We stayed our final night of vacation. We did not use the amenities, but found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well kept.

The stay was nice and the staff was nice. The only problem is that nobody is staying in contact with me about my property that was left. I reached out on multiple occasions, told them my dates and the item that was left. I haven't had any upates on if it was located and how I go about trying to retrieve my jacket.

We had an amazing time we went to Charlotte to see Bruno Mars. The staff was amazing and helped us navigating around Charlotte.

Ill keep this short with a list of whats bad about this place. *Bleach Smelling Rooms *Cheap Ammenties and Thin Walls in the room *Uncomfortable Bed thats been cleaned with harsh chemicals that will irritate your skin *Terrible A/C (Hidden behind a desk so the room never really cooled off) *Outdated Electronics This place felt like the temu of hotels For $120 a night this was a poor experience.
