The place was clean, friendly staff. Had a kitchenette with fridge. Spacious room with a sitting area. Breakfast with variety. Had fresh cut fruit, variety of other options and it is all neatly presented with description of each item. Has laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, chairs so you can sit and wait if you want and a table for folding clothes, and a Presso machine. Has free airport shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Hotel has very large rooms with kitchenettes. found our room to be comfortable, clean and quiet. The overall hotel was neat, clean and well appointed. The pool area was nice, and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff at the breakfast were very nice and ran a great buffet with attention to detail.

We stayed here before and after our cruise. A shuttle to the pier was available for a fee. This property is one of three hotels in the area. The staff were great. They allowed us an early check in after our cruise. They have a great shuttle service to and from the airport.

A few days visiting family in Miami. Not enough room at the house, so we stayed here. Nice Suite hotel. Big rooms with kitchen and separate sleeping areas. Whole place was clean. Great breakfast, clean and good variety. Pool area is nice. Pool is very clean. There is also a half court for basketball. Staff friendly. Parking convenient. Close to shops and many restaurants.

The “free” shuttle did not arrive even after a 1.5 hour wait. Gave up and got an UBER. The shuttle people kept telling us “just 15 minutes more….” Plus the automated pick up info from Expedia provided the wrong door number. It said door 21. Shuttle people said 22.

Very big, spacious suite. Was only an overnight layover but enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was good. The airport transfer shuttle took a long time. Waited over 30 minutes on the curb at the airport but that was the only minor complaint.

You cannot rely on the shuttle service. Take an Uber instead of taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. We waited for an hour and a half with multiple call ins to the hotel staff that we were waiting at the airport. Breakfast is not served until 7 am. Oh and the shuttle driver was texting and driving at the same time. Not safe. Save yourself time and frustration by calling an Uber.

Beautiful property with kind and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good. My room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair on the bed, in the tub, paper trash in the trash can and piles of dust in the kitchen. I figured it was a rushed job. I worked in housekeeping before so I understood the signs but that did not take away from all the other great qualities of the hotel.

Nice front desk people. The hotel was nice and our room was nice and roomy. It had a full kitchen. The bed was very comfy. The only complaint is the hotel room bathroom could have been a little cleaner.(found hair on our hand towels) Accident’s happen, But overall, we had a nice stay! I would stay there again.

The shower leaked on the floor. The dishwasher rack was missing wheels. Everyone was tolerant of my dog. There wasn't a good place to walk the dog. No clear wi-fi instructions. The space was nice. I would stay here again. Surprisingly well insulated. I couldn't hear the jets in my room.

The shower was horrible. The shower curtain didn’t go to the floor so the floor was soaked. The shower head didn’t work very well. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor as well

Very nice stay. Hotel has very large rooms with kitchenettes. found our room to be comfortable, clean and quiet. The overall hotel was neat, clean and well appointed. The pool area was nice, and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff at the breakfast were very nice and ran a great buffet with attention to detail.

The room was wonderful. The check texted every day to make sure I was happy with my experience. This was new for me and much appreciated. The only down side was the subpar internet which kept dropping. Even the paid service. Other than that it was a great stay

The place and the staff are very nice. The only thing I didn\'t like was the black out curtains in the room. They couldn\'t be properly closed (not even half way just the sides, as decoration) and my room was "facing" the parking lot so I got public lighting on my face all night. The curtains are designed that way. The mechanism does not go all the way. I would stay here again.

Afternoon front desk worker lied to us about availability of morning shuttle almost causing us to miss our morning flight. Tv didn\'t work in bedroom. Telephone didn\'t work in bedroom. They left a sharp kitchen 10" knife in a low cabinet where our toddler found it and almost got severely injured.

I was double charged for my room. Homewood suites charged me and refused to refund after i had paid in full thru Hotels.com. Management at Homewood suites refused to refund and then became hostile towards me when i asked for my receipt showing where they charged me again.

We are a Hilton rewards member and scheduled this stay months in advance in conjunction with a planned family vacation. Have mostly great things to say about the hotel. It was clean, great amenities, nice breakfast. My big issue is with the customer service. The morning desk clerk Vince was absolutely unwilling to let us have an extra hour for check out. He offered us the great alternative of sitting in the lobby with everyone else. Said that they had to keep up housekeeping because they were so busy. In actuality by searching any platform I can see that they still have plenty of rooms available today, and the house keeping crew was going strong, at least on our hallway, from 9 AM on. So maybe I don't get the intricacies of the hospitality business, but it sure would've been a great and appreciated courtesy to let us stay one extra hour in the room. Besides It's more fun to use the restroom that someone just used before you. You can just hold your breath. That's much better than having your own private restroom. And in a super ironic twist, they were cleaning the lobby area where they told us to sit. Thanks, Vince! This is why we don't stay at Hilton properties very often. It's not the amenities. It's the lack of flexibility with your guests. By the way, we stay 20+ nights at hotels each year and another 20+ at vacation rentals.

This stay was just what we needed. After a week of traveling we needed a placed to the night before our flight. We did not have any expectations but we were so happy with this hotel. They gentleman was so kind and accommodating when we showed up early because we had no place else to go. The beds were amazing, the bathroom was clean. The courtyard was cute. It is near the airport but we could not even hear the planes which was great. The shuttle was very convenient. The one thing I will say is it would be nice if they had more food options to be able to pick up as it is a little bit of a walk for food and our flight was early so we didnt get to enjoy the breakfast which is one of the main reasons for picking this hotel. The airport shuttle was easy to navigate and was a quick drive to the airport!

We thought it was very close to Miami airport but it was actually a 15 minute ride away. We also hoped for a place to eat near by but there was nothing. (We arrived after an 11 hour flight). Clerk told as we could order a pizza to be delivered. 1 Beer in hotel vending machine $7! No water was provided in room.

This hotel was easy to get to from the Miami International Airport. There is a shopping plaza close by with a variety places to eat (e.g., Chinese, Italian, Wendy's etc...). There is also quick and easy access to the Palmetto Express Way for visiting other areas.

This was a great place, but the area around this location is questionable because it is a commercial area across from the airport and way off the beaten path. I loved the staff, the room and the services.

If you didn’t have a car, there was absolutely nothing in the area that you could walk to. Maybe Dunkin’ Donuts and a Cuban fast food chicken restaurant. There was a very very busy street that was extremely dangerous to cross where you could get to a few more restaurants, but nowhere where you could just take a walk and see the sights.

This hotel was great for our one night pre-cruise need. Airport transfer/cruise shuttle available for minimal fee. Mainly in an Industrial area with a grouping of three sister hotels so not much in walking distance. Decent breakfast and dinner was available at the property next door.

This was our 2nd visit, the room was great! Nice emoloyees, clean inside and out. We had one problem the breakfast. We aren't picky, the spuce was heavy. The flavoe of eggs was awful. We settled with packaged muffin and banana.

No restaurant on property so you have to use Grub Hub which hotel will pay for the transportation of it. Breakfast just so-so. Access to fast food or shops unsafe as you have to walk a block and then try to run across a busy highway so unsafe!!!!
