We stayed for spring training and plan on staying here again next year. Breakfast was decent for being included with the hotel cost. Hotel was clean and comfy, my only issue was the AC. It had issues keeping the room at 70, it would turn on but the room stayed at 73. Luckily it wasn’t too warm when we stayed. Loved the pool and hot tub. Need more electric charging stations, they were always occupied. We are Dodger fans and loved being close to Camelback Ranch.

Hotel seemed newer and was pretty clean. The price was good and not too far for an Uber to get us from place to place. It’s next to a top golf which wasn’t too noisy. You can hear really loud cars that are driving on the street next to the hotel but not those that were in the interstate. It’s close to several different restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The only downside was the pool. It was not clean; there were bugs, hair and trash floating in it, glad we only out our feet in it.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Nice rooms. Plenty of space, plenty of towels in the bathroom. The workout room was spacious and well equipped. The adjacent restaurant had a nice menu for both breakfast and dinner. If you’re looking for sun/pool time, know that the pool is in the shade in the afternoon. On 90 degree days that might be nice, but for March’s 60-70 degree days it was a little chilly without the sun.

It's a nice hotel. It's very clean and our room was plenty big enough with 2 king beds. It has a restaurant and full bar. Dinner menu is limited but the breakfast has plenty of choices and is included in the rate. The location requires that you need a car, there is nowhere to walk to. We had to take rideshare whenever we went out. We had one problem. Our room was not cleaned on the first night. We reported it to the front desk and they assured us it would be taken care of. We came back to the hotel the second night and the room had not been cleaned again. Their excuses were tame, but basically they did not follow up. Eventually it was cleaned. Other than that, I was very satisfied and would stay there again.

Excellent value in Glendale. This is a new hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only problem I encoun was the WiFi - while casting content from my phone to TV, the session would crash every 5 minutes.

Check in person was unpleasant. Room was excessively loud. Freeway noise, trash dumpster at 4am, no ear plugs provided. Although I was charged the with breakfast rate, it wasn't provided only from 7am to 9am. I had a commitment at 7am and returned after 9am.

Shower was in slight disrepair but not deal breaking (the faucet would leak). Clean comfortable room in an excellent location. Slightly surprised that breakfast was said to be included but discovered after booking it’s offered at an additional charge of $12-$16 a person.

The room was clean and big, and the bed was comfy. There is a restaurant on site, and it's about 1.3 miles from grocery stores and other restaurants, but you will have to drive. Employees were friendly. It sits right next to the 101 and Top Golf, so you will hear that noise all day and night. It's also located across the street from bare, vacant lots that blow lots of dust, if it's windy.

First off, I want to give Kyle a shoutout at the front desk for his amazing service and personality. We were coming in from Vegas to watch the Ravens play and had our jerseys on excited before the game. Kyle shared our enthusiasm for the game since it was my friends first NFL game. He gave us shuttle recommendations, and let us know the best route to take before the game. Not only was his positivity and great attitude amazing, the overall check in experience he delivered was top notch. He set the tone for our visit and always left us with a smile and made sure we were okay throughout our stay. We were in constant communication with Kyle and wished us the best before the game and our travels. This guy deserves a raise because of the level of service he gave. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to shout out this amazing person because of how much of an impact he made on our stay. He is the perfect example of what a front desk agent should embody and giving that welcoming experience. I hope you guys find a way to keep Kyle long term because he will be successful wherever he goes due to his attitude and outlook on life!! Thank you again Kyle for making our stay warming and welcoming. This trip wouldn’t have been as great without the service you delivered. Do big things in life and continue to have that welcoming outlook on life.

The hotel itself is nice, new and kept fairly clean. The front desk staff could not have cared less. I stood staring blankly at two front desk clerks as they chatted away when I checked in. When they did bother to stop and ask what I needed (wasn't it obvious?), it was as if I was bothering them. The restaurant attached to the hotel (The Crooked Pint) is pedestrian at best. I sent back my food the first night. The included breakfast is also served by this place, the choices are super limited and it's a ghost town in the morning. No servers, the hostess came out after about five minutes and the food was a greasy mess. Would not stay here again.

We've stayed here before and it was good but this time we had a south end room and it was noisy up to 11pm-12am from the road noises and then it quieted down after that. Nice hotel and a good location just a bit noisy this go around. East and south rooms face Top Golf and the 101, north and north west rooms are near the restaurant which get noisy since they have outdoor seating areas.

Everything was excellent except being able to hear the people on the floor below me until around midnight (I was on the 4th floor). I was also a little disappointed that the restaurant and bar closed earlier than the website advertised since my plane had been delayed, and I arrived a little later than anticipated hungry and needing a drink.

We were there for a Volleyball tournament. The hotel was very nice, staff was amazing! Breakfast every morning in the restaurant was really good, definitely better than a buffet style. We would definitely stay here again.
