First impressions are everything. The property was clean overall but the room didn’t smell fresh like most places we’ve been to. There was no toilet tissue and we drove for 17 hours from Massachusetts so everyone wanted to…. My wife showered first and then I showered only to run out of bath soap mid-shower. I was not happy about that. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which helped, but left a sour taste in our mouths. The breakfast was good and the pool and gym was excellent

This hotel is good on most items but this particular room had horrible water pressure. It was barely a trickle and difficult to get soap off. It didn’t mater the time of day it was just too low. On our second night there the hot water in the lobby was unavailable. Having worked at Hilton before I know this is not the standard. There should be two sets of coffee and hot water containers. One should be brewing and ready before the timers run out.

We checked in late and the night desk person was amazing. Helped us in every way possible. The breakfast was fine and normal for a Hampton inn. The room was very spacious and very accommodating. We also have a service animal and the team at your Hampton inn did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and comfortable

1. The breakfast lady was extremely rude, they don’t keep anything stocked at either. 2. The pool is tiny “don’t be fooled by the pics”. 3. After checking in, we went to our rooms. The room had a fragrance smell. It wasn’t a bad smell. We stayed 1 night. We checked out the next day. We was charged $250 for a cleaning fee due to what we thought was a room deodorizer used by the hotel BEFORE we arrived. So basically they stole $250 from me. They won’t return my money, and Hampton customer service will not help in any way! So if you like bad service, your money stolen, or have kids and want to enjoy the pool. DO NOT GO HERE! I give this review based on my actual experiences. I have stayed at tons of hotels across the country. This is by far one of my worse experiences I’ve ever had!

Excellent service. We arrived really late. Jesse went out of his way to find us some food as all the restaurants were closed. Let us use a wheelchair . Again Jesse was very helpful. Thank you.

Love our stay at the Hampton Inn in Bedford. It is newest hotel in town and is best we have stayed in there. All accommodations are new and modern. Large area for breakfast or just comfy seating for hanging out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of McAllisters Deli and a Starbucks!

The staff who helped me were exceptionally friendly. Even though, the room was a standard set up, they had added different pop-up color to the decoration and uniquely designed furniture that made it feel very inviting. It was very close to shopping which was very convenient.

Had an excellent 1-night stay with the grandchildren. Spent much time in the WARM pool! Excellent warm (& cold) buffet breakfast. Only downer was the little coffee maker in our room was very messy from previous coffee grounds and we wouldn’t use it like that.

Super clean, super service. Only minor complaint is that they were out of orange juice and I’m not crazy about the omelette. Otherwise, this Hampton is better than most where I’ve stayed.
