If you’re considering other options in the area, stay here!! There are only 8 rooms and the staff goes above and beyond to educate you about the island. The family feel really makes your stay unforgettable! The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. There are lots of wonderful dinning & shopping options that are walkable from the hotel. George is happy to give you restaurant recommendations and make you reservations. They provide free bottled water and even a free bottle of local wine as a welcome gift! The view from my room was unbelievable!! It was hard to leave, we will be back!

We thought this was the perfect location in Santorini, Fira over Oai. Suites in a very safe and quiet cliffside but just steps from the action. Best views on the island. Very traditional and historical architecture. Huge breakfast custom built to your liking. Beautiful plunge pool and sun lounge. Staff who makes it so easy with tour, transport and restaurant support. The perfect balance between tranquility and action!

Alojamiento con maravillosas vistas y un equipo de trabajadores muy atento y amable. Muy bien posicionado cer a de la estación de autobuses, en unazona tranquila. Te reciben con agua gratuita, ya que la del grifo no se puede beber, y una botella de vino blanco de Santorini. Muy buen desayuno, que eliges la noche previa y puedes tomar en la habitación y la terraza o balcon. Te ofrecen transfer si lo necesitas. No disfrutamos de la piscina por el tiempo pero está a disposición de los clientes hasta la puesta de sol. Totalmente recomendable.

Great owner, staff and room! The rooms were clean and the jacuzzi was great! It is built on a cliff, so the wind is very strong, but the view is great! We came to Santorini on an early morning flight, cold and at a loss, but the owner and staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was good too! Thank you very much.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We stayed in a room with a hot tub and enjoyed the amazing views. We had great hospitality from George and Stelios, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! Staff is friendly, it's very close to everything, easy to get around, comfortable bed and shower, and the view can't be beat. We stayed in the caldera view room with hot tub and I cannot imagine a better place to stay. We took the bus from the airport and then it was about 5-10 minute walk up hill, which wasn't bad, but the hotel also offers a transfer from the airport/ferry for an extra fee.

Location was very convenient to busses and walking to dining and shopping, with great views especially from patio at top level. Did I mention the great service?! Everything about this property is absolutely perfect! From the breathtaking views of the sunset & caldera, to the delicious breakfast on the terrace, to the top notch customer service provided by everyone who works there…this property is fantastic!!! This is the second time I have stayed here & I will definitely be back. I travel frequently & this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Hotel is super clean, well maintained, & quiet but yet steps from the main streets of Fira. The manager even went out of his way to help my boyfriend celebrate his milestone birthday while we were there…thank you so much!!!! Fabulous and well run property!!!

Pantelia Suites has the best caldera views on the island. Just steps from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping streets and restaurants, but an island of tranquility. The breakfast with caldera view is unbeatable. We will be back!

We had the most amazing stay here!!! We stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and we both agreed that it was our favorite place out of the entire trip! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like one of the famous Santorini cave houses! The location was incredible (very close to the main part of town). The best views from your own balcony. Don’t need to fight the crowds in town to see the sunset because your balcony is the best place for it! The breakfast each day was so delicious. But the best part was the service from the hotel staff. We are young and are just starting our lives together so we don’t have the budget to stay in expensive/fancy hotels. But this hotel made us feel like we were royal! The staff went above and beyond for us! They booked reservations, activities, tours, and taxis for us. The manager of the hotel even walked us to the meeting point for a tour to make sure we didn’t get lost. And they provided champagne for us since it was our honeymoon. My husband and I both said we will be coming back to Santorini to stay here again. It was a trip we will never forget and this hotel was the best place we could’ve stayed.

I would give this property 6 stars. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exemplary service, friendliness, and attention to detail. George, the manager, exceeded my expectations and was helpful even prior to our arrival. His communication was quick and helpful. His staff is AMAZING! A special thank you to Stelios, George, Nelly, and Viitalia! The breakfast was delicious and customized for you. It was delivered to your balcony where you could enjoy it while looking at the gorgeous caldera view. They carried your luggage up and down the stairs, provided you with bottled water, pool towels, robes, and slippers. The family feel really makes your stay unforgettable! The grounds and pool were clean and well kept. There are lots of wonderful dinning & shopping options that are walkable from the hotel. George is happy to give you restaurant recommendations and make you reservations. They provide free bottled water and even a free bottle of local wine as a welcome gift! The view from my room was unbelievable!! It was hard to leave, we will be back!

You will be treated like royalty & family. This is in the top 5 hotels my daughter & I have ever stayed at in our lives. We cannot say enough about the beautiful caldera views, the scrumptious breakfast, (top notch waiter too) how quintessentially Santorini the ‘cave like’ rooms are; Pantelia Suites is absolutely stunning in every way! And on top of all of that, you have the most caring and attentive Manager and staff who are so happy to accommodate you in any way you need. I had 2 rather serious issues arise and Kostas, immediately took me to the bus terminal to communicate with the station manager on my behalf. Thank you again, Kostas for your help! The Manager, George, actually drove me to the hospital & picked me up too! Furthermore he searched the island over to find medication that was in very short supply, found it, bought it & delivered it to me! When my lost medication turned up at the ferry port, he collected and delivered that too. It is a very frightening experience to be sick and without your medication in a foreign country. George was an absolute shining star during my whole dilemma & his compassion and problem solving skills literally saved me! Exceptional caring and service! George told me “We do everything for our guests” and it’s the truth! Thank you so much for all you help, George - you are an amazing Manager & human being! We had the best stay at Pantelia suites in Fira. Beautiful little hotel, centrally located with gorgeous views, clean and most importantly with the friendliest most helpful staff. George and Stelios are truly fantastic; they will go out of their way to accommodate you and will give you the best recommendations, always with a big smile. Big bonus: you can watch Santorinis gorgeous sunset from the privacy of your hotel terrasse without having to fight other tourists for a spot. Amazing stay, we hope to be back some day!

Absolutely perfect! Staff is friendly, it's very close to everything, easy to get around, comfortable bed and shower, and the view can't be beat. We stayed in the caldera view room with hot tub and I cannot imagine a better place to stay. We took the bus from the airport and then it was about 5-10 minute walk up hill, which wasn't bad, but the hotel also offers a transfer from the airport/ferry for an extra fee.

We thought this was the perfect location in Santorini, Fira over Oai. Suites in a very safe and quiet cliffside but just steps from the action. Best views on the island. Very traditional and historical architecture. Huge breakfast custom built to your liking. Beautiful plunge pool and sun lounge. Staff who makes it so easy with tour, transport and restaurant support. The perfect balance between tranquility and action!
