Well, what I didn’t like, they always had the gate locked to the pool. And I do like the staff there. The room cleaners were hard to understand cause of the broken English, or lack of English all together. They keep the rooms and outside clean and tidy. And I like the location with the choices or restaurants, and the shopping center right across the highway. I’ll stay again. Just hoping next summer the pool isn’t locked all day long

Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and as expected. Definitely do for remodel, which is happening. Shower needed major repair, and both sink and tub clogged up. Pool was closed.

Staff was friendly, check in process was simple. Our room was clean but definitely needs some updates. The showerhead barely moved and would leak from the connection point and spray all over the bathroom. Toilet had little to no water pressure. The pool was supposed to be open from 9a-10p. Each time we went to check, the gate was keylocked. Was a decrnt stay for what we needed though

The room was unbearably musty and humid. Everything felt sort of wet. We had some M&Ms and the color began to come off from the humidity. There were some cashews that were not ours under the bed that the cleaner had missed. The toilet stopped flushing in the morning. The pool was closed for repairs and was the size of a small room anyway - and the worst part was the lamp on the wall gave a strong shock when touched to turn it on. The shock went all the way to my toes. After that we used a pen to push the buttons, but my kid forgot and she got shocked, too. We did alert the front desk to this and leave a note about it as well.

Everything was great! I was very impressed with the breakfast that’s included in your stay! The only thing I had a problem with was that there wasn’t any parking in front of my hotel room. When I asked the lady at the front desk she then told me there was nothing she could do about it and that I would have to park around the other side. Then, a box truck was parked right behind me and wasn’t in a parking spot. Just parked right behind me. The parking is very bad if you want to keep an eye on your car if you’re an overthinker and a worrier like me!

We found bugs all on our nightstand including little roaches. It was disgusting. The ac unit kept the room cool but the bed spreads and pillows felt wet from the humidity in the room. We also had people yelling throughout the night and kept waking me up. All in all not the best for the price.

I booked through Expedia and the information got twisted up somehow and I was charged by Expedia and the hotel separately for the same stay. And NO ONE ALERTED ME OF THE CHARGE TO MY CARD. I was told by the hotel when I got there they would Only take a deposit(after I had called previous to not start to check if there was a deposit and was told no) which I was waiting to get back but apparently they just charged my card instead. Between Expedia and the hotel I will have to wait until this Monday which is 2 weeks after my stay to speak with someone who can hopefully resolve my issue. (The girl I spoke to at the hotel was very nice and did her best however she didn’t have whatever authorities to fix my issue). There’s no reason that there is only ONE person who can handle such issues. The poor woman is on vacation and there’s an issue- who handles it- no one. Customer service standards from both Expedia and Quality inn are just not there. I will not be back due to this issue.

The check in was terrible and took well of 30 minutes to get the keys when I had already booked online and no one was in the office but me and the worker… the worker was very unorganized! The room reaked of cigarette smoke. I thought we booked non smoking but I guess we were gave the last room… we didn’t arrive in the room till 1:10 am so it was too late to try to find anything else plus I was worn out from a 7 hr drive! Then we woke up at 8 am to see a roach crawling up the door! The hotel walls were cracked, etc… I’m just thankful it was for only a few hrs and the one outfit that we took with us will be thrown away to make sure we don’t pack home nc roaches! Definitely do not recommend this place! Sleep in your vehicle before you waste money on this dump! Staff are unorganized and rude should have been my first cue to leave.

Check in was quick. My room was handicap accessible but I made my reservation late and the hotel was sold out for the weekend. I was surprised at breakfast with an egg and sausage option. I love the shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers.

Check in was initially a little shaky as I booked through Expedia but didn’t use a debit or credit card as I paid via Affirm where I split payments over 3 months so I hadn’t made a payment yet. The clerk said that card used was declined but called her manager, they did something on their end and I was able to check in early at 1030am. Short delay but had a cup of coffee, clerk was friendly and all went well!

This is like a motel and not a hotel. People sitting in their car basically in front of your door smoking. Very very low class and all night we were worried some one might break in to our room. Not a safe area at all.

Overall a great stay for the price. The exterior of the facility was older but my room was well-appointed, clean and things were all in good working order. Also, the bed was excellent compared to mine at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of selections and was freshly cooked. In addition. the location was good as it is on the main thoroughfare in Monroe, easy to get to lots of restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. I enjoyed my two nights there.

This is your average cheap motel. The rooms are clean, except the carpet was questionable, and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was GREAT! However, the neighborhood is scary. Lots of balcony leaners and "massage technicians" coming and going. Good value for the money.

Coffee was very weak. Bagels were hard, but there were 2 types of waffle batter, and they tasted very good. Finding the entrance to parking lot was tricky. Good restaurant choices within walking distance. Outside property did not seem well cared for.
