Hotel is very run down. To access the Spa you need to leave the hotel and walk through a very poorly covered walkway. Rooms very dated, shower was lukewarm, radiator in bathroom not working, room cold with the heating on a timer, at this time of year, wasn’t ideal. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The part we were in was very dated. Lots of fire doors and patched carpet. Letters missing from name on the building. Shower over the bath and no lift. We chose it because we had a voucher and did not research it properly. We wonder if the voucher was responsible for getting an inferior room. The food was lovely and staff nice. We would never stay there again as the advertising was very misleading. Very disappointed with this hotel.
