Check in super easy, there is a parking charge of $8 per car. That might of been mentioned and just over looked it. Hotel restaurant isn’t really a restaurant it’s a small bar, and only had a few options that you could order.

The pool was nice and so was the room.The breakfast was good and had a great variety.However It was hot down stairs and there was only 1 elevator. We had to pay for parking when we didnt even drive up there we took an uber.

Arrived late, staff was very friendly, some renovations going on. Restaurant and bar closed..one elevator closed other was slow. Does need some upgrades...great breakfast...only stayed the one night and it checked all our needs

The hotel is very run down and needs a major update. One out of two elevators was down the entire weekend, and the working one was questionable. Breakfast was comparable to other chain hotels that offer free breakfast.

It is ridiculous to be under construction and not mention it and still charge full price. I woke to a man walking past my window on the second floor and drilling and hammering. Then suprise there was a $8 charge for parking just to come outside and one the construstion vehicles was blocking my car

We stayed at the Hyatt in Brentwood September 4-7 2025. We booked this hotel because they had an outdoor pool that was supposed to be open until October 1. When we arrived they told us the pool was closed for the season. I was very disappointed. The room that we stayed in was mediocre. The couch had stains on it and the bathroom had mold on the walls of the shower near the floor of the shower. There were several other hotels to choose from in the area, but we chose this hotel because of the outdoor pool.

It looks nice in the pictures but run down and outdated on the inside. The bathrooms are super small, the paint chipping off door frames, the room numbers are laminated paper with double sided tape. The free breakfast was just okay. Only ate there once. Only two of their exercise machines worked in their very small fitness centre. Unfortunately will not stay again.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel grounds and interior could use some freshening up. Noticed several guests with large and multiple dogs staying there. Room was a bit dated .. and dark.. extremely tight bathroom door access. Bed was comfortable. Shower looked clean and worked well.. Closet was tiny and a bit difficult to access. No microwave in room . Front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we Had an issue with stink bugs on the room curtains.. probably gained access through the air conditioner. They are a seasonal pest and front desk promptly sent someone up to remove them. The hotel staff was apologetic and brought us a complimentary gift of bottled waters and snacks. Breakfast was decent.. liked the fresh fruit offering. The eggs were tasteless. Chose the hotel because of its low rate on hotels.com. Probably will not stay there again and will choose a newer property.

The room could have been cleaner. There were lots of ladybugs everywhere. The shower-head was terrible, needed an upgrade. The bathroom door couldn’t close as it hit the toilet. The toilet stuck out too far from the wall so the door hit the front not allowing it to close. The staff was just ok. I did have a charge on my bill that wasn’t mine and had to get with finance to get it removed.

We stayed here one night on our way through Nashville. We chose the location for the space provided which was good but the shower/toilet area was so small you could barely shut the door. The tv did not turn on, the AC struggled to get below 75, one elevator was out so the other was impossible to catch and the biggest issue was the dirty bedding. When we held up the white comforter, it was brown and there was mold inside when held up in front of light. The breakfast was also very disappointing. We definitely will not be back.

I decided on this property due to the reviews and because I have stayed at Hyatt properties in other cities. However, this one missed the mark on so many levels. The room overall had a dirty feel to it. The carpet was stained. The bed linen wasn't crisp and the bathroom was so tiny you literally could not turn around without bumping into something. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone but especially if you're traveling with someone you may not otherwise undress in front of because you will surely have to come out of the bathroom to dress after showering. There is probably less than a foot of space between the bed, shower and door (give or take). Not to mention they apparently do not have pest control as there was an infestation of lady bugs or "Asian Lady Beetles" as the General Manager corrected me on. When I first arrived and noticed there was an issue surrounding the window seal and AC unit, I immediately went down to the front desk to alert the on staff manager. She very quickly acknowledged that it was an issue and proceeded to state that they did not have any housekeeping still on staff nor did they have a vacuum. She informed me that she could send someone the next day, but never did. Later that night, she contacted me back to say she had located a vacuum and I was welcome to come down and get it to clean my room?! GIRL WHAT?!! Not to mention the breakfast is disgusting! The waffle mix tasted like something I have never tasted before. Definitely -0/10.

I’ve stayed at other Hyatt’s that have been better taken care of. This one was not that clean. Shower had mold in it, hallways smelled dirty and had carpet appeared to be coming loose and had lumps in it by the elevator that present tripping hazards, and ice machines not working. Will not stay here again.

Room smelled like dog pee, carpet was so disgusting our feet stuck to it. Only saving grace for this hotel was the front desk guy Chris!!! He was amazing, helpful and very welcoming!! Probably got a crappy room because we booked through expedia and not them directly!

For the price, not at all worth it. Sleeping sofa is trash and will break your back. Double Beds are the smallest I've ever slept on and a bad musty smell due to mold. This place needs an update and work done, by actual "skilled" tradesmen. The work you see that was done, it's terrible

This was our second time at this property and unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly this time. When pulling out the bed from the couch we found a used condom wrapper. We also found an eye lash on the sink counter. The staff was nice and brought us new sheets, but we weren't offered a new room. We were so disappointed. Also, the number sign to our room was broken. We most likely won't be staying here because of this. But the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

All was fine but we stayed in an accessible room and the mirror is so small in the bathroom we had to bend over the entire time we were using it. Brushing teeth, drying hair, applying makeup. There’s no way someone in a wheelchair could get in front of the mirror with the stand that holds the hair dryer and bath mat where it is. It’s great that the stand is provided since there is no counter space, just not practical for a wheelchair user. If using the sink from the side you wouldn’t be able to see in the mirror at all. The mirror should cover the whole wall and be full height if you want it to serve everyone’s needs. Just providing helpful feedback. The front staff and breakfast staff were very warm and welcoming, everything worked in our room.

Shower sprayed water everywhere but down where it should. Started to take a Luke warm shower after waiting for hot water to come out for 10 minutes. Then scalding hot water suddenly appears soon as you are all lathered up. Towel rack is IN the shower?!?! Ridiculous! The "my pillow" style pillows are awful and go completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. Staff should have warned of the EXCESSIVE noise with any room facing the front of the hotel. Extremely busy and loud street and interstate noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The stench of marijuana in hallway when getting off the elevator was overwhelming. The ONLY bright spot was the wonderful woman tending to the bar and food on the Friday night I was there.

The breakfast is minimal, cold and tasteless and they run out by 7:30 and didn’t replace anything (even napkins!) I had pre booked through Expedia; the staff onsite and the GM over the phone could not locate our booking. The GM stated she "saw it on their Expedia portal, but it blocked her". After forty minutes of hassle to just get a room, we were told they would match the Expedia pricing and the same room style, which was necessary as we had 3 adults and 3 children. We got into the same style room, but the next morning when still trying to work with staff to find my booking, they said they couldn't match my price, "but got close". They also attempted to charge $8 per day for parking and stated that the complimentary breakfast and coffee should "make up for the different". They still did not contact Expedia to tell them the issue to ensure I am not charged twice, as they said they would during the check in debacle. There is a bar behind the check in desk and upon walking in, there was 12 highly intoxicated and boisterous, obnoxiously vulgar people that staff could not get control of. The people in rooms can be heard all the way down the hallways and the guests next to us were extremely roudy all throughout the night. Horrible experience with dishonest authenticity and pricing scams. Will not stay at another Hyatt again.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I am a Hyatt fan and I really wanted to like this place but there were a few issues. We had no hot water on the second day of our stay. This caused us to run late. The cleaning people came, we told them we would be out in 10 minutes. They said they were going upstairs. I thought that meant they would be back. They never came back and made the room. There is only one ice machine which is on the sixth floor abd we were on the 1st floor, I have stayed in many Hyatts. I will not stay in this one one again. The property cost $50 more a night to book on the Hyatt website than Expedia. I later found out that I would not receive point for my stay since I didnt book on Hyatt. The price should be the same or lower to book directly. We know that Hyatt will pay Expedia for the booking. Disappointing that the hotel doesn't put up cameras and seems to have removed ones they had. Can detour the extra trouble, no direct liability. We came to Nashville area for a college visit. Hotel was ok. Bathroom area was super small. Bed pillows were terrible. On our last night, 16 cars were broken into and 1 other was completely taken. We were blessed that ours was not included in the group of vehicles. The building didn’t have cameras and there wasn’t any security. They either need to update the building to get security cameras or hire security, or both. I had read reviews from the week before stating there were car break-ins but I decided to try it anyways. Now that it’s happened again, I recommend staying somewhere else that has better security. Also had to pay $8 a day for self parking and it isn’t even a lot that we should have to pay for. Especially if it isn’t secure!

It's a great location and the people are very friendly. I'm very disappointed that they charge $8 per night for parking. It's not a downtown location and none of the other hotels in the area charge. It's not a lot but it is just an example of how some places try to take advantage of very situation.

We stayed here twice;going to Gulf Shores & on our way back from Gulf Shores approximately 7 days apart. First time I was satisfied. Second time not so much. 1 out of 2 elevators was out of service & the one in operation was soooo slow. We were on the 6th floor or we would have used the stairs. Elevator is on the small side so a luggage cart & a few people are all it can hold at once. Overall, it was a clean place to stay. Nothing spectacular. Bed was comfy & shower was hot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. On site bar & restaurant are not well described on the website. We were expecting a real restaurant & bar. This is nothing but a lobby with some hard liquor and air fried bar appetizers. Definitely not a bar or restaurant atmosphere. We ended up going to Longhorn across the street. First stay breakfast was delicious and well organized. Staff kept everything full and organized despite a high school soccer team being there. Very well behaved students I might add. Second time it was a hot mess with less options & staff was not as good at keeping up with the extra influx of what I presume was a wedding party. I’m not sure if I would stay here again or not. It’s decent for the price but if I had only had the second experience, I wouldn’t return.

Let me preface this review by saying that the staff there was super friendly. My take was the owner/manager is a cheap skate and a crook taking advantage of a person that blindly chose his or her property!! So let’s begin. Checked in at the property around 10PM. Bar was open till 11 so the wife and I went to have a drink or two before turning in. So 3 Tito’s and Sprite and wife’s 3 Blue Moons later I get a tab for $112. So I asked for a detailed bill to see I was paying. $30 a drink for a vodka and soda seems to me a little excessive. I think so and I’ve been to Vegas a few times. Get to our room to watch TV while falling asleep to find the “Smart” TV was stuck on some type of Home Screen with a spinning circle. Called the desk and they offered to re room me but being almost midnight I declined to move. Wake up the next morning to go get Coffee in the lobby and they were out. Only decaffeinated available. Not my style at all. So I went to the room to make some coffee only to find the coffee maker in the room was missing parts and was unable to make coffee. The water available in the room was $5 a pop as well. Not my best experience.

The room was very nice, to be expected of Hyatt, of course. Couple of downsides: there seemed to be a lack of hot water many times in our room. Also: the breakfast in this hotel is quite sub-standard. They need to step up their game here: same thing every day, so-so quality. Much better in even lower grade hotels.
