Cheap room with a sea view. Bed sagged, damp wall, mould under sink, loose toilet seat, towel rail no power cord, safety handle in shower very loose. Reception and staircase very nice. Pool area and gym access is a maze in the basement like escape room. Dining area is very grand. 1 staff was a dragon yet the other was so pleasant

I booked a double standard room with window, The room that I was given was a double basic on 4th floor, climbing stairs was hard work as the lift was out of order. The room was not a stadard and was a basic, the room certainly did not look like in the photos, the room was disgusting and filthy, the corridors were filthy and appeared carpet had not seen a hoover in weeks, there was paint peeling of the skirting boards and ceiling here there and wherever you looked, there was even plug sockets hanging off the wall. I complained about the room and the staff gave me another room, the window was very small rectangle with wiremesh glass, did not open, the room was no where near a fire exit which was concerning if you could not open the window, I went back to the reception and asked for a refund, they refused, I left and found another hotel, I will try and continue to get refund or some, I will continue to repeat this review until otherwise.
