Great location! My only concern is the fact that we have to clean up ourselves because of the length of the stay (5 days)

Staff were friendly, rooks and facilities really good. Only downside is the parking is very tight and could be difficult in a medium+ sized car.

Pros - - Great air conditioning - Clean - Great location: a) relative to Metro & getting to tourist destinations quickly and easily (5 minute walk to Trocadero metro, 6- and 9-lines) & 10 minutes to Victor Hugo (2-line) b) past Trocadero circle provides views of/access to Seine and views of Eiffel Tower c) very safe, quite neighborhood d) many nice restaurant, specialty food (bakery, pastry, chocolate), and grocery stores nearby e) beautiful architecture everywhere f) Av. Raymond Poincare (major road, walk along to get to Metro either direction) has wide sidewalks, trees, and beautiful architecture (timeless) - Great 24-hour coffee machine in lobby - Lobby has nice breakfast area (we never ate at hotel), nice seating area, and cute courtyard with umbrellas - Nespresso in room - We had a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit that was very spacious (probably 500+ SF): kitchette, sitting area, balcony in addition to vestibule, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We stayed as family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) - Our room had wonderful balcony (not all do it appears) that created great sense of space even in crowded city and some views as to how the locals live (by seeing their patios/etc.) - Kitchenette in our room had dishwasher, range top, full size 'fridge/freezer, microwave, clothes washer (no dryer) - Great front desk staff all of which (most of which?) spoke English very well - Nice lighting throughout apartment we were in - On site laundry

I paid for breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that it was complimentary. This was my only negative experience; otherwise, everything was very good. The place is quite peaceful, it is close to everything, and the staff also speaks English, which makes communication much easier.

All the staff was friendly. The location was great, easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. I didn't like that they disabled the TV that you couldn't change the language to English My only complaint is that your room is not cleaned unless you stay 6 nights and we were there for 5 days. I would suggest they offer your room being swept, as they give you a hand brush and dust pan. Oh and it's true the air conditioner in the rooms are basically for show, only cool and for a woman like me night sweats are real.
