We needed extra blankets and towels and front desk could not provide them and it was unacceptable

Said that breakfast was included, there was none. Heater in the room didnt work and had to change rooms.

Brown spots on ceiling, cobwebs on ceiling, outlets didn’t hold plugs, bathroom light strobed, constant dripping noise in bathroom with no visible source, no free breakfast at 8:20 despite being available until 9

The bathtub was not drawing faster than the shower water coming out. The maintenance man was only partially able to fix the problem. The floor had numerous dust bunnies it seemed in every corner. Will never book there again.
