Good experience. Morning breakfast excellant. Pool perfect. Room service not daily because we were staying 6 days. In room noise was minimal but there is train near that is loud and creates road blocks at times.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Their next day room clean-up was mediocre. They changed our towels, but left them messy?? They didn’t make up the bed. The towels and toilet paper were hard.

The establishment and staff were very nice. However, our room was very cramped as there was a built-in utility closet in the hallway that enroached on the advertised 200 sq footage of our room. The room was very claustrophobic. Our view from the room was the rooftop of the entrance awning. We paid full price for the room so having a full room would have been nice. I'd stay there again but make sure we had a different room. The bed was comfortable.

The staff here is all so wonderful. Everyone had smiles of their faces, extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice, clean, modern property. Comfortable beds, nice linens. My only complaint is the Interstate noise if your room faces towards front of building. The hotel should have better windows to cancel some of highway noise or look into other solutions. It is quite bad and at night the trucks on the interstate are loud and constant.

Overall, everything the hotel offered was great. Parking was great, staff was pleasant and a great breakfast. It was just hard to sleep due to the traffic noise outside and someone backing up with their back up beeper going off at 4:00 am.

The front desk clerk Laurie or Laura (I think this was her name) was super sweet! She was so friendly and kind at such a late hour when we checked in. She helped get me signed up as a member, gave us extra blankets and accommodated in such an above average way.

They came early while we had the sign on the door, they made note of it & never checked later in the day, so no service. They were supposed to do a full cleaning 2 days later (this time no note on the door), they never came. Had to go to the desk and ask for towels. This went on the whole 10 day stay. The only one they got right was the final one two days before we left. The breakfast was so-so at best. Limp bacon, times when things were not replenished even though it was still early in the breakfast time window. The Oatmeal half the time was very watery. The last day it was like soup. We did like the location as far as shopping and restaurants were concerned, but the early morning trains were a real drag.

There was lots of construction going on. It was not an enjoyable view and area felt unsafe. However, staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel itself was clean and enjoyable.

Great stay. The best thing is a few hundred yards to the west is tons of restaurants and a convenience store. To the north across the street is target , Costco and a huge amount of shopping and dining.

The front desk clerk was very friendly even with my husband and I being so cranky after a long drive there. Breakfast was great…they had turkey sausage and even oat milk. Would stay there again!
