The staff were great and I mean great , the breakfast was good , the room was smaller than I expected for the money and my search on Trivago was for a sea view but I was on the top floor at the back , I’m guessing all hotels that use these booking sites use them to get rid of the rooms they struggle to sell , I’m glad I was in the last room on the floor as every floorboard creaked passing all the other rooms , 11/10 for staff at the hotel but 6/10 for the hotel group management

Stayed 3 nights

Took my 2 granddaughters for a long weekend.Went to the to unpack to find an opened bar of chocolate and opened packet of crisps in the childrens cupboard. So obviously it hadn't been cleaned very well. The bed was the worse had ever slept in.To say I was in a disabled room because of a hip replacement just over 3mths ago the bed was awful. The out door pool was great apart from the bar and ice cream bar closing hrs before the pool closes. The indoor pool i wouldn't let a dog swim in it it was disgusting.Never saw anyone cleaning any of the pools. There was mold going up the wall in the indoor pool..There was scum in the hottub.I asked on my lastnight if my granddaughters could have veg with there tea and they said no only beans.Which I thought was all wrong trying to get children to is veg is that not what its all about.Same menu every day for the children. Couldn't believe I had to pay an extra £3.50 for a mushroom omelette the 3 day break cost me nearly £700. And I didnt expect to pay extra for a egg omelette terrible. The childrens area was not organised i went in and I got kicked with a football twice while I was just stood there waiting for the club to start.Im afraid to say we will not be coming back. The place let's the staff down
