Arrived late, utilised the 7kW ev chargers on site which was handy. Hotel is basic but comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. If I had to pick a fault the sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small and there's quite a bright emergency light in the bedroom which I found a bit annoying.

Room was spotlessly clean, staff very efficent on arrival. Evening meal was good, breakfast at the linked cafe was mediocre. Getting out of the car park was a bit of a pain, took a while to find staff to open the barrier.

When we pulled up I was alarmed to see a barrier with a £15 per night charge sign and only when I rang reception did they assure me that we wouldn’t have to pay as residents. This could’ve perhaps been conveyed on the sign so we were not worried to drive the rough the barrier and camera. The room reminded me of a prison cell, I don’t mean this to be unkind but the use of scaffolding pipes as a form of artsy decor didn’t come off very well. The carpet was a robust sort of easy clean type stuff which I understand as I’m sure hikers etc would have muddy boots, but I think it made the room smell unpleasant. The mattress was really hard, I even considered rolling up the duvet and lying on top of it. On a final note, there was one pillow. It took minimalist to the very extreme and I have to say for £180 (£203 incl. breakfast) I was far from impressed. It is worth noting that the TV will only work if you have an android mobile, which was unfortunate. I love going away and we have stayed in many many hotels and I always am open minded and looking to enjoy myself, but this hotel must surely be one of the worst we have visited. If it had been £60 I could’ve overlooked all these elements, but not for that price. I found myself lying in bed thinking of all the lovely Premiere Inns and Travelodges I have ever stayed in and how they were half the price and would’ve given me two pillows lol!

I believe that the hotel is new so we thought we'd give it a chance and stay. On the website it said that the hotel had a restaurant and bar that you could eat at in the evenings, this was the main reason that we stayed here (the resort is 15 minutes away from Fort William). When we arrived, we were incredibly disappointed to be told that there was no restaurant or bar despite it saying so online meaning we had to make last minute dinner plans in Fort William. The hotel also seemed to have a skeleton staff after the resort closed at so I would advise checking in earlier so that any problems you have can be resolved, we had issues with our payment and struggled to get them sorted. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and done to a high standard, the showers were large and were stocked with high quality soaps etc. Overall, I thought the rooms at the hotel were fantastic but the service was sub-par and the online description of the facilities available was misleading at best. I would maybe give the hotel another visit once it has been open for another few months and had time to fix teething problems.

Location, room and view were all good. Room was nice and clean with decent tea/coffee. But the adjoining cafe for breakfast was expensive : £6:95 for a bowl of porridge. And they had no continental breakfast option. The adjacent bar only served meals (burgers) on weekends.

Stayed for a night on our way to Skye so can't comment on skiing/MTN biking but appeared like it would be very good acesss. Very comfortable, warm and useful having a bar and food available on site. Would be nice if the restaurant food had some more veg with the meals but that's being picky. Would stay here again.

This place was great. Right at the base of the mountain with easy access to the lift to the restaurant up at the ski slopes. Disappointed hotel stays didn’t come with a discount option on the lift which would have been a nice gesture. Not the cheapest at £60 for a day pass with two adults and two children. Snow was amazing, staff are lovely, rooms are basic but clean, tidy and has the necessities. Great location and great views. Parking is subsidised when you stay which is good. Restaurant isn’t cheap nor is the cafe but both looked nice and had a decent menu. Couple of gift shops and bike place if you want to rent or fix something. Worth a visit but if you’re not a skier then likely only a one nighter type place. Would visit again.

The room was warm and the shower was brilliant, Towels were excellent and the coffee was renewed every day.Parking was free as you were staying at the hotel, checkin was flawless but the keycard needed changing every day because it wasnt working.

For some reason they have a bright green light in the ceiling near the door. It lights up the entire room all night. Was also disappointed there was no laundry services, refrigerator, or microwave. Airbnb's are better equipped. I didn't love that you needed a key card for everything (room electricity, elevator, front door in and out), but they only give you one.

We liked the location, free parking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were never made up while there for 4 days. The exhaust fan was filthy, with dust constantly falling down in the bathroom.

Not as advertised. Room was filthy and disgusting. Someone had clearly previously vomited on the floor and it was barely cleaned up. There was mold all over the shower and the furniture was falling apart. I’m pretty sure we also slept on a cot, not a mattress.

We stayed in one of the ground floor family rooms. Horrible smell in the corridor and in the room, dirty carpet. And above all, no soundproofing which was really annoying! Cheap hotel but not good value for money given these issues

The 'family' room looked more like barracks or a youth hostel. Two bunks alongside the wall and a double bed at the end. One large bathroom for the large shower and toilet. A photo of the room was not advertised. Only standard rooms were photographed. The room itself was very expensive so my expectations were high. It was very hot in summer and the midges didn't help matters when no net curtain was provided. If you have activities at base camp then you have good reason to stay here, if you are just passing through I cannot recommend this accommodation purely from a bad value standpoint.

The air conditioning didn’t work. We were able to turn the display on but it wouldn’t actually blow air. There was an obnoxious green light in the entry way of the room that was distracting leaving a sleepless night.

For the price I think they could have put king size beds in the double rooms the tv was very complicated to work we had two members of staff in the room trying to help they couldn’t get it working either which was disappointing would have been nice to watch a little tv the weather was so bad we couldn’t go walking before bed

Clean and modern but very basic. Great for either a stopover en route to Skye or just to explore fort William or Glencoe. WiFi and phone signal extremely poor but has improved over the years. Could do with thinking about guests a little more, had to go down and ask for extra pillows (only one each on double bed) and then found in the morning no hair dryer in room. This is the second visit to have these issues so clearly not listening to guests advice otherwise can’t fault it

The room is good value, clean and comfortable - overall good place but a few teething problems could be improved on. Shower needs a label to show how to work due to secret stop button. The door to room wouldn't close fully by itself which is a bit of a security concern; also the wifi network for room is joined via TV (not immediately clear), otherwise an open network across the whole centre. The room was so cosy I slept with the window open all night (in March) and was still warm. The cafe bar food is very underwhelming so would recommend you eating elsewhere. Everything feels quite new and fresh and staff are friendly. With a few tweaks it could be really good.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the room itself was unacceptable. The bed frame is smaller than the mattress, did not support the mattress fully — about a quarter of it was hanging off with no support. This made sleeping very uncomfortable, and resulted in serious safety concern.

Basic accommodation but this isn’t really somewhere you’d spend more than 1 night. The room was ‘surface’ clean but not spotless. The room type we had was a ‘double’ bed but it is a small double. Also - whilst there is a TV; there are no channels and you need to cast from your personal device to the screen to watch any thing. Hotel guests have a discount off the Gondola price which was a nice bonus

When we arrived, we were incredibly disappointed to be told that there was no restaurant or bar despite it saying so online meaning we had to make last minute dinner plans in Fort William. The hotel also seemed to have a skeleton staff after the resort closed at so I would advise checking in earlier so that any problems you have can be resolved, we had issues with our payment and struggled to get them sorted. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and done to a high standard, the showers were large and were stocked with high quality soaps etc. Overall, I thought the rooms at the hotel were fantastic but the service was sub-par and the online description of the facilities available was misleading at best. I would maybe give the hotel another visit once it has been open for another few months and had time to fix teething problems.

Unorganised chaos. Arrived for our two night stay. Told in our booking confirmation we had tv with premium channels to find there is no aerial in the tv, if you wish to watch anything, you needed to cast your mobile to the tv, Netflix etc would not work. Paid extra for our stay to get “free breakfast” Arriving into the cafe we only got a discount of £11.50pp for breakfast. Both mornings they got our orders wrong. Both times one of us had finished our meal before the other one arrived. Food was lovely..when we eventually received it. Lack of training provided to staff, nobody knew what they were doing, such a shame as it’s a lovely premises and area. Check out - we were nearly charged again for our booking, I had to prove I already paid for my stay. Total chaos to be honest, such a shame.

Just that there is no one at the reception in the morning like we stayed for 2 nights. After 1 night I had questions and there was no one to talk to and the next day after checkout when we wanted to exit the gate and the automatic control was not working it had to be manually controlled and there was no one for that. We had to ask someone in the cafe to help out in that.

It was a great location out of Fort William. Checking in took time due to the staff member not being present in the reception for about 10 minutes after we arrived. A bell on reception may be handy to alert staff to the arrival of guests.

The room was warm and the shower was brilliant, Towels were excellent and the coffee was renewed every day.Parking was free as you were staying at the hotel, checkin was flawless but the keycard needed changing every day because it wasnt working.

This place was great. Right at the base of the mountain with easy access to the lift to the restaurant up at the ski slopes. Disappointed hotel stays didn’t come with a discount option on the lift which would have been a nice gesture. Not the cheapest at £60 for a day pass with two adults and two children. Snow was amazing, staff are lovely, rooms are basic but clean, tidy and has the necessities. Great location and great views. Parking is subsidised when you stay which is good. Restaurant isn’t cheap nor is the cafe but both looked nice and had a decent menu. Couple of gift shops and bike place if you want to rent or fix something. Worth a visit but if you’re not a skier then likely only a one nighter type place. Would visit again.

Room was spotlessly clean, staff very efficent on arrival. Evening meal was good, breakfast at the linked cafe was mediocre. Getting out of the car park was a bit of a pain, took a while to find staff to open the barrier.

I believe that the hotel is new so we thought we'd give it a chance and stay. Location, room and view were all good. Room was nice and clean with decent tea/coffee. But the adjoining cafe for breakfast was expensive : £6:95 for a bowl of porridge. And they had no continental breakfast option. The adjacent bar only served meals (burgers) on weekends.

Stayed for a night on our way to Skye so can't comment on skiing/MTN biking but appeared like it would be very good acesss. Very comfortable, warm and useful having a bar and food available on site. Would be nice if the restaurant food had some more veg with the meals but that's being picky. Would stay here again.

While my stay was not horrible. It was certainly not as expected. Firstly. We were given a disability room. This was a bit uncomfortable. When we asked about it we were met with a "its fine" the shower was designed for persons using wheelchairs and was not pleasant at all to use. Same with the toilet and sink. The hallways are like echo chambers. You can hear everything. The doors also have a loud bang when closing. Bad for when other guests return at night. We were there, obviously during off season. It was not busy. The bar/restaurant was very limited. You could order a burger or a burger. Overall it was ok. Also note: although they describe having premium channel's. There is in fact NO tv channels. You can stream from your own device only.

Really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend. Just wanted somewhere clean, comfortable with Wifi & parking for a weekend on the hills and it’s perfect for that! The food in the cafe isn’t great but if you’re planning on being out the majority of the time then it does the job.

Hotel was clean, functional and only a short drive from Fort William. Food was good and parking easy. Only downside was that it is very isolated once you are there.

Convenient location to Fort Williams and to go explore the Glencoe area. The gondola does not take you up to Ben Nevis but to another mountain. Family room was basic, very little space to hang towels and clothes. Parking was easy.
