Access to WiFi was a serious issue for us as we could not keep contact with family, work matters and the internet.

Our room, though adequate, did not remotely match the promotional photographs! One receptionist, very polite, told me I could get another cup from the restaurant. A cleaner overheard and said immediately that she would bring one to our room. All staff were friendly.

We had a free upgrade to an apartment across the road 😀 Excellent facilities and beautiful decor Easy walk into the city centre and can’t fault the hotel’s bar/food Definitely be back!!!
