The caulking around the tub enclosure was messy. The shower head did not operate properly and part of it came off. The tile was not grouted completely and small ants came out of the wall in the bathroom on the floor on our third day. The air conditioner fan did not operate properly as it kept cycling off. We only had one wash cloth for two people and had to request more. Staff offered us a different room on the third day, but we didn't want to pack up everything and move. The room key would not open the fitness center and neither would the 4 master keys. Maintenance had to instruct staff how to open it on the next day. The oranges were bruised and not fresh and there was a completely moldy one in the middle of the bunch. How is this not seen and removed?

Room, hotel and lobby along with breakfast was clean. There were some issues though. Pool was out of service. Its unfortunate because my kids were looking for to it. Lobby Bathroom needs more attention. 2x we walked in the bathroom and it was filthy for both men and women on 2 separate time. Also, they never brought us our requested towels. Spoke to manager and they said they could not compensate anything other than points. I checked my Hilton account and points not there. Tried calling them 4 separate times and hotel is not answering.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Would have liked to have snacks available for purchase. They have the area to purchase snacks, microwaveable food etc but had nothing available for sale. This is a nice, clean place to stay while traveling

We stayed 2 nights and we had a nice stay. The boys enjoyed the warm pool. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. I loved that it is pet friendly and they have a potty section for the furr babies. We will definitely be staying here again.

The facility was booked for a soccer tournament. My daughter used the restroom and the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and maintenance came to fix the issue. He turned on the water valve behind the toilet. As the evening proceeded I noticed a leak on the restroom from the water valve. I notified the front desk and they let me know maintenance would be in to fix the issues in morning or we could move in the middle of the night. My children were asleep so it was not possible. Once the mains man arrived he stated he fixed the issue however he did not. We went about our day at the soccer field and returned to another puddle of water. Hotels.com refunded our stay but I had to pay for the night we stayed. They were unable to switch our rooms due to being booked at capacity. In addition, the room smelled like mold not sure if it was due to the AC or carpet. The room appeared clean and updated. The door from the pool to the first floor is not secure and there are several homeless people roaming the area.

Stayed here a few times while visiting family. It is clean, well kept and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Shower pressure and water temp were good. Beds were comfortable. I wish when I turned the television on it wasn’t set on Fox news, but other than that it was a nice stay and worth the money paid.

Room was dated and dirty. Couch had several stains, ottomans at the end of the bed had black marks - those items honestly need to be replaced. The room was big (very spacious), the shower had FANTASTIC pressure. The layout of the room was nice. It would have been perfect had the room been cleaner.

Booked a room at this exact property last year. Beautiful room. This year, absolutely the worst room. Room 201 to be exact. The A/C panel literally fell apart turning A/C on. Had to do On or Off. Could not adjust temp. The room had the odor of not so fresh. The bathroom had no where to hang towels literally. The shower was 50/50 pressure when you switch from bath flow to shower. Everything in that room represented what hotels strived to overcome in the hospitality industry. I am thinking I had a renovated room because last year the room looked brand new from floor to wall to bathroom. Extremely disappointed. I do not require pictures of room 201 because it has never been touched. Can’t wait to go even further with this.

Unfortunately while the room was clean it was pretty shabby with a dip in the middle of the floor. You roll in to the middle of the bed at night. The hallway was all ripped up and caused tripping when trying to get our luggage to our room. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. We could not even eat it. Staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency or anything. Took a good while to come out the back, no apologies or anything. Overall not a good experience and will not stay here again.

For our purposes, this location was excellent. Very close to our destination and dining preferences. The staff, while rarely at the front desk, were quick to appear and very accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast was the usual Hampton Inns breakfast and very good! Much better than on my previous stay a year ago. The cooked oatmeal is so much better than the instant and much appreciated! Improvements I would suggest: increased monitoring of the coffee station (it was out a couple times during our stay) add some covered parking as the heat is intense! Oh, and streaming options on the tv would also be great, but not having that did force me to watch some very interesting documentaries on Benjamin Franklin! Thank you for a great stay!

The staff Eric, Derek, Nichole were so friendly as were the others, sorry I didn't catch names. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and had 50 plus guests they were so accommodating allowing us all to gather in the lobby, offered us space in the freezer for treats. They tolerated the teenage crazy and we really appreciated their hospitality which we haven't experienced at other hotels. I would definitely recommend this Hampton. Thank you so much!!!!!

The only interactions with staff that we had were at the front desk upon check-in, where the clerk didn’t look at me, even once. When I arrived, the phone was ringing, and no one was there. He walked out and picked up the phone to answer without acknowledging or even looking at me. Once off the phone, he said “license and payment” I held out to him. He never took them, so I sent them on the counter. He entered in the information and set my keys on the counter mumbling instructions for where to find the elevator. Not once did he greet me, wish me a good stay, thank me for my patronage or even look me in the eye.

Upon check in only one room was available at 3pm. We were told to come back in twenty mins. So we did and was then told another 30 mins. We returned an hour later and they finally had our room ready. You would think booking two rooms you would have both of them available at the same time. Never again!

I made the reservation for two guests that were flying in. I called two times, including the day of their flight. I confirmed that it was paid for with my card, their names on file. The guests called me because the front desk man would not listen or let them use my payment. Kept cutting them off, would not listen. Said "It\'s not going to matter". The ladies I talked to were awesome, they said the same thing. He needs to be spoken to about customer service. Saturday March 4th. 7 PM
