This hotel is in terrible shape. Signs visible to guests about if staff doesn’t like their shift they can find another job; rooms without door knobs and other missing pieces. No chair in room- only beds. Elevator broken day of checkout. Staff laying head in their arms at desk when we were leaving- looked either really tired or hung over. Shower not fully functional . Fixture used to hang toilet paper broken off with a jagged edge/side affixed to cabinet. I’ve attached a pic of the pool from our room. It’s fenced in and not for use, but it gives you the idea of how management doesn’t really care about upkeep. Beds looked clean and internet worked.

The front desk clerk was very nice very helpful and very pleasant. The hotel needs renovation. The elevator had been broken for 2 1/2 weeks and hasn’t been repaired so guess have to walk up flights upstairs to get to the room. I don’t understand why the management or the owners don’t fix this very serious problem also bugs And I saw two roaches.

We ended up canceling our stay because once we arrived we were told our reservation was canceled. I called 4 hrs ahead of us arriving to let the front desk “Shine” is the person know we will be checking in late. She made note. When we arrived we were told the room canceled. The guy Christian apologized and fixed it. The elevator was broken. We had to pack our luggage up to the second floor. Once we enter the room there was water like a leak. It was a big puddle. We told the staff. We was told it’s from the rain. I asked so is it leaking on the walls?. I was told no it’s tile cheaper version of the ac unit. Depends on the rain direction if it will rain in the room again. Christian came and personally cleaned up the water. The linen on the bed was feeling very damp. And the hall way smelled like weed. People was arriving after the club like it was a hourly motel. We felt so uncomfortable we reached out to Expedia to assist with us check back out and finding another hotel. The green couch in the lobby is so filthy look like it has been pulled out of a dumpster. The doors on the room slams. The hotel need some serious repairs. I do not recommend staying there as I will never think not even twice to stay there again.

I forgot to call ahead to verify the pool was open, and my son was very disappointed that it wasn’t. I also felt like the pictures online made it look newly renovated, but a lot of things were in disrepair. There was a basketball-sized soft spot in the floor that startled us every time we stepped on it, and a full length crack in one of the windows. I reported both to the front desk after check in to ensure we were not charged for them. There was rust on the metal fixtures in the room, and the door didn’t close all the way unless we pushed hard. The room served its purpose, but we would not stay there again. There was a sketchy vibe to the area that made me feel the need to check on my car several times.

My luggage stayed in the room that was given to us three hours longer than we did. We arrived to a very strong odor of uncleanliness as we walked through the door. Then having secured the key to the room there was an overpowering smell of marijuana as well walked down the hall. After entering the room the floor was actually tacky, our shoes were sticking to the floor with every step, the lighting in the room was as if you were in a dungeon or an unfinished basement. We left the luggage to have dinner and research other hotels in the area, then came back to checkout.

Smells like mold and weed. Seems like the whole place is in a state of disrepair. Holes in closet door, rust on refrigerator, tiles and grout missing in shower. Gave us the room key to an occupied room so we walked in on them and that was awkward. Just seemed dirty and unkept. It also seems like the parking lot would be a good place to get robbed or get your car stolen.

The staff and the condition of the room was not up to what I have come to expect, as Ihave stayed in a few of your other Country Inn properties. Started out with check in where the folks couldn't answer simple questions like "are. there nearby Resturants?" Was given a room with a TV that did'nt work and had a bad smell. Some strong disinfectant had been used and the strong oder remained....I asked to be moved and was given a room with a strange mix of old used furniture.

Our room door could be opened without the key by apply some force to the door. My child was nervous to stay saying they kept hearing noises like someone was trying to get in. Lamps and areas under cabinet were so rusted and mildew smell so strong i could throw up. Bath tub so dark at the bottom we were uncomfortable taking a shower. We ended our stay and switched hotels.

When i first walked into the room I was impressed. Then we opened sofa bed and sheets were nasty and smelled like smoke and urine. The lady working was nice and gave us fresh linen and extra pillows. The mattress was so bad my daughter just slept on it folded up. The main bed was extremely hard and you could feel springs or something under the sheets. There was something sticky on the floor by the sofa and when she spilled a little water we took a towel and wiped it up and the towel was black due to the floor being nasty. In the bathroom the toolet paper was broken, the toilet was about 6 inches shorter than any i have ever seen. This would be such a nice place if it was renovated. Half of the main sign wasnt lit up and the outside paint job looked ok when it was dark outside but when the sun comes up you can see they barely put one coat of black on the walls and you see light spots and roller marks. Right across from the main doors there is a section of fence on the ground.

Hotel seemed run down. The dead bolt on my door was completely non functional and could not be used. Lighting within the room was poor. Room was constantly humid regardless of using the AC or not. No do not disturb sign to place, and room was daily entered by, what i assume to be, hotel staff daily.

Check in guy was very nonchalant. I asked for a receipt and it was nothing I paid for on the receipt. Only information on receipt was my name, the date and time. Room was clean, had a problem with the shower curtain. Did not know I was going to have to pay a 50 dollar deposit. So I paid 170 dollars for one night. Not sure if the check in guy was scamming or what. I pray it’s refundable.

I don’t typically write reviews but felt like I needed to. Exercise Caution when traveling here. Upon arrival I noticed a man passed out in the hotel parking lot. I watched someone try to get him to move but he didn’t. I parked and went to go check in but I noticed two more men watching me. I could sense danger, but waited to see if they left which they never did. I finally followed my instincts and left the property where one of the vehicles who had one of the men watching me, followed me out of the parking lot. Long story short I’m fine and ended up staying else where. I tried to contact Expedia to see if I could get a refund in which they tried to contact the hotel manager about the situation and to see if they could get my money back since I had already made a reservation. The hotel manager WOULD NOT RESPOND TO EXPEDIA, so I decided to personally reach out. I was told the manager would reach out, but it’s going on 6 days and I have yet to hear from anyone. Neither Expedia nor the hotel refunded my money, but I left and found somewhere else to stay. I won’t be going back to this hotel nor will I be booking anything else through Expedia.
