have been eaten up around my neck by what else bed bugs. My daughter said she saw a bug in her bed the previous night but wasn't sure what a bed bug looks like so she didn't tell me until we were leaving. I would not recommend this place!

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the rooms are disgusting particularly the bathrooms. The shower was filthy dirty with stains and soap scum. The ceiling tiles were missing. The door was all beat up with Paint missing there was mold and dirt all over the air vent in the bathroom. For a quality in there was no quality at all. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in anything so dirty and awful.

I checked in late in the evening. My room had dirty towels and used soap in the shower. I can only conclude the room was not cleaned prior to my stay. The staff solution was to replace the towels and give me sheets to make up the bed myself.

I was very disappointed in our stay. When we walked in the staff was friendly. The hotel smelled good, but when we walked in our room, number 108 it was bad! Photos will be attached. It smelled very musky. The towels were damp in the room, we thought maybe they just put them there and they weren’t dried all the way. The bathroom was in very bad condition and that’s where all the moisture was coming from. My husband left his duffel bag on the carpet and the next morning it was damp and everything in it! I told my concerns to the front desk the next morning. To try to be positive the staff was fine, the hotel itself didn’t smell just our room and breakfast was nice in the morning. There is definitely a mold problem in the bathroom that is not good for people!

Bed bugs crawling on us within minutes of our arrival to our room! Do not go!

Beds were hard as a rock and rooms weren’t very clean. Nice on the outside but the rooms need work.

Nice large, clean, comfortable room with a king bed. Hot breakfast, too.

Room was clean, however there was a dirty spot on the bed sheets near where you would lay your head. Spot felt "sticky". The facility looked like it had been used for a time without regard to general maintenance.

There were cobwebs in the room and the door security latch was completely missing. There was no lock on the bathroom door and the door itself was peeling. The air conditioning system had a musty smell to it. The blinds on the patio door were broken and had pieces missing. However, staff behind the front desk was very responsive and friendly.

The evening person who checked me in was friendly, positive, and courteous. While the morning shift was negative and didnt like that she had to do her job as I heard her complain from the other room after I rang the bell for service. The room looked good at first, but then I started noticing flaws. There was no place to hang hand/wash towels next to the sink as the towel rack was broken. The bathroom door has no knob and is so poorly fitted the door doesn't shut. The refrigerator was in desperate need of a defrost. Anything stored near the freezer froze solid overnight due to the freezer door staying open. Then my last day when I went to look out the window I seen the window has no way to be locked! I was visiting for a few days. Anyone could sneak in and take your belongings as I was given a room on the first floor. I own a BiPAP sleeping machine and the thought of it being stolen makes me very nervous because if you dont know they cost upwards around $2k unlike a normal CPAP that can only cost a few hundred. And its an item basic health insurance does not cover. So with that being said I would definitely check over your room before moving in...

This hotel seems worn out - carpets frayed, cheap parts, soaps, the bathroom with Worn out fixtures. It Took forever for hot water, Only the carpet and bed seemed relatively upgraded. The remote didn’t work for the TV. The room safe was not attached to anything just sitting on the floor and it looked like someone had spilled dark soda all over it. It general. It didn’t feel like a welcoming place or one that showed care in ownership. For five dollars more I moved to a fresh clean hotel, not 2 miles away.

The hotel pictures online appeared to be older compared to seeing it in person. Hotel exterior was very dated and parking lot was crumbling along with the exterior of the building. The rooms were not marked and finding the room from the exterior was a guessing game. The hallway that led to our room was dingy and smelled of cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking facility. The room, basic, even though we reserved a king suite. Room appeared clean. The bathroom door didn't close, but you didn't want it to because it didn't have a handle. The room was freezing and this place hadn't been remodeled for a while because the windows were single pane. The cover to the heater was broke. The mini fridge didn't close all the way because the freezer part was so frozen it made the door stay open. The bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was dark and had ceiling tiles?? But the rest of the room was drywall. The free breakfast was trash. Food was cold. Coffee was mostly water and i had more options at a high school cafeteria. The best part was the jetted tub. I would not recommend and would not stay again.

Towels had black spots on it. Wifi was not great and not trusted by my phone. Hallways and staircases hadn’t been cleaned. Exterior was not tended too Overpriced for the accommodations Lobby bathroom was not useable. Side entrance was littered with cigarettes

Pretty beat up. Beds were fine. But the resort needs cleaned up and lots of maintenance.

We booked this hotel based on location, price, and reviews. While I can’t say it was our best lodging experience of the year, bit was definitely in the top 3. The property was very well maintained, the room was very clean and adequately furnished, and a nice included breakfast. (Although the breakfast area could use a little more lighting.) And every once in a while you encounter a staff member who is meant to work in a specific industry, ,and that is the case with front desk employee Cierra. She checked us in, provided informed answers to questions regarding the area, and was obviously experienced at her job when an issue arose regarding their rewards program. She was consistently pleasant, polite, and efficient at every turn. If our travels ever take us back to the Bedford area, we will stay at this Quality Inn & Suites again.

Shannon at the front desk was amazing. She was attentive to my needs and always asked if I was okay. One morning I had an emergency conference call and my phone died. She allowed me the use of the phone to rescheduo=le my call to later that afternoon. Thank you Shannon for the many days you assisted my company travel.

Not bad, got a room close to highway, a little noise, the inn condition and breakfirst are good.

It served my needs but the building layout was awkward which compromised accessibility There was a lot of deferred maintenance and the mattress needed to be replaced. The breakfast was basically inedible.

Stay was not great. Check in was a mess. They made us wait a half hour. Men's room had two facilities out of order. No paper towels available in men's room. No toiletries available. Breakfast was at best fair. No bread or rolls available. Coffee milk was spoiled. Coagulated in the coffee. In addition the cost of our stay was high.

Our stay was quick. To Bloomington for family concert and high school graduation party. Just needed a quick spot for a very brief stay. We appreciated and enjoyed the nice breakfast! Helped to give us a quick, nice start to the day. Room was fine. We didn't feel awake to watch TV, etc. - got a late start and then an early departure. Thanks for your service!

It is an old and dated hotel. The staff is great…like really great. But it is an old hotel and it shows. The air conditioning had a funny smell, there was mold behind the curtains, there was mold on the back of the door where someone had clearly splashed something and they had not cleaned it off. Breakfast was good. Had hot food and waffles with e rushing else you would expect. Probably would not stay there again until they remodel if I’m being honest. Again. The staff was great and the common areas were great….but they just have a lot to do for the rooms themselves.

I paid a premium amount to stay overnight on a Saturday night, but I justified it by knowing that the price included complimentary breakfast for the two of us, which I was looking forward to, but there was no breakfast. The breakfast room was locked and all the lights were off at 9 a.nm.
