Me sorprendió todo. Quizá fue por promoción, pero agarramos un precio increíble. Todas las instalaciones están muy modernas y bonitas. Ubicación excelente. El roof imperdible. La atención muy buena. El único punto parcialmente negativo es que no tiene estacionamiento propio, sino que es un servicio de un tercero y tiene costo adicional. No es el fin del mundo pero es lo único que no lo hace perfecto.

Me sorprendió todo. Quizá fue por promoción, pero agarramos un precio increíble. Todas las instalaciones están muy modernas y bonitas. Ubicación excelente. El roof imperdible. La atención muy buena. El único punto parcialmente negativo es que no tiene estacionamiento propio, sino que es un servicio de un tercero y tiene costo adicional. No es el fin del mundo pero es lo único que no lo hace perfecto.

Todo muy bien, solo para el estacionamiento hay que considerar que lo llevan a otro sitio y tardan en traer el auto. En mi caso tenía que salir por la mañana muy temprano y a pesar de que avisé desde una noche antes en recepción a qué hora necesitaba el auto, al salir tuve que esperar 15 min. aprox.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and perfectly clean. It was a beautiful and peaceful escape, offering the best sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had many options. The only downside was 2 nights out of 5 days, I was there the rooftop pool was getting maintenance (getting painted) and was closed. Close to public transportation and many restaurants walking distance for dining. 10 minute bus ride to the Angel Monument.

Fatal ! El hotel está en buenas condiciones , pero está en remodelación, estuve 3 días donde no pude dormir por que el hotel está en remodelación, los trabajadores empezaban desde las 8:00 am hasta las 4 de la tarde, arreglando arriba de mi habitación, la habitación de al lado con un ruido insoportable a las 12 de la noche o que la persona de recepción no podía decirles nada, tuvo que ir mi esposo a pedirles que bajaran el volumen. Nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia😩

The hotel, in the pictures, is not what it seems. We arrived very tired and they gave us a very dirty room that didn't have a mini-fridge or a hairdryer. My husband took a shower and the water leaked out onto the floor. We complained and they gave us another room. The other room was much better, but! The location is actually good and the Napoles neighborhood is very quiet, but the hotel isn't one of the best. It lacks a lot in terms of cleanliness and customer service. It's not one of the worst, but it's not one of the best either.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working at all for the 4 nights we stayed there, no other rooms were available supposedly, and the tower fan did very little to make the nights comfortable. Tuve problemas para que me dieran mi factura de forma correcta, al hablar por telefono se portaron groseros y no quisieron brindarme sus nombres. Me decian que expedia tenia que hacer mi factura . Falta mejorar mucho la limpieza y ser mas cuidadosos, dejan trapos sucios en la habitacion, se ve que no barren y trapean diario,solo hacen las camas además de que limpiaban la habitación después de las 3pm

Place looks great on pictures but cleanliness is lacking. There’s construction right next door and nothing was mentioned in the website or upon arrival. Asked for one extra towel and was told that they only provide one towel per guest. Additionally we had 3 other rooms and when my sister arrived she had issues with the lighting in her room and she immediately notified the front desk. She was told they would look into it, when we got back to our rooms lights were not fixed and was told that it was too late to move her to another room. Eventually she did get moved pretty much at midnight in the dark trying to gather her things. Very Very disappointing.

Por el momento apenas están implementando desayunos. No hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay está muy rico. El personal es súper amable y buena onda, el cuarto está precioso, tiene una cama deliciosa con una TV muy grande y cuenta con cafetera Nespresso, lo mejor de todo es la decoración. Súper recomendado.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and perfectly clean. It was a beautiful and peaceful escape, offering the best sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had many options. The only downside was 2 nights out of 5 days, I was there the rooftop pool was getting maintenance (getting painted) and was closed. Close to public transportation and many restaurants walking distance for dining. 10 minute bus ride to the Angel Monument.

El hotel era especialmente muy bueno. Con excelente precio y atención. El restaurante con buen sazón y atención, sin embargo desde q iniciaron la remodelación ha cambiado, el personal distraído, y el restaurante de la noche a la mañana subieron los precios aparentemente tras la remodelación, ojalá restablezcan lo que los hacía una atención calida.

El hotel esta recien renovado y esta muy lindo. La atencion del encargado o dueño (Sr. Argentino) muy amable pero los demas recepcionistas ponen cara en especial la señora. Pero no son groseros, como dato para mejorar la luz de las habitaciones es muy tenue y al momento de maquillarte no hay suficiente luz. La comida del restaurante es muy cara, un vaso de leche 48 pesos. Mejor salgan alrededor hay muchos lugares buenos, bonitos y baratos. Aun asi lo recomiendo mucho por lo comodo y la cercania al Pepsi center si vas a un concierto.

This used to be the VERMONT Hotel up to a couple of years ago and the VERMONT was GREAT, the RUINED IT with this "HIVE" garbage thing. The VERMONT had a Great restaurant open for all meals, I loved it. This HIVE thing does not really have a restaurant. They have a "leased restaurant" on the roof that you have to climb stairs from the 5th floor to the Terrace where it is at, it is open air no shelter bugs etc., and the food was fair at best with limited selection. There is NO place to get get coffee nearby before 8am, What ? They only give you 2 bottles of water when you arrive and no more. The bathroom in the room I was in was TINY you coud not dry yourself off in there it was that small, the toilet up against the shower door which made it difficult to enter/exit the shower. The shower door did not close properly and the whole floor was a giant flooded mess. They use sheets on the bed which are not the right size and it is a mess sleeping on them. Pillows lousy, lumpy and hard all 4 of them. AC blows in your face. I asked for a Taxi to the airport the day before, told 2 different people in reception, also told the bellboy/security person and there was NO taxi waiting for me at 2:45am, REALLY ! Restaurant next door only opens for dinner is Spain type food and only opens for dinner did not eat there prices ridiculous I was told it was not good. Will I ever stay here again, NO ! NEVER ! Go someplace else. Other major problems that there is not enough space to list.
