Comfort Suites Glendale - State Farm Stadium Area

Visited 8/21/26 3 day trip to watch football game. Rooms are decent bathrooms could use some deep cleaning. Upon arrival room was 79 degrees it is the middle of the summer 115 outside after a 5 hour drive would be nice to enter a chilled room. First thought was it's fine we will turn the ac down and cool off at the pool while we wait. Uh no thermostat is set to 76 hotel regulates that. I asked desk staff if there was any way to turn the temp down she said if they turn it down the ac unit might freeze. Lol I said just a couple degrees would really help. She than said she would send maintenance to work on it. They never showed. Went down to the pool it was 3pm and jumped in. To my surprise it was just as hot as outside. Holy cow they have a heated pool in the middle of the summer. Come on are you kidding me. What a great way to keep guest out of the pool area no wonder no one was in it the whole time. I figured fine I will just go and take a cold shower. No again there was no cold running water in the room the sink and the shower was hot water only. The toilet water was steaming. This place was no comfort at all me and my family were miserable breakfast was scarce hardly anything opted for waffle house instead. The whole heated pool situation really did us in. I've never stayed at a hotel in Arizona that did this. Unbelievable never again comfort suites.

There are some repairs needed and my toilet ran all night the first night. I jiggled the handle and it stopped mostly but that was a hassle and several tiles coming off the wall

Very spacious the clerk was very generous with giving we have children great breakfast would go again !!

Large Suites. Great price!

Suite rooms are fantastic!
