Room was good, clean and comfy. Cleaning staff were lovely. Breakfast terrible, coffee cold and weak and the all food served on sectioned airline style plates after ordering once from a menu. Tbe bits we could choose - cereal and jam seemed to have a lot of small ants crawling around. Bar or drinks not available during the day unless the pool bar happened to be open which didn’t seem to be a regular event. Spa was tired dirty and not functioning well. The lift seemed to have frequent memory loss - it seemed to forget that we’d pressed a button. Finally, on arrival we were greeted by a receptionist who talked at us with so much information that we couldn’t take it all in! Disappointing overall.

Et fint, klassisk italiensk 4-stjerners hotell med flott beliggenhet rett ovenfor stranden - på innsiden av den lille øyene med Castello Aragonese på. Jeg synes denne delen av strandområdet var finere enn nærmere havnen. Det tar ca et kvarter å gå inn til byen langs den koselige handlegaten Corso Vittoria Collona. I tillegg er det kort vei bort til gamle sentrum som ligger mot Castello Aragonese, hvor det også var noen fine restauranter Og noen barer. Vi bodde på superior room som var flott. Deilig seng (som ikke er noe selvfølge i Italia) og flott nytt bad. Stor veranda med solseng og en liten sofa. Rommet lå i øverste etasje (3. etasje). Det hadde ikke havutsikt. Det så ut til at det var standard rom i 3. etasje med havutsikt som var fine, men mindre enn vårt. Anbefaler å inkludere frokost i hotelloppholdet, for den var fantastisk. Man kan bestille ala carte frokost. Flott service av personalet. Takterrrassen er også veldig fin med utsikt over havet og øya med slottet på. Restauranten på toppen er angivelig veldig god, vi fikk ikke prøvd den, men så fin ut - dog i øvre prissjikt. Bassengområdet er ok. Ikke noe utsikt, men hyggelig med fine vekster rundt og en liten bar/kafé der man kan kjøpe drikke og mat. Det er dagligvarebutikker ikke så langt unna og en liten minibar (kjøleskap) på rommet. The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be. The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent pool towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for pool towels. They also don't tell you this when you check in so when you get to the pool, only then are you told, and you have to walk back up to reception. Breakfast as basic but nice, service at breakfast always with a smile. Cocktails round the pool were excellent, very reasonably priced and served quickly. The bar upstairs was also great, we didn't try the restaurant as wanted to venture into town at night which is beautiful.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Our room, although on the ground floor, seemed to have been renovated recently as it had a very modern feel to it (eg. open shower concept). Very comfortable bed and pillows and overall extremely spacious. Breakfast is not your typical buffet but rather you choose from a menu. It definitely did not disappoint as you can choose whatever you want without any limitation on quantity. The possibility to book the spa area for yourself for 45 min was a great plus. Rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the castle, so make sure to go there for at least a drink. Overall, highly recommended!

Mysigt och charmigt hotell med lugnt läge. Väldigt trevlig och service-minded personal. Frukosten beställs och serveras vid bordet och håller hög kvalitet. Priserna i poolbaren är höga, men annars toppen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Professionalità zero! La notte del soggiorno c’era un matrimonio e non siamo stati neppure avvisati al check-in. Terrazze bar e ristoranti dell’hotel non erano utilizzabili ma la cosa peggiore è stata la musica da discoteca fino alle tre del mattino all’esterno della stanza con gente che urlava nei corridoi. Da denuncia. La peggiore notte in un albergo mai trascorsa. Al mattino (ma anche la notte stessa) ho provato a lamentarmi e la risposta è stata: ci spiace!

Amazing 3 night stay, room with sea and castle view. Great location in charming Ischia Ponte. Excellent massages, nice spa reservable privately for 45 minutes each day, great breakfast with wonderful server Sara. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Grazie mille!

So the property and staff were SUPER nice, it’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and great staff. They also offer a free 45 min private access to their spa. But there was one huge issue… I got insane amount of bed bug bites. When I complained, they looked but couldn’t see anything. I came back home and the doctor confirmed it is beg bugs… do what you want with this information. It sucked

The property is a 25 minute walk from the port. We wanted to see the area so we walked. It’s 10-15 minutes on the bus. It’s in ischia point in a quiet neighborhood, off the main drag but walkable to the castle, the beach and restaurants. Clean, great service, use of the spa. The breakfast choices were wonderful. I guess we paid when we booked but it was worth it, great staff, great food. Took the bus to negombo hot baths. Walked to a nearby beach. AC worked. Pool was great. Overall very nice and relaxing. Did not eat at rooftop restaurant. Did have a drink there.

Hotel moderno e centralissimo a piedi si può raggiungere sia Ischia Porto che Ischia Ponte. Camere pulite, bagno un po'piccolo ma essenziale l'unica pecca bagno doccia unico dispenser, buona la crema termale. Colazione eccellente una delle migliori in hitel stessa categoria, snack piscina leggermente caro, terrazza del ristorante Aragonese TOP. Personale gentilissimo. Consigliato

Just returned from the most amazing 4 night break at this hotel. Everything was perfect I’d highly recommend it. The front of house staff were so helpful giving local information. Vincente the restaurant manager and Mario the bar/pool restaurant manager were brilliant - friendly and so professional and welcoming. Our superior double room was a good size and spotlessly clean thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who greeted us with a smile everyday. We are about to book again for next year! Well done all at this super hotel.
Just returned from the most amazing 4 night break at this hotel. Everything was perfect I’d highly recommend it. The front of house staff were so helpful giving local information. Vincente the restaurant manager and Mario the bar/pool restaurant manager were brilliant - friendly and so professional and welcoming. Our superior double room was a good size and spotlessly clean thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who greeted us with a smile everyday. We are about to book again for next year! Well done all at this super hotel.

The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be. The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent pool towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for pool towels. They also don't tell you this when you check in so when you get to the pool, only then are you told, and you have to walk back up to reception. Breakfast as basic but nice, service at breakfast always with a smile. Cocktails round the pool were excellent, very reasonably priced and served quickly. The bar upstairs was also great, we didn't try the restaurant as wanted to venture into town at night which is beautiful.

The balconies have a view but no privacy the curtains had to be kept shut all the time. we could hear the guy next door clearing his throat and cough every morning 6 am. and he snored at night. then a couple with kids and baby moved in and we could hear their conversation and their baby crying all night long. people from the top floor restaurant had direct view into our room. and balcony. overall a terrible place and not relaxing or romantic at all.

The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Bel hôtel avec très belle piscine. Nous avons pu profiter seuls du spa et ses installations vu que l’on doit réserver une plage horaire. Belle plage à proximité avec vue sur le château. Seuls points négatifs, il faut retourner au port pour prendre l’autobus si on veut visiter l’île, donc un bon 25-30 minutes de marche et l’air climatisé de notre chambre ne fournissait pas.

Terrazze bar e ristoranti dell’hotel non erano utilizzabili ma la cosa peggiore è stata la musica da discoteca fino alle tre del mattino all’esterno della stanza con gente che urlava nei corridoi. Da denuncia. La peggiore notte in un albergo mai trascorsa. Al mattino (ma anche la notte stessa) ho provato a lamentarmi e la risposta è stata: ci spiace!

A really well located hotel, we were given an upgrade to a sea view which was really appreciated. Even with the upgrade though our room was very small. In our room we had 2 small milk portions which once used were not replaced. The staff were all really polite and helpful, on our second day the staff didn’t get our breakfast right. Guests have an exclusive 45 minute bookable slot in the spa but we felt it could do with a refresh -the jacuzzi was very hit and miss, and the showers didn’t function well. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the hotel but we probably would stay there again if visiting Ischia - it just wasn’t really us maybe.

Lorenzo and Laura were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The restaurant offered amazing dining options with a beautiful view of the Aragonese Castle. The breakfast menu offered a wonderful variety of food and drink. Sara and her staff were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. The 4 Canadian girls.

Et fint, klassisk italiensk 4-stjerners hotell med flott beliggenhet rett ovenfor stranden - på innsiden av den lille øyene med Castello Aragonese på. Jeg synes denne delen av strandområdet var finere enn nærmere havnen. Det tar ca et kvarter å gå inn til byen langs den koselige handlegaten Corso Vittoria Collona. I tillegg er det kort vei bort til gamle sentrum som ligger mot Castello Aragonese, hvor det også var noen fine restauranter Og noen barer. Vi bodde på superior room som var flott. Deilig seng (som ikke er noe selvfølge i Italia) og flott nytt bad. Stor veranda med solseng og en liten sofa. Rommet lå i øverste etasje (3. etasje). Det hadde ikke havutsikt. Det så ut til at det var standard rom i 3. etasje med havutsikt som var fine, men mindre enn vårt. Anbefaler å inkludere frokost i hotelloppholdet, for den var fantastisk. Man kan bestille ala carte frokost. Flott service av personalet. Takterrrassen er også veldig fin med utsikt over havet og øya med slottet på. Restauranten på toppen er angivelig veldig god, vi fikk ikke prøvd den, men så fin ut - dog i øvre prissjikt. Bassengområdet er ok. Ikke noe utsikt, men hyggelig med fine vekster rundt og en liten bar/kafé der man kan kjøpe drikke og mat. Det er dagligvarebutikker ikke så langt unna og en liten minibar (kjøleskap) på rommet. Et mindre spa i kjelleren, man kunne booke tid (45 min) og få det for seg selv. Dette bestod av kneipske bad, tyrkisk dampbadstue og et lite basseng, ok, men ikke aller renest

We loved our stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, they booked us a tour and helped us arrange transportation. We took advantage of the rooftop restaurant and bar as well as the pool, but we didn’t get the chance to utilize the spa because we had a busy schedule each day. You can easily walk to the beach as well as tons of restaurants and shops from this location. We would definitely stay here again!

We took advantage of the rooftop restaurant and bar as well as the pool, but we didn’t get the chance to utilize the spa because we had a busy schedule each day. You can easily walk to the beach as well as tons of restaurants and shops from this location. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is a 25 minute walk from the port. We wanted to see the area so we walked. It’s 10-15 minutes on the bus. It’s in ischia point in a quiet neighborhood, off the main drag but walkable to the castle, the beach and restaurants. Clean, great service, use of the spa. The breakfast choices were wonderful. I guess we paid when we booked but it was worth it, great staff, great food. Took the bus to negombo hot baths. Walked to a nearby beach. AC worked. Pool was great. Overall very nice and relaxing. Did not eat at rooftop restaurant. Did have a drink there.

What a beautiful hotel and staff. The room's are modern and very clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and view of the castle. Every morning waking up to a beautiful view. The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. Vincento and Sarah thanks for everything, we will really miss you guys. Lorenzo on the reception, very helpful, friendly and always smiling. The pool are was beautiful and well kept. We also loved the location, tucked away in a quiet little street next to a beautiful park that you can walk around. Thank you everyone, our stay in Ischia was beautiful and you all contributed to that. I will definitely return.

Bel hôtel avec très belle piscine. Nous avons pu profiter seuls du spa et ses installations vu que l’on doit réserver une plage horaire. Belle plage à proximité avec vue sur le château. Seuls points négatifs, il faut retourner au port pour prendre l’autobus si on veut visiter l’île, donc un bon 25-30 minutes de marche et l’air climatisé de notre chambre ne fournissait pas.

Room was good, clean and comfy. Cleaning staff were lovely. Breakfast terrible, coffee cold and weak and the all food served on sectioned airline style plates after ordering once from a menu. Tbe bits we could choose - cereal and jam seemed to have a lot of small ants crawling around. Bar or drinks not available during the day unless the pool bar happened to be open which didn’t seem to be a regular event. Spa was tired dirty and not functioning well. The lift seemed to have frequent memory loss - it seemed to forget that we’d pressed a button. Finally, on arrival we were greeted by a receptionist who talked at us with so much information that we couldn’t take it all in! Disappointing overall.

Lorenzo and Laura were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The restaurant offered amazing dining options with a beautiful view of the Aragonese Castle. The breakfast menu offered a wonderful variety of food and drink. Sara and her staff were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. The 4 Canadian girls.

Accueil et service agréables mais chambre décevante et très bruyante. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines, le DJ tous les soirs au restaurant lounge et surtout le rangement des tables et de la salle tard le soir. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de menu n'est franchement pas pratique, on ne sait pas exactement ce que l'on commande comme on ne voit pas ce qui est proposé et pas mal de "plats" à régler en sus, même le jus d'orange frais...

Mysigt och charmigt hotell med lugnt läge. Väldigt trevlig och service-minded personal. Frukosten beställs och serveras vid bordet och håller hög kvalitet. Priserna i poolbaren är höga, men annars toppen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be. The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent pool towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for pool towels. They also don't tell you this when you check in so when you get to the pool, only then are you told, and you have to walk back up to reception. Breakfast as basic but nice, service at breakfast always with a smile. Cocktails round the pool were excellent, very reasonably priced and served quickly. The bar upstairs was also great, we didn't try the restaurant as wanted to venture into town at night which is beautiful.
