Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. Also, for a small fee we could leave the car at the hotel for our 9 day trip. The front desk lady was wonderful and friendly and helpful. :-)

We flew out Sunday and notified hotel we'd fly back Wednesday nite late and would need shuttle. Called again Wednesday afternoon to verify shuttle service. Was not until we landed that shuttle could bot run and we'd have to find alternate transportation which cost $50

Pro: room was clean and bed comfy Cons: Motel fails to publish that the free airport shuttle does not run between 1230am and 530am. I had a hurt knee. The motel did not give a room on 1st floor. It has no elevator and they refused to rebook me on the 1st floor without charging a fee, despite the fact that it was 2:00 a.m. and they were not going to resell the room that night. So I was lugging my four pieces of luggage up/down the stairs with a hurt knee. There are rules and then there is common sense.

The bathroom was decently cleaned but the shower had pink mold on the metal below the water faucet. And water faucet was detached and dangling out where you could see the water pipe. Also had only one curtain which was the fabric one no plastic second curtain.the beds sit on an awkward metal frame that you barely touched banged loudly, and pillows felt beyond over used and flat.

Had a dirty bed, got a new room with also a dirty bed. Hair and dog fur. Didn’t want to change rooms for the second time but toilet was dirty, mattress protector had blood and floor had blood stains in room 108.

I arrived 2 hours after posted check in time only to be told that a room was not ready for me and we’d have to wait 45 minutes while they cleaned one. The room was not that clean so I’m not sure what they spent the 45 minutes on as we sat in the lobby waiting. There were hairs in the shower, on toilet seat and sink counter. And one towel had something gross on it.

The property was in a convenient location. The new flooring that’s in process looks amazing. When we got into our room we noticed crumbs by table, someone had left their McDonalds in the fridge and there was hair in the bathtub. This isn’t our first stay and every other time we’ve visited we have had no issues. I will say also it was a bit noisy at night seemed to be a lot of emergency services calls fire truck all night with sirens.

Broken elevator lame for being on second level, bathtub in king suite was a pain to try and get to correct temp and the knobs and buttons just make no sense. But once figured out it was nice. Parking was basically full so had to walk to other side of building then up the stairs. King suite was huge and pretty cool though. Wouldn't stay there in a normal room for the high prices though

We had very noisy neighbours in the adjoining room using foul language. Kuddos to Tanya the front desk clerk who secured a different room for us. However room 133 was below a room with squealing pipes whenever the toilet was flushed. The rooms were not soundproof. An adjoining room had an alarm going off every 2 hours. The bed was comfortable - though the tin frame did make a noise when one accidently bumped into it.

when i tried to check in, i was told i would need to pay an additional $200 deposit in cash which i was not made aware of ahead of time. i had to leave (with my dog and all my luggage i had brought in) and find an atm and come back. they said upon check out i have to have someone physically come check the room before i can get my deposit back. i don't understand why i'm being treated like a criminal. the check in process also took a really long time for some reason.

I asked for a wake up call that I never got. I stood outside waiting for my shuttle the next morning. After 15 minutes I found the cook and asked about the shuttle and was told the driver wasn’t coming in that day. He did give me a card for a ride share driver that I called and had to pay $25 to get to the airport on top of the $2.50 that they had already charged.

1. At check in, there was a VERY strong gas odor. I asked if this was unusual and if it was the reason the entire property is non-smoking. No comment. The following day, my daughter asked about the odor and was told it was because the gas dryers were in use that day. My stay was four nights. Every day the odor was there. 2. It's not a good idea to walk around the room in stocking feet - particularly if said stockings or socks are light in color. If you do, you'll get a good idea of the floor cleaning frequency. 3. On several mornings, I could hear a knock on other doors offering housekeeping. I thought I'd likely left before a knock came to mine. Each evening, however, I returned to room in the exact condition I'd left it. 4. My hearing is no better than average - the guy in the next room snores. 5. On night three, I arrived back tired and to find that my key had been de-activated. I walked around the front desk area calling out - no one. I decided to phone the front desk - that's when someone appeared. 6. When I checked out and asked why I never received clean towels or housekeeping, I was informed that I had to ask for it. Good information to convey on CHECK IN, rather than out. On a positive note: the coffee was hot in the morning, the orange juice was good, the staff was friendly and the parking was adequate. The location is good in that it's near a lot of conveniences, dining, shopping and entertainment.

When I arrived at 3:05pm, I was told the room was not ready. Check in time on the wall stated 2:00pm. I said that was fine and we waited about 45 minutes for the room to be "ready". Once it was ready what we walked into was far from clean. there were dog hairs on the counter top, you can see it was not dusted, the couch was very stained, the tub had hairs in it and the toilet was also dirty. There was also a heavy odor in the room. When I went back to the counter and informed them of what was going on, she said she would have them go back and clean it. We also had a friend who was staying there, while she had a larger family so she had a bigger room, she checked in, the room key was given to her and as she walked into the room, ANOTHER FAMILY was in that room. I asked if there was another room at which she said no. I said I wanted to cancel my reservation and I would be going to look for another place. She said there was nothing she could do and she would have the manager call me back. I asked if she could cancel my room for 6/24 then so I wouldn't be charged since I now had to pay for another room, which was not my fault, and she said she could not but she assured me that the manger would give me a call.

The free breakfast option was terrible. The coffee was very watered down, no coffee flavor at all. There was nothing appealing about the breakfast. The waffle mixture dispenser kept plugging up so couldn't even make a waffle. I couldn't tell what was in one of the heated pots but was told it was biscuits and gravy or something like that. It looked disgusting so I passed on that. We had to go down the road to McDonalds for breakfast. A big thumbs down.

It was an okay stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But the noise in the hotel was really bad. You can hear a door shutting halfway down the hall as well as conversations. The breakfast was not good at all: dry biscuits, eggs where hard, and two of the coffee containers were empty and never refilled. When breakfast time is over, it is over. Staff aggressively and quickly removed all items. Unfortunately this will not be my first or second choice in the future.

Location was fine and easy to find. Room was dirty stickers from kids were left stuck to the sheets of one of the queen beds I was in. Coins were left on the floor like no one cleaned it. Breakfast was a joke. The only hot item other than the diy waffle station was sausage gravy with hard biscuits. If you’re looking for cheap, mediocre cleanliness, and terrible continental breakfast this is your place.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. I arrived to find I had been given a 2nd floor room, but my back went out on the 3 hour drive over and I could not manage my luggage up the stairs (there is no elevator) Someone helped me up in the evening and down again in the early morning to catch the airport shuttle.
