Place was good overall, with a great location near Eurolille and great food options nearby! Two things to note about the room: - The elevator does not go all of the way up to your floor, requiring to go/down at least a few steps. This is inconvenient with heavy luggage. - The bathtub has very high walls, making it awkward and dangerous to step in/out. Almost slipped and fell when stepping out with wet feet. Also, there are a lot of homeless people in the area, so it can feel unsafe, especially once dark out. Lastly, be aware of restaurant closing times, as it may not be similar to what you are used to (U.S. for us).

Location of property was fantastic for discovering Lille. However, our room has an unpleasant smell and the little flies in the breakfast room were off putting. Staff very friendly and rooms large provided more than enough space for family of 4. Parking wasn't the easiest to find but nice and secure.

Beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Bath and shower lovely. Basic drinks facilities in the room and could be improved. Very narrow corridoors and winding staircases, which made it difficult to access room with luggage, children and a pram, with only a lift to level 3 when our room was on level 4. Booking stated parking was available, however it wasn't easy to get to, and it cost us an extra 50 euros for 2 nights, which we were not expecting to pay. After a long drive and with children we would have liked to have just been able to park up easily and check in without the extra stress, hassle and cost of the parking that we needed to sort when we arrived. Also, the walk to the car park with children and luggage did not feel safe, and people were begging. Liked the gesture of the eco free drinks on our room, and the rooms were clean. The sink area in the bathroom was stained and worn due to the type of sink installed, and this would look nicer if it was changed or cleaned better, especially in corners etc. Lovely view from the breakfast area and even though our room was nice, a street view would have been lovely so we could have seen the Christmas lights and appreciated the location of the hotel more. We liked the room black out shutters, our room was nice and warm and the room air con option was good too.

Hôtel très bien seul bémol un parking est annoncé sur place dans l'annonce ce qui n'est pas le cas, il sgit d'un parking public nous avons perdu un temps fou dans les bouchons a venir a l'hôtel puis repartir au parking public puis attendre car il était complet a notre arrivée si nous avions su nous aurions été directement au parking. Il sagit d'une fausse information l hotel n'a pas de parking. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

The location of this hotel is very good being right across the street from the train station in Lille. The main reason we booked this hotel versus others is it has air conditioning, which worked to keep our room quite comfortable. The staff was helpful (and they spoke English, which we appreciated). The room (a deluxe room) was rather small, but if worked ok for our 2 night stay. The bathroom has the shower in the same space as the sink, but it didn't get the sink area wet, so in the end, it worked. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but having 2 twin beds pushed together left a gap in the middle that was annoying.

The hotel was really really uncomfortable.. the elevator is terrible you cannot fit more than a small bag in there. I travelled with my baby and I was blaming the moment I book this hotel. I could not fit the buggy The corridors to get to the room were so narrow that you couldn't even walk. I booked for 3 nights and we only stayed 1. Def not for family. But staff was really nice and friendly

This is a nice hotel. Our room was very clean but very tiny. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet was up against a wall so you had to sit sideways on it. We had a nice balcony above two sidewalk cafes. It was a bit loud with people laughing, but we didn’t mind.

The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Lille. Walking distance to all the attractions etc. Hotel is quite small but clean and refurbished to a very high modern standard. Our family room was excellent, very clean with all the facilities you need. All staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good for the standard.

À l'ouverture du lit une taie d'oreiller était posée là en boule, ce qui fait vraiment réfléchir à la qualité du ménage. Il est dommage de ne pas proratiser à l'heure les heures de parking au delà du delài imparti en sus. Il faut ajouter une journée supplémentaire à plein tarif (si disponible ce qui est normal). nice hotel, about 10min walk from Lille Europe Station, handy few bars and restaurants nearby. But beware that they do not have doors on the bathrooms which I think isn't good - we only stayed overnight twice. We are married but even so you still like privacy, even if the toilet was enclosed would help.

A very conveniently located hotel, right opposite Lille Flandres station. The town centre and Vieux Lille all within walking distance. Clean and good facilities. The staff is excellent. One thing let them down: the breakfast. It was chaotic: food running out quickly, as were the dishes (had to wait for ages for cups, plates and glasses). I would probably stay there again but wouldn’t order breakfast. Thanks for to the staff for kindness though.
