Transportation one hour waiting at the airport to get the transportation to the hotel. Impossible to work like that

Great location - 7 minutes from the airport and we were able to walk to the Mall of America without crossing any streets. It had a nice pool and gym. Breakfast was very elaborate - not just "continental". The Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Just note, the airport shuttle does not run 24 hours. Also, they charged me parking by default even though I had no car.

Parking was easy but not free ($15/day) found out afterwards. Shuttle to airport was not available during evening hours or early morning but was easy enough to get to airport with a few turns. Also found out after booking. The property was great and very accessible for the Mall of America via a skywalk. Had to book due to flight delays and last minute. We would definitely stay again and recommend breakfast great!

Hotel is dated but clean. My gripe is with their very poorly disclosed $10 daily parking fee for the near empty parking lot. I won't stay here again because of this.

I was not aware that I would be charged $10 per night to park my car in their lot. Being charged by a hotel to park was a first for me and I don’t like it!

Overall good. Breakfast options are very limited. Parking is easy. But you may see some suspicious Guys around the cars in Parking area! Nice staff..

A little disappointed there was not a hot tub in the pool area.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was different each day and there were plenty of choices. Pool area is nice and its a good size. The gym area is small but has enough equipment to get your work-out done. This hotel is really close to Mall of America, 6-7 minute walk and there is an enclosed bridge to get there. You also get a discount of 15% if you dine at Chevys which is a Restaurant next door which I also tried and would hands down recommend. Overall a really good experience staying here!!

The rooms was not clean. All the furniture in the room was dirty and dingy. The mattress for the pull out was very old and disgusting.

Staff was very good. Breakfast had good selections. Room was comfortable but dirty. I picked things up off the floor. Overall we were happy-just wish it had been more clean.

the room had a musty odor. don't get me wrong, it looked nice, but was extremely dirty. normally i take my shoes off at the door, and i could smell this musty smell, but.. thought.... maybe this is just an old building.. since i normally walk barefoot in a room, i noticed the kitchen floor was very sticky.. my foot would peel off of the floor as i walked. then later on that day, i noticed when i would go to the bathroom, which had tile flooring, my feet would leave black muddy prints on the floor. I then realized that the carpets padding was saturated with moisture, even though the top seemed dry. when i slept, the bed was uncomfortable, and i would wake up a few hours later coughing and gagging...and, im not a smoker.. i noticed i had difficulty breathing so, i would take a shower and go outside. i would then go to the breakfast, which honestly was the best experience, very well done. then go to the mall and by mid day the headache and my throat would go back to normal, .. the second day i came home exhausted, realizing i had to ware sandals when walking in the room .. i passed out on the bed and woke up at 2:42am. again coughing, feeling i had needles in my throat, along with a massive headache, i took a shower and started packing to leave. before i left, i had taken pictures of the carpet, and inspecting the area. I realized the sofa bed mattress had black mold within it. i went down stairs and ate breakfast and checked out before 7am.

The room was not real clean. Especially the AC vents.

I came for a conference and stayed at this location because of its kitchenette and its short distance from the Mall of America. We noticed roaches in the kitchen, dishwasher, closet, and floor the first night. We had to check out early, spend lost time looking for another room, and throw out all the food we purchased because we couldn't find a hotel with a kitchenette on such short notice. Avoid room 605 at all COSTS!!

I liked that it was walking distance from Metro &MOA. There were good restaurants nearby.Our room was not clean . Floors hadnt been swept much less scrubbed. I was nervous about how clean the bed was. Looked continuously for bed vugs..

The hotel was decent and the staff was friendly. The room seemed cleaned except for the little ants around the kitchenette area.

Good location and free parking. Room was not clean. But the staffs were nice.

The location is perfect, can walk over to the Mall of America, Ihop in the parking lot, the highway is right there, all pros. The cons, pet friendly, so barking dogs and cat hair, close to the airport, and lots of noise during the day, the biggest con was the cleanliness of the room, stains on everything, the toilet had traces of vomit, bloodstains on the pillow (under the pillow case), floor was filthy.

We got bed bugs from this place. Never will stay again.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The beds sucked. Had the 2 bedroom suite and the double beds that were supposed to be queen beds were so uncomfortable. If you moved in them, you woke everyone up in the room because they squeaked so loud. Absolutely the worst 2 nights sleep I’ve ever had. I was charged $10 a night to park my car. That was not disclosed at the time of booking.

The room was clean and spacious. Having the kitchenette amenities was great. Breakfast buffet was good with nice options.

The rooms are spacious with a nice living room area. I like the fact that the bedroom is separate and you can close the door to separate the room. Especially when you have two teenagers who like to stay up a little later and you just want to go to bed.

I love the kitchen. I didn't love the exposed cracked ceiling above hatch on shower area. Rooms could use updating.

The hotel is conveniently located across the mall of America and there is a skywalk outside the hotel leading to the mall. There’s an ihop and TGI Friday’s right near the hotel(walking distance). The property is clean but the beds are horrible spring beds (they need new mattresses). I woke up with terrible backache so if you’re looking for a restful sleep this is not the place. Their furniture too is very old and dirty probably from all the wear and tear. The kitchen, fridge and microwave was clean.

Incredibly Loud. We stayed in a room facing north. From 5:30am to midnight, the train bells were constantly going off. In a direct line with airport take off. Music constantly playing in the courtyard outside our room. Cleaning staff did not use door stops so during the day, doors were constantly being slammed over and over. Non smoking floor, yet the hallway and periodically our room, had the strong smell of pot. Was convientent to the mall and light rail. Decent price. Breakfast was great. Overall hotel conditions are fine. Didn’t sleep. Wouldn’t stay again.

Furniture needs updating desperately. The bed and pillows were good and the bath was updated and nice. But the whole place had an odor like the carpet and furnishings really needed cleaning

The hotel has free airport shuttle, and we could walk to Mall of America. The front desk staff (Prentice, Rhoda, Sue) and breakfast staff (Linda & Victor) and the shuttle drivers were outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel so at home & comfortable which is quite rare. It is a great location and we took rideshare to Paisley Park, St. Mary's Basilica and walked around near First Avenue & 7th street - a club Prince frequented and many artists have played. It was a short, but wonderful trip and the hotel and staff couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend staying there.

To start they gave away my room, then the keys for the other room I had didn’t work. It was just a headache from the start. I won’t stay at that hotel ever again

The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved.

Rhonda at the front desk was amazing. She helped us add another night to our stay and went out of her way to make it possible. Would highly recommended this place to stay if you are in the area.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. First time I stayed at a hotel where they ask me if I needed anything every day. The breakfast was great and Wednesday night there was a social gathering for guest to meet more and have a meal. I was impressed the in the pool area there is help for the disabled to be lifted into the pool. It was just a great place and walking distance to the Mall of America.

Night person was nice and helpful. Had to get shampoo (out), towels (I guess that’s ECO FRIENDLY now everywhere, and couldn’t find a way to call front desk from the room phone (no number for it on phone). Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Dozens waiting for food, everything empty, food slopped everywhere and nobody in sight even trying. Avoided it completely both days as we didn’t want to be sick for the remainder of our vacation. The kicker was waiting for the morning person to get off the phone as we had a question we really hoped to get answered. She hung up and immediately answered another call ignoring me (5’ away). Walked away then and she finally said, “Did you need something?” Nah, just enjoying the secondhand conversation…. Tried this place after staying for decades elsewhere when we come up for games. Never again.

I had a special request and staff made it happen immediately. Service.

The day time staff was amazing the two ladies that checked me inn was very welcoming and made the process easy and enjoyable. The over night guy was not the same. I was locked out because my key card wasn’t working. I don’t have a lot of space here to explain so I’ll say basically I felt racially profiled by him. But other than that the stay was great.

Ideal location. The front desk attendant was great, very friendly and helpful in guiding us on how to get to the football game. The hotel is close to Mall of America. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location right across from MoA! The staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty, the lobby had plenty of seating options and the suite was perfect for a longer stay. For any solo/single parents, I felt safe here as a solo mom of two toddlers. Will definitely stay again!

This was our first trip to the Minneapolis. The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The free breakfast is high quality with a lot of choices. We could walk to Mall of America. There is some noise from the planes at MSP but not excessive. We would definitely stay here again.

Right next to the Mall of America. Loads of dining options. Clean hotel. Breakfast included. Lots of amenities.

Walking distance from mall

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the pool was nice. Also, within 7 minutes walking distance to Mall of America. We went back and forth 3 times yesterday, and it was a breeze to do!

I stayed at Homewood Suites for a weekend getaway to Mall Of America. First and foremost the customer service is absolutely awesome! Rowta and Rommel were amazing. When I arrived to the airport, I called the hotel for a hotel shuttle. I didn’t have a long wait, Rowta stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was at the correct terminal. Once I arrived I was able to take a short walk, to Mall Of America which is very family orientated, with a lot of attractions, dining, shopping, and a lot of other activities. I was alone so I enjoyed shopping, dining and a massage. Next door to the hotel is Chevy’s Restaurant which I went twice for food and cocktails. There’s also a IHOP, however the hotel offers a great hot or cold breakfast. I will definitely stay at Homewood Suites again on my next visit to Minneapolis.

Front desk staff was super friendly when we checked in and gave us the easy shortcut to the Mall of America. Facility was clean and well maintained. In the morning most staff encountered gave us a "good morning". Several people were out cleaning halls and public areas. Only draw back was the complimentary breakfast, just seemed kind of bland, but still ok.

Food options nearby but also the hotel breakfast is great. The staff pride themselves on the variety- like build your own breakfast burritos in addition to staples.

We had to pay $15 for parking and the hotel was full so when we went for breakfast everything was gone and there was a very long line for the waffles, so we went across the parking lot to Ihop. They need to invest in new pillows. Great customer service.

The breakfast was great, it had a lot variety compared to a lot of other hotels that had a lot of Continental b breakfasts.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The servers for all wonderful. Everyone at the front desk also did an exceptional job. Easy walk to Mall of America.

This hotel is nice. The staff was super responsive to questions we had and were very welcoming. My only downside was the breakfast. From what I could tell they only had one person working and barely kept up. All the hot food was gone- then she'd bring out more and it was gone within seconds...and would be empty for awhile. The cereal was also out as well as the milk. The lady was doing all she could to keep up but I think they could have benefited from having another staff member there to help. Our room was also by some stairs and people coming and going were pretty noisy but it didn't bother us. Overall, nice place but this being our second time staying here and the first time the breakfast was PERFECT and this time we barely ate.

Rhoda at the front desk was amazing! She gave excellent directions to the hotel shuttle, which is great when you're at a new airport! And she could not have been any more pleasant when we arrived at the front desk! Check-in was quick and easy! The room was perfect for me and my friends. The breakfast was delicious and the hot food changed every day! Right across the street from the Mall of America and very close to airport!!
