We had a quick overnight stay at this hotel and it was really good! Beds were a bit squeaky but other than that, everything was clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay!

we stayed for state hockey weekend in West Bend. The hotel was pretty good. They were doing some bathroom remodeling and it was really dusty throughout the entire hotel. we paid over $200 a night. I wish the air quality had been a bit better and the bathroom hadn’t been so dusty. The breakfast was really mediocre. The service was OK definitely overpaid for this one and they took advantage of Hockey weekend. After they fix things up, it should be back up to Hampton Inn. I have to say I’m just a bit disappointed.

I rented 3 rooms each for 2 nights at $250/night for my daughter’s wedding taking place in the area. I booked these rooms 10 months in advanced based on the high ratings Expedia provided. Unfortunately the night of the wedding my daughter returned to their room to see and smell vomit outside her room. Someone had vomited in several spots in from of their room. To deal with it the staff placed towels over it. My daughter thought staff was taking care of it and went in her room to bed from such a long day. They actually did nothing else. Throughout the night they could smell the vomit. I think the staff should have switched the room if they weren’t going to clean it up. As you can imagine by morning the smell was so much worse when they were leaving. I unfortunately was not made aware of this till after their return from their honeymoon, I would hope in the future a hotel of this caliber would have a rug cleaner to deal with such episodes in the future.

I gave the rating I did because the room we stayed in was a nice size and remodeled. The down size was the tub did not drain the water and there is no exhaust fan to remove condensation from the shower. The phone was so gross and dirty. There was dirt embedded on all the buttons and a sticky slimy layer on the part of the phone you put by your ear and talk into. Disgusting! The refrigerator was dirty inside where soda is stored and we were not granted a room on the top floor per our request. NOTE: I requested the top floor because of the “running kids” above are not controlled so you hear everything. These matters need to be addressed.

The room was fine, but badly needs additional lighting - at least a ceiling fixture or decent floor lamp in the corner. The reading lamps on the table between the 2 queen beds were barely adequate for their purpose.

Rooms were spacious, clean, however, the noise from other rooms. You can hear every door in the hallway slam closed all day and night from your room. The neighbors above runniny around. Overall a fine stay with clean rooms. If you don't mind noise. Im normally not one to mind. It got to a point of annoyance though.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. Visiting relatives in the area. Originally prepaid for Saturday night. Things worked out so we could travel Friday. The Friday evening employee seamlessly added our 2 reservations together. Pool area was warm and open late! Beds were firm, so if you're like me, they were fantastic. If you ask my wife, they were uncomfortable. Overall, a great stay. We will be back!

Loved the pool and lobby area. Beds were so hard I can barely walk today. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. Continental breakfast was absolutely horrible. I really liked that they had to-go breakfast for people. Took one but didnt look at what was inside since the Continental breakfast suppressed my appetite. I wont be returning due to the beds and breakfast.

Decent enough room. A little pricey for the area and what you get. There is not much green space for dogs, but pets are accepted. Noisy AC unit that runs constantly when on. It would be nice if the only cooked egg option didn't include meat. Solid 3/5.
