Do not stay here. Our room had a tub with a brown bottom in it from not being cleaned. Shower surround walls had mold in the corners. The pool has brown bacteria/algae growing on the side tiles and bottom from not being cleaned. Even my 13 year old boy, who is a Boyscout and swims in lakes, didn't want to swim in there. The carpet in our room was damp because the whole building is very humid. Their "coffee shop" doesn't have an espresso machine, so, forget getting a latte or anything of the sort. We had to park in the parking lot for the sister hotel next door due to lack of parking. I am so disappointed I paid $237 dollars to stay in a dump. Guess we will be de-lousing as soon as we get home.

Check-In was incredibly delayed due to staffing issues and they comped parking to make up for it, which was very kind. During our three day stay we did not receive any maid service despite requesting it every day so we had to get our own towels every evening and set our used ones outside (as we have kids and they are messy). Ricky (Omelet Man) and breakfast crew were outstanding and very accommodating as was the front desk crew. Pool was eye-burningly over chlorinated (compared to other hotels on our trip).

The hotel charges for parking on a giant outdoor lot that is shared with other businesses. The hotel is in a remote suburb. Ridiculous!

Pool water was cold the first night, and closed the second night. The main reason we got the hotel room was for the kids to swim over spring break. We were charged $10 to park, which was never mentioned when we booked the room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 1030, but it closed early. Employees were rude in the breakfast serving area. We booked the room for four people, but they’re only only two bath towels in the room. When I called to have more brat to floor, we were told to come down to guest service to get them.

The property does not have a hot tub as the pictures showed. The pool was close and the staff couldn't provide a timeline for when it would reopen. I noticed at check-in other guests were given a gift bag. I was not given a gift bag. Otherwise, the facility was clean and well run.

When we got into our room, I noticed that an item from some one’s hair had been left, the floor had crumbs, grass and wrappers on it. So in my opinion not vacuumed. Room was very stuffy so tried to lower temp it took a whole 24 hours for the room to cool off. When I went to take a shower there was a huge crack in the shower wall. Breakfast area was hard to find a seat to sit and food was either cold, or not cooked enough. There was not a lot of kids options for breakfast every time we got there to eat cereal was out and was in no hurry to fill. I am also not sure why we are paying for parking when it’s a parking lot with another hotel, and I never once saw a security officer or never saw one driving around. If it’s not already I really think new management and a remodel needs to be a thought!

This hotel is very old and they haven't updated anything, including the beds. The worst thing in our room was the carpet. It was just filthy. Gross. Our sink didn't drain very welI. I told the cleaning woman in charge of our floor and she said she'd get it fixed. Nope. Room 404 On Memorial Day they had no muffins, bakery or yogurt for breakfast saying they had been "hammered" that weekend. Well, it was a holiday weekend and they weren't prepared, not an excuse. Would never stay here again.

Super clean hotel. Breakfast was great and the rooms are spacious. I noticed how good it smelled when I walked in - which is odd for me to notice - but it was refreshing. Their happy hour part from 5:30-7:00 was well stocked and very good as well. Great place for a family to stay.

We booked a room for our family due to flooding in our house. The first morning, my daughter woke up with bites all over her legs. I wasn’t sure where they came from, but chalked it up to mosquitoes since she plays outside at school. The next morning, however, I and my two babies woke up with itchy bites all over. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were apologetic, claiming they would make it right. We left that day, with two nights left in our stay. It’s been a week, and they charged us for the full stay and I haven’t heard anything from anyone since Tuesday. To say I’m disgusted and disappointed is an understatement.

Comforter and sheets smelled very strongly of bleach. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. Shower was dirty and shower head was old and needed to be replaced. Tv was way too small in the bedroom for one of the more expensive hotels in Omaha area. Breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel itself is super nice and so are the people. However when we got into our room it didn't look like it got vacuumed and there was still trash on the floor. And toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom

Love Embassy Suites concept, but this hotel needs a refresh in the rooms. 1” of dust around carpet edges, fold-out couch mattress had large dark brown stain, room furnishings are 20 years old. Atrium is very nice

Great lobby with a nice bar. Breakfast was good. Hotel ambience is very nice. Location is great with easy access to I-80. The shower is dated. Nobody needs a tub/shower anymore. For this price range I think the shower should be bigger and much nicer. Hot water was an issue one of the mornings during our stay. Beds were decent. Staff was great and addressed a tv connection issue promptly. Other than the shower we enjoyed the stay.

It's a beautiful hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the bed I tried to sleep in last night. The mattress felt like I was on a table or a cement slab. It was really painful. Not only for me but also for my wife and my kids. So for that reason, I will never stay at Embassy Suites in La Vista, Nebraska. Thank you!

I stayed on the 5th floor where kids ran constantly around the loop until we called on the noise. Although the room was nice, it also had a faint smell of wet dog. After showering, the humidity intensified the wet dog smell and a urine smell. There was also a faint, dirty shoe print on the bedspread. However, I got in very late and feet bad complaining about the running kids already and didn’t want to seem high maintenance, so I got new blankets from the front desk and went to bed. I’m unlikely to stay again due to the gross odors, but breakfast was great and so was everything else.

I had high hopes because of the reviews. We arrived at 4:00. Our room was not ready and they did not have an estimated time our room would be ready. Finally at 4:40 they “found” a room. The door to our room did not lock properly, the toilet seat was totally chipped and needs to be changed, the couch cushions were full of stains. We went to the evening reception where the fountain drinks did not have syrup and the cherry coke did not have a head on the machine and sprayed all over my son. We were also hassled by time share people which was super annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our third stay here. The staff is amazingly helpful and nice. ( especially Jenna in the breakfast section and Joy at the Nines Bar. They couldn’t have been nicer and they both made our stay greater than it could have been).

Check in is at 3:00 pm. We showed up at 6:15 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back in a half hour. Myself and two young sons were very road weary and ready to relax, but we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. I went to check in and was told our room still wasn’t ready at almost 7:00 pm. I voiced my displeasure and was offered a free drink. I didn’t feel that was worth not being able to check in, but she said that was all she could do. She ended up finding us a room. I do feel we should have been compensated for not being able to check in.

Just ok, hotel is of i-80 and about 15min from Omaha downtown. My wellness suite has an air purifier which is good, but has certain noise level, so I turned it off for sleep. Room said sleep 4 but I only counted 3 pillows. TV was unplugged because remote was missing or so. Brown carpet can hide a lot but still can see there where stain and dirt. Noisy toilets flush and its very loud refilling noises came from next rooms during the night and early morning, I guessed those guests heard the same noise came from my room. The waterfall in the lobby is an nive deco but I found it to noisy too.

Front desk was very helpful! Alan was great. Loved that the restaurant on site was open until 10. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful (they had French toast). Really cool hotel and conveniently three minutes off of I80 since we were just passing through for one night.

If you are used to motels, you will like this place. Needs a little TLC. First out reservation was incorrect, but they pointed out “they could fix it for me”, but they had it incorrect!! Was clearly In my Hilton app what the reservation was. Breakfast was less than average and even things that you might think look good, ham and cheese omelet, were not! Then to charge for parking in an open parking lot?!? Just raise the room rates!

Hotel is very dated and just does not have that higher level of comfort that would be expected for the price. Motel 6 would have been just as comfortable room wise and cleanliness. Stayed here the last 3 years for an event and this will be our last at this one. The breakfast food was dry and cold and they had just brought the "fresh" pans out of food.
