Hot tub was freezing cold and very dirty, bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Room is ran down and needs some attention. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate. Breakfast was horrible and cold. Teenagers running halls all night. Slamming doors and yelling at 2-3 AM. Because it is Hilton I guess I expected a better stay.

The staff was outstanding and the room and libby area were very nice accommodations. However, there were blackberries under the couch. The fitness room was completely tirn apart for remodeling (this was not communicated). Half of the parking lot was not available due to construction trailers and equipment. One piece if equipment even parked in a handicap space that we needed for our car. Breakfast was great, staff was nice....just condition due to construction and road construction should have neen noted.

Very nice property. The only unfortunate thing was I was told the pool was heated, but since the pool is a continuous one from inside the building to outside the building and the nights are cooling down, the pool was not very warm. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay and recommend the hotel.

The room was clean. How ever the tub /show was very slippery. The Hotel was booked, But the Hot Tub was Green and the Pool was Murky. Breakfast was good. Opinion: They need more Help, maybe parttime?

We reservedthis property for the amenities. The breakfasts had many options and was clean and delicious. Was a busy weekend for Indy 500. Ice machine on 1st and 2nd floor did not work, we went to use the grill and it had no propane tank, the gym was closed do to remodeling, all starways were being carpeted friday at check in. We went to use hot tub friday night and was a dirty scum floating over top. I would think as its a Hilton property, they would care about their customers service better.

Property is very run down and does not look like the photos included. Very disappointed that there also was not a notice of all the work being done on the interior; fitness center was closed due to work. And area was not clean or organized where they were doing work, left unkept and messy. Lots of trip hazards in lobby and down 1st floor hallway. Outside exterior very run-down including roof and landscaping. Just disappointed.

We stayed there for a week while we waited for our house to close. It was clean and exactly what we needed. Pool was awesome for the kids especially that the outside and inside pool was connected and they could swim in and out. Definitely recommend to families.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and large, we couldn't hear the neighbors in the room next to us at all, and the room darkening curtains were the best I've ever seen! Seriously, they blocked out ALL the light/sun from outside. The hotel itself seems a little outdated and kind of dirty (there was ALWAYS trash sitting by all the trash cans and in the stairwell, but the room was clean and we didn't have any issues. The breakfast area was HUGE but I was kind of disappointed by the selection of food, it was nothing special. We stayed 2 nights and the second morning went to Lincoln Square Pancake House instead and it was AMAZING (highly recommend their pancakes). The area around the hotel seemed safe and LOTS to do within about a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty. Please see pictures if I could have afforded to go to another hotel I would have. Spilled stuff on night stand tv hanging off by screws. Ottoman had food on it. Drawer had a bug inside bed wasn’t made right it was just thrown on long black hair in bed. Just dirty

I stayed in this hotel from June 16 to June 18. It was disgusting! I don't know if it is because the room we got was just dirty. Even dirty shoes from previous guests were left in our room. There was a dirty sheet left on the sofa bed as well. The cleaning crew left dirty shoe prints in our shower when they came by while we were out. They threw soaps we were using and never replaced them. I complained when I was asked about my stay but nothing was done. I will probably look elsewhere next time. I do not recommend if cleaned rooms are importatnt to you. I am attaching some pictures

The hotel is pretty big but only 3 floors. It is nice being able to stay in a suite and have the extra room plus kitchen amenities. The hotel and room was well kept and clean.

I stayed here because it’s close to my office. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, and that they weren’t serviced regularly. People began placing their trash in the hallway. Yuck. Staff was friendly.

I booked a room with a balcony. We were on the first floor, so it was really a patio. The door lock did not work properly and the door didn\'t open correctly. We alerted the front desk and they came and "fixed" the door. It was clear they just sprayed WD-40 in the track because for the rest of our stay, the room REEKED of oil. The hotel is old and run down and not clean. The surfaces are clean, but it\'s pretty obvious the rooms are never deep-cleaned. The couch was filthy, the mirrors were very smudged, the patio door was disgusting, the floor by the tub and behind the bathroom door was disgusting, the carpeting was stained, etc.

Fair property for the price. Staff were friendly at check in, easy to park and check in. Centrally located. Our room faced the highway and we heard road noise all night. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast; my kids enjoyed the waffle maker. The property is not new; there are small things that would make it much nicer. The vinyl ottoman/table had stains on the sides that would have easily been wiped, the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom, the window had streaks running down them (not sure what it was) and the carpet had not been cleaned or vacuumed. Beds, bathroom and kitchen were clean. If in the area again would probably try a different hotel.

Room was fine for the purpose of our trip. However, the temperature was very hot and the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room and even still it didn’t cool the room entirely. It was a very stuffy night and it was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard, other than that was fine but at the end, the clerk would not print out a receipt showing our total bill, which I found odd.

I stayed because my son was having a procedure done at Peyton Manning Children’s hospital we got there late Monday night had to be at the hospital by 6am Tuesday morning. They charged my card on file for “incidentals” which was my Hilton AMEX card. I didn’t check that night or even next day being so busy I didn’t check until a week later and noticed they charged $90.08 which is ridiculous for hold for incidentals but then never refunded I called to dispute they said I had to go through hotels.com then they contact the hotel to dispute we’ve been emailed back and forth for a week and final answer is the charge is justified because I didn’t get a receipt when I checked out so there’s no proof I stayed! Check the damn security cameras are you kidding me no proof I stayed! And apparently there’s nothing more I can. Every time I called to speak with staff about this they were very rude telling me contact hotels.com. Hotels.com was very nice and understanding but it’s still complete BS I’m out $90 but I was in a hurry running late to the hospital I didn’t want to wait for a printed a receipt! BEWARE ALWAYS ASK FOR PRINTED RECEIPT AS PROOF OF STAY!

Confirmation email stated check in was from 2-11pm. We arrived at 2:30 and were told check in wasn’t available until 4pm. We left and returned at 4:00. The room still wasn’t ready. I requested that I receive a call when the room was ready. We had a carload of kids and now needed to come up with even more things to kill time. I still hadn’t received a call by 4:50 so I contacted the hotel and was told the room was now ready. Check in went smoothly and we settled in. The room was clean on the surface but there were curly black hairs in one of the bathroom sinks. We checked out the next morning at 11:00. At 11:44 I realized we left an important possession behind and asked if the room had been cleaned yet. The receptionist was very rude and had a poor attitude the entire conversation and said that nothing was turned in and she didn’t see a supervisor so there was nothing that she could do. She took down my number and said she would call if it was turned in. I called back a few minutes later to notify her that my husband was on his way to see if he could locate it. Thankfully the staff had found it and gave it to him when he arrived. He was unaware of my interactions with the staff but had the same perception and even described her as “hateful”. We are planning another upcoming stay but will opt for another hotel in hopes of a friendlier experience.

I had considerable trouble straightening out a flawed reservation but MATTIE sensed my frustration and intervened by calling a number I couldn't"t reach and all was solved. Upon our arrival MICHELLE was most friendly and helpful and offered and filled our water containers with ice and delivered them and 2 bottles of water to our room. Super service.

Staff simply was not friendly or really cared to address needs or questions. Very surprising- simple requests were ignored. One example- phone didn’t work when I arrived- asked to get fixed- nothing. The lady who checked me in just needs some customer service training. Also parking was sparse and part of hotel was in bad need of cleanup and safety improvements.

The property charged me for my stay even though I had paid Expedia when I booked. I have been unable to get ahold of the property (I spent 25 minutes on hold before I had to hang up), and I’ve spent at least 30 minutes in a chat with Expedia. I’m still waiting for someone to refund me for one of the charges. I was charged twice for one night stay. That is unacceptable. If there was a problem between the hotel and Expedia, they should work it out. However, this hotel chose to charge me (when they took my card, they stated it would just be for incidentals) rather than deal with Expedia. Pretty terrible customer service by the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. We were told the hot tub wasn’t working but when we got there it was. Loved the pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast everyday was amazing (variety of bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, French toast changing daily)

Breakfast was often cold and was closed early 2 of the days we were there. The water was shut off for a leak but we were never told. We found out about the water shutoff when attempting to shower. When asked the manager said a message was just being sent out to occupants -Never received a message. I will say the other manager Nick was very helpful with concerns and our stay. He was quick to respond and followed through with his word. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Decor was out dated and aged.

Love staying at this hotel! We were just disappointed that they don't have the social anymore between 5-7 in the evening. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel since we would be there Christmas night.
