I booked a room with King bed. They put me in a room with 2 queens without letting me know. There was no "Welcome to the Hilton" Extremely poor customer service. It is always nice to be greeted. Not at this location. Only asked for license and credit card. Upon Check out no one asked how the stay was or thank you for staying Only "All Set" I will never stay at this hotel again. Feel free to contact me at 516-650-0405 Jim Stormo

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient. Unfortunately breakfast was not the best. Breakfast buffet eggs were tasteless and oatmeal was cold.
