John Great seeing you again. The place was perfect. Clean, roomy, and plenty of extras. The kitchen was stalked with everything we needed. We always enjoy sitting my the pool eating lunch. Played lots of golf and plenty of shopping. Christmas is always great with family and friends. A big thank you for everything and hope to see you again next November.

This property is extremely kid friendly. We enjoyed how spacious the property was and an at home feel. Pool is a very nice size but we were unable to use due to weather. All the comforts of home can be found in the kitchen and a properly outfitted laundry room. Ample sleeping space for a larger family. The neighborhood was not as expected but this home is a little oasis in a well established neighborhood and likely the best home in the neighborhood. The laundry room due possibly to the location has a very moist smell.

The instructions were very clear in regards to getting in the house and rules of the house. Walking into the house it was a great layout and super clean. The pool was an amazing bonus. Would be great if we could get the house again the next time we visit.

The queen bed was quite comfy! Pool was great to have with the downtime we had prior to our kids dance competition.Master bath is small, and water pressure low, plenty of hot water, however. Some other things could use some updates. Overall, we’d stay again. John was very easy to communicate with, and fast to respond. Convenient to several options in the area, and Whataburger made our week, no longer having one close to us!Thanks again!

It was easy to access the home. Upon entering it was very clean. We were a group of 4 men on a golfing trip. My on complaint was the kitchen utensils ie plates and pots and frying pans were in desperate need of replacing. Other that that the place was great. Jack badge

The property has been amazingly updated and was a pleasant stay. You’re only a few minutes from the shops and have easy access to the freeway. Well equipped and the pool was perfect. Beds were better than what we have used with other verbs in the past. The owner is easy to communicate with and was easy to reach for questions.Will use again.

John always has the place nice and clean. We had a very good time with our family in Orange Park. The house is close to the mall, golf courses and grocery stores. It is very easy to get John if needed. Thank you very much John, we always have a fun with our granddaughter at your house. See you next year fo Christmas.

The price was right for the location and the overall house however, the smell in the house kept us away. It smelled like dead mice. The fragranced plug ins didn’t even budge the smell! We spent a couple hours cleaning. The floor, table top and counter tops were sticky as if the house was recently bombed for roaches. The primary bathroom toilet was obviously not cleaned. I notified the owner. He apologized but, didn’t offer anything as a resolution to a bad situation. We will not be staying again!

The place is beautiful. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything is conveniently located. The pool is great. If i had any questions or needed anything. Jon the owner got back to me with in 10min by text or if i cslled he answered his phone right away. The house stayed nice and cool. I actually got cold. We will definitely stay again. If fact my family and friends who came over for a BBQ. Are going to stay there next time the come back to Florida. Jon was very kind to allow us to check early. We drove from PA.

The property was the perfect size. Me and my family enjoyed the pool, closeness to shopping and the easy access to all the major routes leading through Jax/Opark. Would definitely stay at the property again in the future if my travels put me through that location again. Thanks John.

Het huis is gelegen in een redelijke buurt. Je kan huizen huren in duurdere wijken, maar dan kan je het als normaal gezin niet betalen. Dat maakt dit huis de juiste prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Wij konden met de auto alles goed bereiken en er waren ruim voldoende faciliteiten rondom ons heen. Het huis heeft nagenoeg alles wat je nodig hebt. Wat vooral prettig was is de snelle reacties die de landlord John gaf. Helder en oplossingsgericht. Beste John bedankt dat wij je huis mochten huren. Wij als Nederlands gezin hebben genoten. Tot ooit en god bless you and your family.

Het huis is gelegen in een redelijke buurt. Je kan huizen huren in duurdere wijken, maar dan kan je het als normaal gezin niet betalen. Dat maakt dit huis de juiste prijs kwaliteitsverhouding. Wij konden met de auto alles goed bereiken en er waren ruim voldoende faciliteiten rondom ons heen. Het huis heeft nagenoeg alles wat je nodig hebt. The place is beautiful. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything is conveniently located. The pool is great. If i had any questions or needed anything. Jon the owner got back to me with in 10min by text or if i cslled he answered his phone right away. The house stayed nice and cool. I actually got cold. We will definitely stay again. If fact my family and friends who came over for a BBQ. Are going to stay there next time the come back to Florida. Jon was very kind to allow us to check early. We drove from PA.

Enjoyed the pool area but could not use the pool to cold the pool cleaner Brain was awesome. Lots of stores close which was very nice.

The property has been amazingly updated and was a pleasant stay. You’re only a few minutes from the shops and have easy access to the freeway. Well equipped and the pool was perfect. Beds were better than what we have used with other verbs in the past. The owner is easy to communicate with and was easy to reach for questions.Will use again.

The property was the perfect size. Me and my family enjoyed the pool, closeness to shopping and the easy access to all the major routes leading through Jax/Opark. Would definitely stay at the property again in the future if my travels put me through that location again. Thanks John.
