For a one night stay it was good, the property was out dated but I can live with that. My biggest lets downs with it was the parking, being someone disabled I struggled to get parking. I picked this hotel as it said parking available, there was about 5 spaces and I had messaged them months prior to ask about parking and they said there wasn’t much that I can do other than park on the road if their car and park was full. We only got back late from our event and ended up parking about a ten minute walk away from the hotel as the parking was such shambles… My other let down was the room felt dirty, there were stains in the carpet, which again, I can live with, but there were crumbs of crisps on the floor next to the bed, coincidentally I’m allergic to potatoes… luckily not badly, but it still made me feel uncomfortable as it seemed as if it definitely hasn’t been hoovered prior to us entering and made me doubt if other parts of the room such as the bedding had even been cleaned.

Arrived and the room was not hoovered , the shelf behind the bed I could write my name in with the dust , dust on the window sill . When asked about the restaurant I was told that there is only an evening meal if we arrived by coach , . The best part was the view but that was all . We had a drunken guy shouting up at the window for best part off 2 hours shouting his undying love for his Kelly . The manager has given me her email so I can send the pictures I have taken to pass onto the cleaning company.

Lovely sea view, however the cleanliness of the room was very poor. Needed a good deep clean. The whole of the hotel definitely needs some tlc. Staff were helpful enough.
