Room was nice, pool was dirty

Not a bad place to spend the night , nothing fancy but staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The bed was a little hard and the pool was too cold for me especially without a hot tub to warm up in.

Were told they didn't have towels, two people had share 2 towels for 3 days. Pool needed to be cleaned.

We arrived late after a wedding and the front desk attendant was very efficient and pleasant. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Breakfast was sufficient room was clean but could use some updating.

Room was clean. Staff are always friendly. Pool was gross. Cloudy every time we stay here.

Really liked the comfort and coziness of the room, the refrigerator and microwave made it convenient for us to be able to bring snacks from home. My husband is a professional DJ so we booked the hotel for a weekend. Stay as he was there DJing a wedding.. we enjoyed the breakfast bar and pool as well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I liked the breakfast and the indoor pool, The pool hours could be longer.

We decided we would stop here before continuing on our trip to see family. Got the whirlpool room. DISGUSTING!!! We thought we would do this to just relax for the afternoon before having a longer drive the next morning. I let the general manager at the desk know the morning we left and showed the pictures. Filling the whirlpool was fine. As soon as you turned it on, so much crud!!! The water was a yellow color (should have taken a picture). Instantly drained it and there was a line where the water was and so much crud on the bottom. I used a washcloth and this was the result (picture). Our TV didn’t work which was okay because just used my laptop. Wasn’t offered the difference between a normal room and whirlpool room or anything although they have their sign about the satisfaction guarantee. If the whirlpool that is supposed to be cleaned daily is that bad I can hardly assume what the air/heat vents are like. (Having an auto immune disorder I hope I don’t get sick even though I try to Clorox everything down.). The bed and shower were what you would expect. The walls are soooo thin. I usually use a competitor to Hilton and looks like that might be what I need to continue to do. I rarely hear a neighbor when staying at their chain. My mom loves Hampton Inns but after this, not sure why. We will now be in this area often so will have to resort to other lodging around

The first room we occupied had a door that would not lock. We were unable to leave the room with our belongings inside. They moved us to an upgraded room (with a spa tub). The room was nice except for the wet, sticky mess in front of the desk in the carpet. I discovered this mess in my socks much to my chagrin. After the day we had, we just soaked in the tub and went to bed. Nice place, needs proper maintenance. MAKE SURE YOUR DOOR LOCKS! Let's end this review with the fact that the staff I encountered were fantastic. I am sure they would have addressed the second room issue if I had the time or patience to go through it.

Staff friendly and attentive to guests . Property and rooms were spotless.

Our couch was broken and the offered us a cot to sit on and they were out of towels and gave us hand towels to iluse for a shower. The light fixture in the restroom was rusty looking from previous leaks . Bathtub had dirt in it.

Staff was the best! BUT the phone was broken, the tv didn't work properly, bathtub (in a handicap room) was rusty and chipped, walls were thin- noisy kids. Everything was clean, no smells and lots of towels. I just think the place was old and staff was doing the best they could with what they have. Would not stay here again.

Incredibly clean, beautiful, spacious room. Front desk lady was a breath of fresh air which is what we needed after being temporarily displaced due to power outages. Wish we had chosen room there for the other 2 nights. Definitely would have been worth the $40 we saved at a cheaper(price and run down looks) hotel

Check in was thorough and fast, the room was absolutely spotless. All staff we interacted with were kind, would absolutely stay here again.

I don’t like to give negative reviews. The staff at this property is excellent. Friendly, helpful etc. However, the room itself had a mystery 'wet spot' on the carpet. AC was set at 65 when we arrived and it seemed to be barely keeping up. When we returned after dinner the room had condensation on everything and was literally ice cold. Adjusting the unit up to 80 did not help. There were no additional blankets or pillows. Two bath towels in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn’t work, etc etc etc . As a seasoned traveler, I am not surprised to find a 4 star well maintained property at around $300 oer nightbin a major city. This property does not live up to the high price tag.

If you get room 104, ask for a different room. The headboard of the bed is up against the Kitchen wall where they prep the continental breakfast. Needless to say, I had a way earlier than expected wake up call. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

The room with a whirlpool tub was absolutely amazing. Room was clean with plenty of towels, staff was very kind.

Very nice place with helpful staff. Restaurants nearby and our room was very pleasant with a jacuzzi in the room.

We enjoyed our two night stay in this motel. The motel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The full breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold items. I was not able to give an excellent rating for the room because the light was burned out over the sink in the bathroom, and the room phone did not work. Both of which were a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this motel to others.

Mainly stayed in the room, everything was awesome, my only complaint, which everyone has different opinions/preferences was the bed, everything was pretty clean, pretty tidy, but for me the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, relax on wasn't too bad, sitting on wasn't bad, but sleeping on it had me HURTING. Besides that I think for a hotel setting everything was above good besides the bed but again, could just be me.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and they helped us to arrange a cab in this very small town.

Pillows are horrible. No support or any comfort. As well as the walls are beyond thin. Could hear the people next door crack open a can of pop… you can imagine the sounds that came after that at night.

The lady at the desk was so nice .i had troubles with the tv and she came up and fixed it .then i left both key cards in the room and she gave me new ones with no problems or attitude. I will stay there agian next time we are in the area.

The tv remote batteries were dead, went to the front desk for service no one was there to help, no bell. Went back to the room to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work. The hotel allows pets beware dogs were barking all night in the hotel.

The young lady at the front desk who checked us in, was outstanding. I think her name was Maddie. Great customer service and so helpful.

Room was quiet and beds comfortable. Issue we had they didn’t clean our room and we waited almost an hour for them to bring us clean towels so we could shower before dinner.

We arrived at 310 pm and was told no rooms were ready yet from the manager. I ask the reason and was told its not ready. She was very rude, We had drove 9 hrs and looking forward to resting and enjoying the whirlpool. Several other guest arrived to find out there rooms were not ready as well. They canaled there rooms. We waited for 1 hour and 23 mins and i had walked down the hall an ask one of the cleaning lady's how much longer and she told us the room have been ready for over a hour that the lady manager at front desk hadn't even cleared the rooms cleaned. She left abuoy 410 pm and this poor young lady caught all the grief over the rooms. The young lady cleared the room and we went to room at 430 pm. to find bed covers we`re just pulled up over the bed and shower had a dirty towel laying in the floor with the door closed. A young lady came down an went over our room and did best she could. so our trip for that night -10 . will never visit there again. We moved to Holiday Inn next door for rest of our stay.. Wasted 200 bucks for a dirty room and rude manager. -10 grade.

Best available in Coldwater! Cheerful and eager to please staff who genuinely went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend!

Meranda was terrific. Greeted us warmly every night we came in from a long day. The other staff were just as great. Very friendly.

Staff is friendly and competent. Hotel is older and needs some maintenance. Safe. Good for parents with children in college at Hillsdale.

It’s a nice budget hotel in a small area. Not much to do in the area but it was a one night work stay so I can’t complain.

Nice hotel, new so clean. It was very quiet. Breakfast was quite good with an attendant there to keep everything stocked.

We love coming to the Hampton when visiting with our family n friends. Always dependable and adaptable to our needs. An excellent variet for breakfast. Always friendly staff!! Thanks for a great stay!!
