Handicap room was specifically NOT Requested. However our tub had a seat over it that was improperly installed. It could not be lifted out if the way. Plus staff at the office could not figure out our bill. The bill is still unresolved! Goose poop was all over the parking lot and side walks. We were there 4 days. No attempt was made to clean it up !

This location is convenient to family. We needed a room with a roll in shower and bench. Our room was perfect for us. The room location was convenient to the breakfast and parking. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the helpful staff who prepared and set it up. We will be back!

The property was very clean and the pool was wonderful.most staffers were amazing. However, two staffers disappointed me. The man at check in was rude to me and the breakfast lady brought me to tears. She told a manager that I allowed my children to serve themselves at the buffet when I’m fact only my oldest did and the signage said she was of age. I told her I was visiting my very I’ll mother and instead of helping me or offering sympathies she continued to me rude to me and I cried. It was unbelievable and ruined my stay. I hope I’m the future they could learn to treat people more kindly.

Nice feel as soon as you walk in. Very clean and didn’t smell like bad carpeting. Staff was friendly. Checking in was fast. Parking was efficient and breakfast was good. Great seating area. The only thing was the sink pressure was very low and couldn’t get the heat to work, kept switching to cold air but besides that We would definitely stay heat again!!!!!

The lounge type chair has stains on it and needs cleaned. The shower head was weak-no pressure this trip. Never had problems in past stays. Also it had a faulty toilet handle. This is room 302.

Great up-to-date hotel! Everything was spotless. Room was large with a king bed, chaise couch, a large comfortable chair to watch TV & a work space that you could sit or standup. Bathroom was very clean & the shower had sliding doors instead of an annoying & dirty curtain.

I loved staying here. Front desk was very helpful answering questions. Check in and check out very simple. The breakfast was excellent and had a nice variety. The only issue was the hand bar in tub needed fixing and there was a long crack in the tile on back wall of bathtub. Everything was very clean. When I come back this is where I will stay.

My family and I were in town for a tournament. We whole heartedly enjoyed everything about our stay!! The room was very spacious, the beds were comfy, and you did not hear everyone and their momma in the hallways or doors slamming!! The hotel is located within minutes of a lot of wonderful restaurants and the local Walmart was across the road. Everything was closely centrally located making it easy for a family of 7. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

I missed the renovation warning. We did have to move to another room because there was no hot water, but it was an easy fix. I'll come back when renovations is done. Noise wasn't bad at all. Shopping and food places are very close by.
