酒店隔離就是AEON, 非常方便，有多間食肆。酒店房大而整潔，酒店職員友善。泊車方便。能夠用這個價錢book到實在太幸運，非常推介

大浴場があれば最高です

小樽築港駅からそのままショッピングモール店内を通りホテルにつけます ですが、10時〜20時しか通れないのでそれ以外の時間帯は外を歩いて行く事に…21時を過ぎていたので吹雪の中外を歩いて寒かったです 朝食のビュッフェはおすすめですが、7時前に行ったら大混雑でした 少々待ちましたが、スタッフの方の対応がとても良く、奥のBARに通してくださりゆっくり過ごせました

Huge four star rooms overlooking beautiful bay and marina with bonus sunset view. Connects directly to train station through a local shopping center that will have everything you want and need including non-tourist super market and restaurants frequented by locals. That is because Otaru Minami is actually a commuter suburb of Sapporo! Easy one stop train ride to the touristy area of Otaru if you want. The Teppenacki and afternoon tea at the hotel aee world class top notch (locals good for special occasions) and priced accordingly. Staff are the friendliest we have met in all of Japan.

綺麗な宿で満足度は高いです。 大浴場がないことが残念です。提携の銭湯もかなり古く清潔感のない場所でした。

酒店距離小樽核心旅遊地區約2公里，不能步行而至，但欲連接AEON及大型商場，還算方便，唯酒店停車場收費比較昂貴，其他尚算不俗。

The service was good but this was the only redeeming thing about the property. The pictures are misleading, as is the 4 star rating. The room was very dated, stains on the chair and generally old furniture. The bathroom had a mouldy smell which permeated the room - overall not comfortable. The only place other than the room to sit was the expensive bar (open from 3), 1200 yen for a small Sapporo. Parking at the property was also 1,600 yen per night despite the park being quite empty. Wifi was very slow. There was no washing machine or other features that made the hotel worthwhile. If you are a millennial (generalising but I think I’m right) you may find a different hotel is preferable.

키로로 스키장에 가기 위해 묵었던 호텔입니다 ! 슈퍼와 서점 드럭스토어가 있는 몰과 연결되어 있어 너무너무 편리했어요 ! 스탭들도 친절했고, 주차비는 4일 6600엔 이었습니다 !

お部屋が散らかっていた。 風呂場と洗面所に髪の毛が散らかっていた。

房间好几支虫子，枕头太高，地毯脏

設備は古いが、掃除が行きとどき清潔した。スタッフの方の対応も暖かく、良かったです。 駐車料金をもう少し安く設定して頂ければと思ります。

8 years ago I stayed at grand park otaru hotel. It was pleasant stay, I really like it a lot so I decided to stay at the same hotel this time round for my holiday. The toilet had a very strong unbearable mouldy smell.

Room carpet need to clean

We arrived early and were greeted by a Japanese staff and they were great. Came back later around check in time and were attended by different staff and the service was bad. Things go worse. Went to the room and the only good thing was the view. Sofa had stains, and the bed sheets had stains. That wasn’t the deal breaker, the room smelled awful. I didn’t want to complain and be moved somewhere else because I didn’t want to deal with the staff so I booked a different hotel and left.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view from our window is gorgeous.

The hotel is old and not well maintained. Dirt found everywhere... on the phone wire. Stains on bed sheet, sofa as well as carpet.

室内は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです

トイレとは別に浴室があり、広くて清潔。満足です。

The view is gorgeous and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location within a mall means plenty of shopping/dining options, including a cinema as well. The beds are horrible - mostly due to age, I think. I could see the sway in the middle part of the beds upon entering the now rather dated rooms - the beds looked like an old, tired work horse with that sagging back. Could not sleep on the bed as it was. We turned the mattress over, and it was improved enough to get through the night. I suspect they don’t have enough occupancy to afford necessary updates.

部屋が広く、地下に駐車場があり、快適でした。浴室のお湯の温度の調節がしづらく、熱いか冷たいかになり難しかったことと、Wi-Fiが弱かったのが残念でした。

Overall I felt like the property felt a little tired. Could definitely do with a refresh/renovation.

트윈베드룸이었는데, 그중 한 침대가 중간에 완전 꺼져있는 침대였음 나머지는 오래된 높은등급의 호텔의 낡았지만 깨끗함 공존하는 호텔임

It’s a decent hotel. Nothing that really stands out about the hotel itself except a nice lobby. The rooms are dated but have some great views. They do not run the AC in the winter even if the room is hot. Having the hotel attached to the shopping mall is very convenient if you are expecting a long stay / ski vacation. Having a whole super market attached to the hotel without having to walk outside in the snow is amazing. If your plan is to spend most of your time in the main town area of Otaru I would look elsewhere. It’s one train stop away (which is sort of attached to the hotel) that is about a 10 minute walk through the mall before 8pm (you have a long walk outside after 8pm).

room has only heat no room temp control working in winter, i guess! Room was spacious and beautiful several restaurants were just a few minutes walking distance all connected under one building

部屋が綺麗で広く快適でした。 15Fのシティビューの部屋を利用、夜景が綺麗でした。

Staff spoke fluent English

Very courteous staff, especially the front desk which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The Wagyu Steak Dinner waiter wand waitress (on Thursday evening, 11/6/25) were also exceptional with their service ensuring we had the Ultimate dining experience!

I have always known this particular hotel very well since my teens, and have always stayed here with my family during most of our overseas trips to Hokkaido for the past decade or so. Now, I've conquered it and stayed here alone. The room was comfortable and was just the way I remembered it, especially the surroundings of the entrance hall. The staff were very hospitable and one of them went as far as assisting me with my baggage to the cab when I checked out. Waking up to the views of the Sea of Japan was one of the most memorable aspects of my stay here. Otaru-chikko Station was also located nearby, which was convenient for me to access my railway day trips. When I checked out and informed them that I had baggage, they offered to get a cab for me to Otaru Station, which was a huge bonus. Whenever booking this hotel, remember the golden rule to always reserve a room facing the Sea of Japan. Thank you, Grand Park Otaru, for such a wonderful stay over the Christmas break! Whenever I do get the chance to come to Hokkaido again, I shall gladly come back!

ショッピングモールと繋がっている事もあり便利で何回か宿泊していますが、今回は受付の方が間違った案内をして、他のスタッフに確認しても、謝罪どころか開き直りの対応をされてとても気分悪かったです。今までそのような事はなく気持ち良く利用していました。

Don’t be fooled by the fancy signs and large lobby photos and reviews from previous reviews because what you get in this establishment is a facade of dated decor packaged with a disorganized internal staff. On the day we checked in for my partners birthday vacation we were greeted with a surprise midnight till 5am no power(not even elevators or room/door access), water, toilets, or heaters in early spring in Japan where the average night temp in Hokkaido is in the minus. I thought those point raised previously were basic right when you stay at a hotel regardless of rating and the fact that it was not bought to our attention upon arrival because if it was, I would have chosen somewhere else where I could spend my partners birthday with the basic essential rather then have no basic necessities. In fairness we were given complimentary access to there lounge which was only a drink, when we were promised we would get the privilege of utilizing there bar and the fruit and cheese on offer to find both the refreshment offer was not available and the drink was as good as just one drink which is quite lackluster if you ask me as a compensation. In regards to the rooms to get dated 1980’s decor with couch that looks like it’s never been cleaned which gives us goosebump to even sit on. I know it’s not the staffs fault and I feel for them and I can only blame the management of this establishment. This is my second stay in this week and in between a ski resort trip. The whole experience is so different and the staff is very helpful

The hotel offered exceptional service and enjoyed a highly convenient location with close proximity to the JR line. The staff were both friendly and accommodating.

It's inside a shopping mall with many restaurants and shops; there is Aeon supermarket too. The train station which is about 7-8 minute walk is called Otaruchikko. It is not walking distance to Otaru Station. Taxi from the hotel to Otaru Station costs about Yen 1100, 5-min drive away.

部屋はゆったりとして、心地よかったです。駅からは思ったより距離がありましたが、モールの中を歩いていけるので苦になりませんでした。ホテルからのオーシャンビューは最高です。最寄り駅が小樽築港と、いうのが難と言えば難かも。

We got off at the closest station to the Grand Park: the OtaruChikko train station: we understood the general directions however it would have been useful to have some clear notice boards long the route: we walked along the outer walkway under cover & eventually found the hotel. The check-in was at the time stated, very professional, received an upgrade & really enjoyed our room on the 11th floor. Just a couple of small negatives: the Nespresso coffee was excellent but only 2 were provided: we asked & were told it would cost $1 each for more: why not just include a couple more? From 10am to 10pm it is really easy to move around the ‘shopping centre’ where the hotel is contained in: outside those hours access to the hotel is via the street: we left at 6.30am and had to drag our luggage up to the station in the open, while it was drizzling: no covered walkway. There are outstanding food outlets metres from the hotel, a supermarket which was amazing to visit and compare in the centre, the room itself was terrific; bed comfy, facilities nice & a good shower with products. Staff were terrific. So, do we think it is worth the $$$ we spent via Expedia: Yes; we think this was good value. Would we stay again; Yes, we would have rated this very high marks, but due to the above ‘irritants’ we finally rate this a 4.5/5. As seasoned travellers, married over 65, we know the value of these honest reviews in deciding on a booking, as we use them as a reference point. Thanks ALGreynomads

Great location with close walking distance to JR station and shopping mall. Great room with ocean view!

Located within shopping mall so access is easy from train station if weather bad. However not near Otaru sights if you don't want to walk 30 Min. Ocean view from rooms is spectacular.

駅直結で商業施設と併設で便利 小樽駅から2駅手前で観光地からは距離がある 朝食のメニュー数はあるが、新鮮な海産物やデザートがあれば良い

Lovely hotel, opulent foyer and dining area. Large western size room, harbour view. Breakfast was amazing, seafood, salad items, huge room overlooking marina. Highly recommend!

朝ごはんのビュッフェの種類が豊富でとても美味しく飽きなかった。

Det var spännande både rummet och utsikt från rummet. Rummet var mycket stort samt väldigt bekvämt. Min son tyckte om det här rummet. Vi var helt nöjda. Vi rekommenderar havssidan. När vi reser dit igen, ska vi definitivt boka havssidan!! Frukost var buffé och allt var jättegott!

高層階宿泊もあり、眺望が良く、朝食バイキングにも大変満足出来ました。

スタッフの対応は穏やかで良いです。 が、レストランが少ない、それに基本ルームサービスはないのはコロナの影響？人員不足？朝の朝食はとても美味しく種類も豊富な方だが、全くデザートがない😭ロケーションは素晴らしいんだけどその場所も解放しているのは朝食の時だけというのは残念でした。 あと各部屋に大抵ホテルならあるものと思っていたミネラルウォーターがない！ このレベルのホテルでこのサービスがないのは初体験でした。大抵2本はあり、補充してくれるのが普通と思っていたので。グラスワインもかなり高め設定でちょっと残念。
