Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bismarck-Mandan

The room was dirty, the night front desk staff could not figure out how to get us another box of Kleenex, the TV guide didn't work so we had to just go up and down one channel at a time blindly, the morning breakfast was awful. For breakfast the pot labelled "hot water" was ice cold, there was one napkin for the guests, the food choices were bad. Other guests must have also been disgusted because nobody was in the dining room. When I mentioned the hot water and napkin problem to the morning front desk person he didn't try to help, he just said the kitchen staff had not shown up that day. Since breakfast is part of what we were paying for, we felt we had been deceived. We left and went to a restaurant for breakfast. I will post many bad reviews for this hotel and I will never return, it was awful!

We stay in a lot of hotels and this shower was the absolute best! This hotel is great!

The room was horrible i stuck to the floor there were noodles in the bathroom sink. There was hair in the sinks and all over the floor. There was sticky stuff all over the handles and the floor that was some weird color. There was even crumbs in the bed when i pulled the blankets down. I asked to speak to the mannager and he never did get a hold of me in 3 days, and i still have not heard from him/her. The guy that got me a different room did jis best but i had to take a room where people held a door open with a rock and and stood in the hallway talking. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND I AM NOT EVEN SURE THAT WAS BREAKFAST THEY WERE SERVING.

The breakfast was ok, but not great. The rooms were clean. We were on the 3rd floor. There's only one elevator and it was slow, so we used the stairs a lot. The room keys didn't work most of the time. We had to go back down to the front desk and ask for new keys almost every time we tried to get into our room. My son and his family were in the room next to ours and they had the same problem with room keys. The stairs were nice and we all got lots of exercise during our 2 night visit.
