Seems like maintenance department needed help on some small projects. Couldn't find the stairs in case of elevator failure, didn't see signs. One door from the lobby to the patio needed attention. Breakfast was lacking. Overall it met our need and was clean!

Hilton always has nice rooms and buildings. However, this Spark place needs to do yard work around the building. Weeds and grass too high. Never really seen a Hilton brand hotel. With poor yard maintenance. Especially around the building and doors.

Hotel with few amenities. Bed was fine, same as every other Hilton. No coffee pot in room and no coffee available on site. Included breakfast buffet was minimal. No microwave in room. Furniture was not comfortable. Tried Spark on a whim, will stay at other Hilton properties in the future

Hotel in the middle of weed field (not pot) surrounded by woods near a freeway. Just a really weird location. No amenities anywhere in the general area. Property looked unmaintained and wore out. I think the cleaning people tried hard with what they had to work with.

This property exceeded my expectations. Only complaint is that I was traveling for work and needed to use the printer, and it was not working! The staff member was very helpful by printing my documents from their office computer. Bed was comfortable and the room looked just as pictured. The location was quiet away from down town, but not too far away! Will be staying again.

The property was still being renovated. First floor rooms were being painted. Elevator was rough but useable. Breakfast bar was lacking. Eggs were apparently canned and sliced to look like fried, but tasted boiled. Sausage patties were dried out. No yogurt available. Coffee was good with creamers and sugar or substitute sugar. Door to bathroom from room needed oil. Squeaked loudly. Main door to thr room stuck and hard to open. Staff was matter of fact and not cordial. Room was good with comfortable bed. Bath was good with hot water and good pressure. Toilet flushed too loudly and forcefully. Price for room was fair.

It was clean and friendly. It felt safe. We really liked how well lit the parking lot was. We stopped on our way to Florida and liked it enough to book it for our way home. Beds and rooms felt clean. The next time we drive that way, I would have no problem staying here again. It had everything I look for in a hotel while on a road trip. A place to park that feels like my car won't get stolen. A clean and fresh smelling lobby, clean bedrooms, ice machine to refill my cooler, safe, and easy access to the interstate.

Wasn’t asked for ID when arrrived. Given no WiFi password. Hair in sink and on towels. Haven’t cleaned behind bed where there was trash and a bandage. Lock on doorframe was barely hanging on where someone had tried to pry open the door

We are from the Tupelo area and we’re having some renovations done in our home. Which required we stay a few nights in a hotel. We noticed that there were fingernail clippings in the floor the first night we stayed. We requested it be vacuumed. Room service never came back after the request. The air needed to charged bc it wasn’t cooling off the too during the day. But this stay was pleasant compared to the La Quinta

Checked in very late so I didn’t do a good “once-over like I should have. Never do that again! The deadbolt didn’t work for starters. In the morning, I stepped on someone’s fake nail and then as I was picking up stuff off the bedside table, I spotted something coiled in the floor between the bed and bedside table. After looking more closely with lights on, I discovered it was someone’s hair piece/extension. When checking out, the lady in front of me said she had a dirty washcloth in her shower along with other issues with her room. Breakfast was all carbs except boiled eggs and the coffee was set up on one side of the breakfast area with the cups and creamer on the complete opposite side. I travel through the area a lot and have stayed 2 other times but with the complacency of the staff and housekeeping, I won’t stay again.

Clean & modern with a retro decor. Our room was very large w/comfortable king bed & beautiful white sheets & comfortable. Pillows were also very nice. Front desk girl was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator made weird and loud noises. Bed squeeked. AC was hard to get cooled down and then when it did cool off it froze us out. There was no in between. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were clean. The only thing is that they will charge $100 for damages when you stay there but will refund it. I wish that was stated when I book it instead of telling me after I booked it. I like stuff said up front.

Desk clerks were not a desk when they should be. On checkout could not be found.all was there was a sign saying coming back, but didn’t. Got tired of waiting for their return after waiting for a while. Person putting out breakfast food tried to help because of length of time desk clerk gone. Didn’t officially check out. Finally just had to leave. Hope we got checked out!

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Public areas in the building were clean and bright. Room tastefully decorated, bed comfortable. The location is not walkable, down a long road with nothing near it. But with driving, there are many restaurants and shopping areas within a few miles. The bar fridge in our room didn’t work. Everything else was good.

Quick decision to stay the night in Tupelo after long hours of driving. The hotel was tidy and quiet. The location was just of the interstate but we couldn’t hear traffic noise. The only real minus was that the waterflow from the shower was barely enough for washing. Really liked that the room floors were laminate and not carpet. Many hotels have made that change away from carpet and I’m sure the cleaning staff appreciate that as well.

Overall, a nice place to stay. It was a little noisy just because of the hotel being near the highway & traffic. Hotel is a little hard to find because it's separate from the rest. Room was clean, but not enough towels. Overall good quality .

Great place but in the middle of nowhere. No local food available. After a long day of motorcycle riding, being able to walk to get dinner and a beer is nice.

This was a great place to stay. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They had a wide variety of food and drinks to choose with their free breakfast. Great way to stay our day. We will stay here again the next time we pass through.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a joke! Only thing available when we got downstairs about 8 a.m. were 2 turkey sausage in the tray and about 6 tiny, prerapped muffins sitting on a counter. Staff person walked in, took a cup of coffee for herself and never checked any of the trays for sausage or eggs.

The hotel was very clean and orderly. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Bad bedding is always our biggest fear with any hotel, so we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms and common areas were all well lit. The breakfast was a little light for our liking, but there is a Huddle House just down the road. All in all a place we will stay again when we pass through the area.
