The room was large and beautiful. Corner with mou tain,city and views of the sphere. Free valet.parking. no casino so smoke or noise and quick access to the elevators. Great service and right across from Fashion Show mall. Overall a wonderful experience. Not our first time here and we will be back.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet room and many drawers. The bathroom is spectacular, and the service is top notch. Great swimming pool area, good dining area in the lobby area. There's no casino, but that's another reason why this hotel is great. It's quiet, relaxing and there's no cigarette smoke. I will definitely stay here again.

This whole hotel complex is fabulous for the minute you pull up to the free valet. Inside everything is immaculate and impeccable. The people that work there are all friendly at the highest standard. Quite shocking really as it appeared to be perfection throughout all areas from checking in to the hotel rooms to the pool area gym and restaurants. Nothing was a problem. Stayed in 5 star hotels with always things that we’re not up to a five star standard. This place is truly five stars.

The hotel advertised heated pool but it was freezing and pool staff would not allow you to move any sunbed to get shade, umbrellas were inadequate.

Valet is unorganized but the hotel is great!

Room was really nice. Security to enter towers to rooms excellent. Dinning limited to one restaurant not a casino hotel so not as crowded. Valet only but very efficient wait wasn’t too long even at busiest times. Nothing really in walking distance so a rental car or ride strongly recommend otherwise what for me was a long walk to strip in the dessert heat. If you’re okay with that you can get to the Wynn and fashion mall by foot. I would definitely stay again especially at price point for a five star room/hotel.

It was a great stay for our family. The hotel was clean and quite (no casino). The only thing that was someone what 4 stars is the size of the pool. It is little small.

Fantastic stay just wish they had self park option. Valet lines are hectic at checkout.

Room was spotless. Bathroom was amazing for a basic room. Ive been there at least four times the city view is worth the extra money

Everything about the stay was exceptional! From the check-in, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, the people were all friendly and very courteous. The rooms were well appointed and exceptionally clean!

The room was white-gloved clean! All interaction with staff was awesome!

Trump has always been my preferred place to stay in Las Vegas, primarily because I don’t tolerate smoke, and it’s refreshing to avoid the secondhand smoke common in casino hotels. However, I was very disappointed with this stay. Upon arrival on a Saturday afternoon (peak check-in time) only two employees were working the front desk. This resulted in a 45-minute wait just to check in. I asked the bellman to notify a manager, and while he said he would, nothing changed. My room and floor had a musty, mildew-like smell, similar to an old cabin. The door handle to the room was broken, and the outlet next to the bed was blocked by a heavy nightstand, making it unusable. The other outlet by the bed was worn out and wouldn’t hold a plug. Strangely, the power in the room seemed insufficient. My phone charged only 5% overnight. At the airport, it fully charged in 45 minutes, so it clearly wasn’t a phone or cable issue. I had planned to take a bath but found hairs throughout the tub. I called housekeeping and was told someone would follow up, but no one did. When I returned from my evening, the tub had been cleaned, but no one had contacted me or requested permission to enter the room. While I appreciated the effort, it was too late to use the tub by then. Given the price and additional resort fees, nothing about this experience felt like a luxury or resort-level stay. Unfortunately, it felt more like a budget hotel than what I’ve come to expect from this property.

Housekeeping didn’t clean my rooms 2 out of 3 days. Mattress needs to be changed and pillows were completely flattened.

2 times in a 4 night trip was the room not made even though i had left the room before 7am each morning. Mattress had depressions due to wear. Pillows were flattened. The room needed some love.

Our friends rented a cabana for all of us and planned on spending the entire day at the pool but unfortunately some irresponsible guest brought glass into the pool area and it was shut down. Prior to that a huge group of rowdy kids were causing havoc as well and were asked by the amazing pool staff to stop multiple times. The rooms are phenomenal, but they are not the cleanest. Our shower was full of dark hair. It was rather disgusting.

We loved the hotel and room. But I would not have stayed in the room if I would have seen the shower the next morning. Large clumps of hair everywhere it was terrible. I understand humans miss some things but it was all over the shower I have provided a picture

People were great. We were on the 56th floor and could hear traffic noise at all times during the night. Towels in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Cheap, scratchy Walmart towels weren’t good.

I had a nice room on the end with lots of space and a great view of the mountains! My first time staying here and I will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel and rooms are in great shape, very specious, with perfect view of the Strip.

Check-in was a breeze and they offered us a beautiful corner room for $60 per night upgrade, which was well worth it. This was a condo with a full kitchen living room two bathrooms and a bedroom!

Excellent location. Across the street from a mall (Nordstrom, Dillards) with lots of quick dining options. Room was beyond quiet. Never heard a single noise from the hall or nearby rooms. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were amazing.

I wish the room had USB ports.

Spacious room, very nice room, friendly staff, great view. The condition of East side walk from Los Vegas strip to the hotel needs lots of attention.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Our room was very roomy and luxurious. It was an exceptional room and stay. Prices were lower than comparable rooms on the strip. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

Wanted to cancel or rebook the stay as we were going as friends group to celebrate a few achievements and one of us had a tragic loss and the hotel was just not accommodating at all i understand there are policies in place but there was no sympathy or anything I just hope nothing like this ever happens to any of them when they are planning a trip or traveling. Other then that the other girls did still attend so we all weren’t out of money and everything was nice they stated.

The property was AMAZING AS ALWAYS!!! Great comfortable bedding, front desk & room service are there for your needs…. Ryan the bellman was very helpful & always polite. Payton the limo driver was excellent & very informative. All the staff are great & hard working to make your staff the BEST!!!

We booked this hotel specifically for the VIP amenities listed on Expedia but received none. At check-in, we were told we couldn’t get a free upgrade because our Deluxe room was the best in its category. However, the next tier room was only $20 more per night. If we had booked that, would we have been upgraded to something even pricier? We ended up paying out of pocket to upgrade to a suite, which cost more than Expedia’s listed price for that next tier. The listing also states there’s a 20% dining discount. At checkout, we noticed the discount wasn’t applied to our room service charges. We were told it only applies to in-restaurant dining because room service is through a third party. The employee even admitted this should’ve been explained at check-in—but it wasn’t. We called around 4 a.m. before checkout to request a late checkout and were told, in a rude tone, that noon was the latest. A few hours later, we spoke with a different employee who politely offered 2 p.m. without hesitation. We contacted Expedia after our stay and they reached out to the hotel, but the hotel refused to address any of our concerns. For a property marketed as a luxury experience with VIP perks, this stay was a huge letdown. Would not recommend.

From the efficient checkin to the impeccably clean beautful rooms, our stay was wonderful! So nice to be away from the casinos, and yet still close enough to the nearby entertainment. Highly recommend.

Great location! No casino inside the hotel, which means - less traffic, less noise. I like it. If you wish for a casino, there are plenty in the nearby hotels.

Non-gaming/non-smoking property. Great staff. Clean/quiet/relaxing just-off-strip location, but still walkable. Fashion Show Mall access directly across the street is excellent......provides air-conditioned path to the strip & connects to Treasure Island. Resorts World/Tesla Loop-Convention Center access is short walk North on the strip.

This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. You’re away from all of the people but have options to walk to the mall and great restaurants. No smoking and no casino makes it great

This property is beautiful and very elegant. The rooms were large, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If we were staying here just for a hotel, it would have been fabulous; however, we spent $200 on Uber because this hotel is so far off the strip, where most of the action is. As much as we loved this hotel and would stay here over and over, we will likely pick something closer to the middle of the strip next time.

Trump hotel was great! Very nice comfortable rooms. Room service was only ok. The food was good but there were no eating utensils when the food came. Also nothing extra like butter or catchup. Would have also liked to have had the choice of flavored coffee creamer.

The restaurant and bar area had excellent services and great food. Room was very clean and impressive with the attention to detail!

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Vegas. We got a king suite and it was amazing! The pool experience is great and had very friendly staff working the bar and pool. Food was great, especially late night coming in from our concert. Vallet parking is included at no charge. Our room was clean, had a kitchenette and we could have definitely done an extended stay and felt comfortable. A plus is that there is no smoking or casino inside so you can enjoy walking in if you aren’t into that and in Vegas just for the shows. Overall this is a baller place that deserves a 5 star review! How can you go wrong when it’s Trump tower?!

We have always loved this hotel and we still do. The restaurant however was way below our expectations. Dinner was poor and breakfast was unfortunately the worst I have had, ever! So sad and disappointing.

Did not use the spa, shopping not a great choice, also could do with another restaurant for more choice.

The restaurants were fabulous, staff were SO nice, and really went out of their way. It’s incredibly dog friendly, including a patch for dogs to go potty. Nice and quiet and super clean. 10/10 would recommend! Oh and no casino and no smoking was a huge bonus.

Restaurant serves quality food at affordable priced. Room service is spot on. Housekeeping excellent.

everything about this hotel is amazing! Room wasspotless and comfortable. All staff friendly and welcoming. Food at the DJT restaurant was delicious. Will only stay here from now on. Highly recommend!

The restaurant downstairs is top notch, the fish and chips may be the Best in the West outside of Tacoma, grand portion of a side of Halibut, perfectly beer battered. Fish is so big it jumps off the plate… Won’t beat this one, anywhere.
