The rooms were perfect for my family and was so handy having the door that closes so the two rooms we had were enclosed (family suite). The hotel is well situated being a stones thrown from the beach and the whole strip. The pub attached was great and had a vast variety of beers to choose from. The staff were amazing and a special shout out to Keira who was about to finish her shift and sorted out the mess up I had made of accidentally booking the wrong date, she was brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

The hotel looks tired from the outside, inside there has been lots of modernisation and was very nice On check in we were advised that a singer would be in the bar that evening, this started at 8:30 and went on until 12 midnight, Sunday morning 8:30 the pier arcade started playing a loop of loud music, this continued until after breakfast. The king size bed was small and the mattress uncomfortable, Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good Parking may be an issue during your stay As the hotel is on the front there is associated noise of a busy resort Overall though a lovely stay

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good choice for breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and will book again. Ideal location for everything in Yarmouth. I would recommend buying a council Roving ticket for parking. I used Euston Road car park which is only a couple of mins walk away (if that), but you can use several other car parks too.

The beach n city centre is jus few minutes away.Theatre was in front of hotel.various entertainment games zones was at every few minutes.Good for kids n adults to enjoy.The drawback is that Hotel don't have parking .so you need to pay extra for parking which is 15 pound for 24 hours little bit expensive.

Having stayed in Great Yarmouth hotels for many years, the Prom is clearly the best we have experienced to date.Our room with a sea view was very comfortable.The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. The food is very good. All round excellent value for money.

We have just stayed in the Prom Hotel overnight and had a wonderful stay. Staff on arrival really friendly and check was quick and efficient. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and quality bedding, however carpets were tired and could do with replacing but hotel itself was lovely and modern. Our breakfast was included in the price and was fantastic. Buffet style, the chef made our toast for us, as I had three young children, super helpful! Would definitely recommend, and will be returning! ☺️

Clean spacious front facing room with a small balcony. The double bed was very comfortable, the ensuite had a choice of bath or shower. Excellent breakfast served in the morning will definitely stay again when back in Great Yarmouth.

We had a Junior Suite, which consisted of two adjacent rooms. Really loved the breakfast, full buffet and the usual toast cereals etc. plus menu items such as smoked salmon, smoked haddock etc.

We had a family suite that was a singke and a double room the travel cot provided had extra mattress in and the rooms are modern and comfortable and clean..was worried about noise for the children going to bed early whilst pub still.open but didnt hear a thing. Breakfast couls do with some pastries maybe.

We only stayed one night, but in that short time we were very impressed with the hotel room & food we had room at the front of the hotel it was a nice large room with a shower room with toilet and a large double bed. We had dinner and breakfast & both were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed twice in two weeks for work. Staff are great and the breakfast is wonderful, and a coeliac that can be a problem. First stay room was warm and really nice, second stay I had to move rooms because it was very cold and smelled of damp. However, front of house sorted it right away. So overall good effort.

We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again.

This was a short stay but we were made to feel very welcome. All staff were friendly and approachable, we had children with additional needs and accommodations were made in a professional and supportive manner without any issue. Breakfast was fantastic with options for everyone and the staff were brilliant and made sure we had everything we needed. I would thoroughly recommend and we will be booking again.

We only stayed one night, but in that short time we were very impressed with the hotel room & food we had room at the front of the hotel it was a nice large room with a shower room with toilet and a large double bed. We had dinner and breakfast & both were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed twice in two weeks for work. Staff are great and the breakfast is wonderful, and a coeliac that can be a problem. First stay room was warm and really nice, second stay I had to move rooms because it was very cold and smelled of damp. However, front of house sorted it right away. So overall good effort.

We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again.

Lovely hotel. Good staff and good location. Shame yarmouth has been left to rot. This is probably the best hotel in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Prom Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful both at check-in and checkout. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very useable. The Aircon was particularly helpful given the warm weather. Breakfast was delicious.
