Bad parking

March 2024, stayed with family. The best parts of our stay was the staff and pets stay free. Everyone we had contact with was accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of negatives...the property while dated is in need of some cosmetic improvements. However, this can be overlooked. The property would benefit a great deal if the motel would increase their cleanliness, as the room was not the cleanest room I've stayed in. There were places on the walls of the bathroom, as well the microwave and drawers in the kitchenette needed attention, as they had food particles from previous guest that had not been cleaned. The inside of main room door looked as if it had been leaking recently. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. The bed sheets and towels were clean at least. The parking lot is extremely nasty and could use daily attention, as there was trash everywhere, including empty beerbottles laying around. There were also a few cars parked in the parking lot that appeared to have been abandoned some time ago, as the were covered in dust and had flat tires. The worst part of the stay, there were no towels available on a sunday morning before our check out. We were told Saturday night that the cleaning staff would not be in until 10 AM the next morning. When we attempted to obtain more towels at 10 AM, we were again told no towels were available. Personally this was extremely upsetting to me and my family. Considering all this Motel 6 will be on my family's Do Not St

Room was great. Clean, recently remodeled, soft sheets, comfortable bed. And price was great. It is an ugly building-looks like the whole thing is a parking garage and concrete hallways were kind of grim. Covered parking was way too tight to try, but the adjacent lot was fine. Several food options right nearby. Would book again, but ask not to be on the Veterans Pkwy side since it could be a little noisy.

The hotel is very dated. need to be remodeled and updated. the room overall was satisfactorily clean, but need updated flooring, bedding. there was dust in the corners. And the entrance to the room was from the outside (this is a very negative for me). The noise from the street traffic was very loud. Overall, an average, to less than average stay. I would most likely select a different hotel on my next visit.

They are making nice improvements to the hotel. Everything was was good!

The facilities are adequate, and the prices are very affordable when paying through Expedia, but when paying directly at the hotel, the price is almost double the room rate. They need a little cleaning in the hallways and room maintenance when guests stay for several days. (Check the room: take out the trash, clean the room and change towels, and provide soap and paper towels.)

The halls were a little dirty but the room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel is under renovation and coming along nicely

The room was a kitchenette which was cool but the cabinets were dirty. No coffee and said they served breakfast but didnt. No pool, it said it had a pool. People were friendly tho. Beds were hard.

I stayed for one night at this property in order to attend a baseball game. My one-night stay turned into a nightmare. The room itself was very dirty. In the middle of the night, I discovered multiple bed bugs crawling on me and on my pillow. The property manager accused me of lying about them, and they refused to get a refund or partial credit on my stay.

Staff was nice, a/c smelled of urine when turned on, pink mold at bottom of shower curtain, needed a good mop but bedding was clean, includes microwave and fridge. Location is a little sketchy but nearby a bunch of good places to eat as well as things to do/ historic sites

It was very clean & spacious!! I will definitely be returning when I’m back in Columbus!!

If I could give this rating zero stars I would have. The room did not look the way it was advertised on this app. The chairs, showers, and poles on the bed had rust on it. The paint was peeling from the walls and the ceiling looked like it was gonna fall out at any moment. There was also a knocking sound coming from somewhere in the room. The room was absolutely filthy. I was uncomfortable from the moment I got off of the elevator to walk to the room. Tenants at the hotel were cooking drugs from within their rooms. The concierge was rude and unwelcoming - I wish I knew her name so I could add it. But when I told her that I wanted to cancel my room she lacked compassion and just continued to ask “what was wrong with the room” after I already explained it to her and didn’t even want to give me a refund. My reservation was for two days but I only stayed in that room for twenty minutes at best. I highly do not recommend staying at this facility.

We stayed here for a few nights while evacuating from FL from hurricane Milton and the room was pretty decent, however I don’t know if the floor had ever been mopped. But the rest of the room was clean, they are pet friendly and we had no issues other than the bed being very uncomfortable but for the price we paid, I can’t complain too much. I would stay here again if necessary.

I was given a room that was not cleaned since previous guest

The 1st room they gave us had empty pizza boxes, unmade beds, and a cigarillo wrapper on the floor. Myself and the 2 others I was with were very unimpressed with the cleanliness and had a hard time feeling comfortable while in the room. I also stumbled upon one of the desk staff members getting into a verbal altercation with another guest. Quite entertaining.

The first room the TV didnt work. Tried call the desk but the phone didnt work. Moved to a second room. Man opened it but i had to go back down stairs to get a key. Room condition was worn out. Really needs upgrading. Water leaking under door from upper jam. Pillows were like sleeping on a street curb. I guess you get what you pay for.

Convenient to whatever you wanted to drive to. What I didn't like was beds were hard as the floor. No shampoo just 2 bar's of soap. 2 wash clothes. And the front desk person at 630ish am had an attitude when I asked for some coffee. So I walked to the nearest store to get coffee.

This is a really nice suite it feels like you’re home away from home where you can cook on the stove top, refrigerate your food, and microwave included. Along with kitchen cabinets. I was really impressed. Good location close by everything even within walking distance.

Beds sucked

The beds are very hard it's like sleeping on the floor. Have to run the shower to get hot water. The person working the front desk in the morning had an attitude when I asked for more coffee. If I hadn't already paid I pack up and go to another hotel.

Cold showers.

Customer service was very unprofessional, who where’s a hoodie to service and welcome guest, not friendly at all, rooms online was misleading, the faucet in the shower was broke and no hot water, and to top it off we had to return our dirty towels in order to get clean towels, bed very uncomfortable I thought I was sleeping on the floor. Very Very disappointed. Won’t ever stay at motel 6 again, and I’m from out of town.

Ask for $50 deposit and never returned it

The employee at the desk was very rude. The room I booked did not look like the room in the pictures. I stayed their previously, and it look like they changed Management. They need new employees with better customer skills to check customers in and out.

Well when I first got there the representative was very friendly but when I check out the man who checked us out was very rude.

I called in advance explaining I had a gift certificate and wasn't informed of the deposit. The front desk guy was rude when I arrived and told me I couldn't say but after I told him to cancel it on his end then he roughly said give me your ID and assigned me a room with broken toilet and I had to get a room change. Horrible experience.

Best place to stay. Manu at the front desk is great

The downtown location was convenient and on a main thoroughfare. During the check-in process the hotel deposit was $50 as noted by Expedia, but I was actually charged $100. I was running late for an appointment, otherwise I'd of exercised some other options.

First off the area is sketchy! If you grew up in the hood you can tolerate this. No one bothered us it’s just NOT as the pictures show! Out dated and seems like a drug spot or prostitution area. People look homeless roaming around in and out the lobby. Just very suspect. Again if you can overlook all this no one bothers you and you shower and sleep and leave! I wouldn’t go back. I rather pay for a better more comfortable stay.

Too loud . A lot of people hanging out and felt more like a short temp stay hotel.

You get what you pay for…..my perspective is that downtown is a little better but it’s okay….place was somewhat quiet being on the street side of hearing cars you see all walks of life but everyone was very nice and I had no problems with anyone

Oh so many things, no coffee pot, dirty, i asked for an extra blanket was told no the fist time because it was to late, as to have one brought to the room in the am came back to the comforter being gone so not only did i not get an extra blanket they took one
