Dog friendly rooms are are the ground floor.... This is huge. Also continental breakfast was excellent. This place is a true value. Hell, you will be drunk and sleep like a baby when you get back to your room. Its the Redneck Riviera after all.

Day shift was not friendly does not value the customer her first loyalty was to the company the pool was not clean so it was close we were there for one day but could not use the pool which was one of the things my wife was looking forward to doing breakfast was not good

Perfectly adequate hotel. Nothing fancy, but affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room did have a musty odor. The pool had a bunch of leaves in it and wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. But my son didn’t mind. The breakfast was good. It was walking distance to wonder works and a bunch of mini golf places. I would recommend it if you don’t want to pay the high prices of being right on the beach.

The hotel was having work done.. it was a disaster. The contractor was a slob. Horrible communication between the desk and guests. Zero leadership.. the front door was blocked with 6 handwritten signs .. we had to “figure it out” as the desk was just silent towards guests. The hotel was trashed, including the breakfast warea. My room was filthy.. I had booked two nights but left at 8pm on the 2nd night and booked

Not much to say that hasn’t already been said in past reviews. The room was clean, the lobby was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was hot outside and the AC in the room kicked off frequently long enough for it to get a lil toasty while we were sleeping but it wasn’t too bad. Free breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but free is free right? The shower could have been a little hotter and the water pressure isn’t great but not horrible either. The lighting in the parking lot needs to be a little better and lastly, and the only really bad part is that the entrance /exit off of Joan Avenue SUCKS.

The location is great! The staff is very friendly. The little girl that does breakfast is so sweet and works so hard. Beds are so comfortable. Full size bottles in the bathroom are very convenient. Bathrooms everywhere on property. VERY clean hotel. Pool was great for the Littles. Walking distance to arcades and restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

Im not one to complain but this room was a terrible experience. The bed pillows and mattress was so uncomfortable we left a day early. The room wasnt very clean and ants were everywhere. I asked for a refund for the day because we left early. They said because i went thru your service you would have to give it to me , but i read on line it wasnt refundable. Anyway we lost money and have went to a clean comfortable hotel to finish our trip. We went to the Sleepy Inn this summer in Owensboro ky and it was fantastic . But unfortunately this one was was lousy

The blanket over the sheets had makeup all over it. It obviously had not been cleaned from the prior guest. When I called the front desk they were friendly and did give me clean blankets although I had to strip the beds and carry 2 queen comforters down to the lobby in order to get clean ones. The neighborhood where the hotel was a bit concerning at night as my son witnessed a young man peering into car windows in the parking lot. I will not stay here again.

The room smelled like pee and mold. There was pee on the toilet seat. They have carpeting and it was so dirty. The hotel was full because of Hurricane Milton, so I didn’t have another option. Luckily O just stayed two nights.

I booked 30 minutes prior to arriving and after trying to figure out how to get into the parking lot at night (old people) we checked in. The door was locked which annoyed me at 1st but realized that was a safety measure. Front desk lady was kind & professional, as well as the gentleman that checked us out. Room was nice & very clean. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay again.

The property overall was decent, but ants were present in both rooms, 1st and 3rd floor. Also, the sheets were stained on the 1st floor room and it looked like mold! Just throw them away, not worth the hit to your cleanliness!

We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly man behind the counter. We had a room on the first floor and immediately upon walking in saw a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor. We stayed two nights. It was in a decent location but definitely could use some updates and better cleaning.

Perfect for a one night beach trip without paying the price of a beachfront hotel. Five minute drive to public beach on Joan Ave. if you want to wash off and have bathroom facilities, Richard Seltzer public beach access is just a mile further east. Full breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, quiet at night, constant fan works. Nice staff. Stayed here before and will stay here again.

Long check in process...over a 30 minute wait. People were having issues with their Ac in the room and this delayed our check in. Only one person working at desk to check in people. Also dogs in the next room kept barking to where we couldnt hear our tv or sleep.

The room was very clean, the check-in staff was friendly. Our a/c was not working properly the 1st night. The manager was very accommodating. She offered us another room and even went to check it herself to make sure a/c was working. She also gave us a couple complimentary snack vouchers. The breakfast was pretty good but no waffles which was surprising. Overall a good stay.

Wife asked the young light skinned black girl who was over the breakfast on 8 - 18-2024 for some milk for her cereal she ignored her and walked off!!! I went to her and asked her for some milk again she took a deep breath rolled her eyes looked at her watch then walked off! Someone needs to let her know the guest pay her damn bills!!! No guest no damn job!

i was honestly nervous before i went inside, as the outside appears to be a little sketchy. but i was pleasantly surprised when i got inside! the room was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. bed and pillows were very very comfy! no bugs or mold or anything broken! loved the dove soap as well. the only thing i was disappointed by was that it was too far from the beach to walk even though they have beach-front listed in their amenities.

The hotel staff are mostly very kind and respectful. We're a Latino family, and some guests gave us strange looks because of the racism we're experiencing these days. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We've booked this hotel for two consecutive years, and we'll continue to do so. The beach is a 5-minute drive away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very good!

I love that it was close to everything including the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. We complimentary breakfast every morning which saved us money. The room were cleaned and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Before my stay I had to cancel a booking with the property and then rebook it. On check-in I was told that I had been charged twice as if I had two different bookings. They were very diligent about processing the refund which was reflected in my bank the next day. Breakfast was a little disappointing. No bacon, and on day two the waffle batter ran out and when it was replaced it was mixed incorrectly and wouldn't harden. Had to stay there waiting for about an hour until they fixed it but they never did and breakfast time ran out. Many guests were waiting alongside me very disappointed.

The hotel suited our needs for the 1 day/evening we needed to stay there except for 2 things, there was no shampoo/conditioner in the shower and the continental breakfast was not ideal. The sausage tasted like cardboard and the eggs were like rubber. They did have waffles, cereal and bagels but that's all just carbs. There was no edible protein and the whole reason I booked that hotel was so that we could get breakfast there and not have to worry about purchasing food elsewhere, while waiting to check into our beachfront hotel. However, the staff was friendly and they allotted us a late checkout at noon. Like most places, if you stay after 12pm, they begin charging you but we did not stay past noon so I'm not sure what the cost of that is. A nice bonus is that the first floor rooms are for people with pets, which I think is a really nice thing to allow! All in all, for the fair price, it was a good stay.

I had 4 rooms. 3 were very muggy, damp & humid. Also, breakfast was the exact same thing everyday for 6 days i was there. Sausage, egg, waffle. Never any bacon. Pasteries were horrible

From check in to check out it was wonderful! The staff was friendly & welcoming...the property was fantastic & very well maintained...the room was fabulous with everything we needed including great Shampoo & Conditioner hanging right in the shower & lotion hanging right by the sink...the bed was perfect but the icing on the cake...the pillows! Oh my, the pillows are the best! The breakfast was great with plenty of choices...will definitely stay here when visiting Panama City Beach!
