Room was clean, but no A/C and couldn't sleep comfortably at night. Too hot. No access except for many rock stairs which was hard to drag luggage up and down with no help from the hotel staff. Ruined our wheels and bottoms of our suitcases from dragging on the steps. No ammenities and no one spoke much English; very hard to communicate to the staff except a couple good waiters.. Pools weren't cleaned and the property did not have a beach or access to the ocean. Very disappointed for the money we paid and no one to talk to about it because of the communication translation issues.

We could not have asked for anything more. The staff were gracious and friendly, the amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pools but mainly the platform on the sea, were spectacular. The view can’t be beat and it is convenient to the port by bus or a short taxi ride.

Fint hotell, men har behov for noe oppussing. Romene er veldig små og merkelig innredet med alt for store møbler. Eksempel er bade ganske stort, men de har puttet inn et kjempe badekar. Tar hele rommet og er helt ubrukelig. Her trengs en modernisering. Balkongen og utsikten er flott. 10/10. Hotellet har 2 fine basseng ute og et barnebasseng inne (36c), men det beste er kort vei til havet og badebrygge. Oppsummert. Fint hotell med litt behov for oppgradering. Fantastisk utsikt, det er den du betaler for. Hotellet er etter vår mening priset alt for høyt. Beliggenheten : ligger i et rolig og fint område, men litt for langt fra sentrum. Det går buss, men ingen vet når…😊Ble mye venting, som ofte endt i at vi gikk. Tar ca 20 min å gå til Inschia Ponte og derfra 20 min til havnen. Flott tur, men noengang litt for lang. God mat i restauranten, men overpriset. Flott sted for de som vil ligge ved bassenget hele dagen, men for oss som ønsker å oppleve hele øya ble det mang lange gåturer eller dyr Taxi.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a balcony deluxe room, we were on the lower floor where the thermal pool was. Room was dated but that was expected- nothing wrong with it, clean and comfortable. It had a safe and fridge. The shower was strangely high tech but worked aha, toiletries could be better (little sachets with body wash and shampoo mixed) balcony and sea view was amazing- loved sunrise! Breakfast was traditional continental style buffet, same everyday. Was okay. One of the pools was out of use for our stay due to bad weather on day of our arrival. Sunbathing platform by the sea was lovely, sun beds were comfortable and amazing view! Getting in and out of the sea was easy via steps, there was a snack bar there too. The location whilst beautiful doesn’t have a lot in surrounding areas- one restaurant in hotel next door,no bars etc you would need to travel to get into town. Bus was €2 each, every hour. Taxi was €20. Water taxi was mentioned but we never did this, on Google it said you could walk however it was very uphill. Lots of steps down from street into hotel and then down to the sea. Overall the hotel is dated but everything is there, staff were friendly enough. Can’t beat the views. Was a lovely stay.

We were thrilled and amazed at the beauty of this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient giving us a full tour of the property. Multiple pools, terraces, a spa, Sun decks down by the water to swim in the sea. Our beautifully appointed room had a spectacular view from our balcony over the sea and several islands. Not only is the hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the islands, it is a work of art and fine Italian craftsmanship. Spectacular Mosiac tiles, beautiful woodwork with inlaid designs. A great buffet breakfast and wonderful evening dining. We did not want to leave. I know that I certainly will be back with friends and family.

Hotellkomplekset med uteområdene var stort sett veldig fint, men visse ting var ikke i orden. Det var et stort, stygt område helt nede ved vannet som bestod av et betonggulv og ødelagte trapper osv. som lå henslengt. Rommet var også veldig annerledes enn på bildene som var spesifikke for den romtypen (standard rom). Et stort pluss var den store plattingen/brygga nede ved vannet, med nok av solsenger (midten av juli), bademuligheter og vakker utsikt (unntatt betongområdet ved siden av).

There is only 1 great aspect to this hotel and its the view. Everything else was not great. We waited over 2 hours after check in time to get our room. Hotel is very old and not maintained at all… pool maintenance was not kept up and we did not even attempt to use the pool or provate beach area. Bug disappointment overall.

The property may have been a 4 star in its heyday, but it has fallen far. Barely a 1.5 star. Unfriendly staff, room AC not working, could hear neighbors on both side rooms, foul sewer smell pervaded room…Unfortunate as location and views are hard to beat, however sleep and comfort are a must and this hotel did not deliver. Heard similar complaints from other guests at breakfast (very subpar offerings, even by European standards).

From the second we arrived Lino went above and beyond to make us comfortable and he made sure we had dinner delivered to the hotel as we were tired and arrived just on dark. Our rooms were beautifully Italian designed and our balcony and view just spectacular !!

Sunbathing platform by the sea was lovely, sun beds were comfortable and amazing view! Getting in and out of the sea was easy via steps, there was a snack bar there too. The location whilst beautiful doesn’t have a lot in surrounding areas- one restaurant in hotel next door,no bars etc you would need to travel to get into town. Bus was €2 each, every hour. Taxi was €20. Water taxi was mentioned but we never did this, on Google it said you could walk however it was very uphill. Lots of steps down from street into hotel and then down to the sea. Overall the hotel is dated but everything is there, staff were friendly enough. Can’t beat the views. Was a lovely stay.

Room was clean, but no A/C and couldn't sleep comfortably at night. Too hot. No access except for many rock stairs which was hard to drag luggage up and down with no help from the hotel staff. Ruined our wheels and bottoms of our suitcases from dragging on the steps. No ammenities and no one spoke much English; very hard to communicate to the staff except a couple good waiters.. Pools weren't cleaned and the property did not have a beach or access to the ocean. Very disappointed for the money we paid and no one to talk to about it because of the communication translation issues.

We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove. The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back into our old room, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there fir 3 nights. The staff, however, were all absolutely lovely. A special mention goes to Rocco at the breakfast bar, who was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating every morning an the guy at reception which I forgot his name. The restaurant was really good but a bit over priced considering there was not much food on the plate. I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for people with either a physical disability or physical inability as there are a lot of stairs, the lift was out of order but only within the building. However, thank you to all and thank you for let us staying, I will definitely return

From the second we arrived Lino went above and beyond to make us comfortable and he made sure we had dinner delivered to the hotel as we were tired and arrived just on dark. Our rooms were beautifully Italian designed and our balcony and view just spectacular !!

We were thrilled and amazed at the beauty of this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient giving us a full tour of the property. Multiple pools, terraces, a spa, Sun decks down by the water to swim in the sea. Our beautifully appointed room had a spectacular view from our balcony over the sea and several islands. Not only is the hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the islands, it is a work of art and fine Italian craftsmanship. Spectacular Mosiac tiles, beautiful woodwork with inlaid designs. A great buffet breakfast and wonderful evening dining. We did not want to leave. I know that I certainly will be back with friends and family.

There is only 1 great aspect to this hotel and its the view. Everything else was not great. We waited over 2 hours after check in time to get our room. Hotel is very old and not maintained at all… pool maintenance was not kept up and we did not even attempt to use the pool or provate beach area. Bug disappointment overall.

We could not have asked for anything more. The staff were gracious and friendly, the amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pools but mainly the platform on the sea, were spectacular. The view can’t be beat and it is convenient to the port by bus or a short taxi ride.

Fint hotell, men har behov for noe oppussing. Romene er veldig små og merkelig innredet med alt for store møbler. Eksempel er bade ganske stort, men de har puttet inn et kjempe badekar. Tar hele rommet og er helt ubrukelig. Her trengs en modernisering. Balkongen og utsikten er flott. 10/10. Hotellet har 2 fine basseng ute og et barnebasseng inne (36c), men det beste er kort vei til havet og badebrygge. Oppsummert. Fint hotell med litt behov for oppgradering. Fantastisk utsikt, det er den du betaler for. Hotellet er etter vår mening priset alt for høyt. Beliggenheten : ligger i et rolig og fint område, men litt for langt fra sentrum. We stayed here for 4 nights in a balcony deluxe room, we were on the lower floor where the thermal pool was. Room was dated but that was expected- nothing wrong with it, clean and comfortable. It had a safe and fridge. The shower was strangely high tech but worked aha, toiletries could be better (little sachets with body wash and shampoo mixed) balcony and sea view was amazing- loved sunrise! Breakfast was traditional continental style buffet, same everyday. Was okay. One of the pools was out of use for our stay due to bad weather on day of our arrival. We were thrilled and amazed at the beauty of this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient giving us a full tour of the property. Multiple pools, terraces, a spa, Sun decks down by the water to swim in the sea. Our beautifully appointed room had a spectacular view from our balcony over the sea and several islands. Not only is the hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the islands, it is a work of art and fine Italian craftsmanship. Spectacular Mosiac tiles, beautiful woodwork with inlaid designs. A great buffet breakfast and wonderful evening dining. We did not want to leave. I know that I certainly will be back with friends and family.

The property may have been a 4 star in its heyday, but it has fallen far. Barely a 1.5 star. Unfriendly staff, room AC not working, could hear neighbors on both side rooms, foul sewer smell pervaded room…Unfortunate as location and views are hard to beat, however sleep and comfort are a must and this hotel did not deliver. Heard similar complaints from other guests at breakfast (very subpar offerings, even by European standards).

Classic design, you feel like in a palace. Furniture is royal, decoration is antique. Bathrooms are beautiful. The indoor pool is warm and intimate. Staff were extremely helpful. The view to the sea and the Aragonese Castle is spectacular. Breakfast could be better.

From the second we arrived Lino went above and beyond to make us comfortable and he made sure we had dinner delivered to the hotel as we were tired and arrived just on dark. Our rooms were beautifully Italian designed and our balcony and view just spectacular !!
