This place is beautiful. It looks out toward the back of the island for the sunrise or to be by the big pool and bar but within 100-150 ft from the front door you can walk across the street up to a parking area with benches to view the caldera and the beautiful sunsets! Breakfast included is amazing. The people are so helpful and kind. The place is spotless!

Beautiful, unique architecture, scenic location, helpful staff. Elegant place. Too many steps to the rooms. It was like a maze without proper arrows/ signs. Definitely not meant for the person who is not fit to walk up and down several times a day.

Super extra ! Nous voyageons beaucoup et franchement cet hôtel est exceptionnel sous tout rapport : personnel aux petits soins, petit déjeuner superbe, piscine au top et chambre exceptionnel. nous avions la 321 avec un balcon. Une très belle vue et hôtel bien situé sur Santorin. Un parking gratuit juste à 20m de l'hôtel. Enfin, le restaurant de l'hôtel a des prix très abordable et de la nourriture de qualité :) Le top ! Merci pour tout. Un 4 étoiles qui vaut bien un 5 étoiles !

Well kept and well located. Our room was great, but need to be careful about room locations, some in busy areas with not much privacy. Gym equipment was disappointing and poorly maintained. Excellent breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, they upgraded us to a private pool room for free so that was nice. Hotel is very clean. Only problem is getting to and from anywhere in the hotel is a MAZE the layout is confusing. It is walking distance to the main area of shops and restaurants so that is nice.

We were so impressed by the Santorini Palace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The amenities and service they provided was outstanding. We loved the outdoor pool and breakfast buffet. Parking was easy and the location was great. Lots of places to dine. We will be back. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Début de saison pour l'hôtel. Tous les équipements (salle de sport, hammam, jacuzzi...) n'étaient pas en service. La piscine non chauffée était fraiche en ce mois d'avril. Personnel très professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Balcon dans la chambre magnifique. De l'aéroport ou pour rejoindre l'aéroport, prendre le taxi plutôt que la navette proposée par l'hôtel. A quatre avec bagages, 25 euros en taxi, 40 euros avec la navette de l'hôtel.

Highly recommended.I feel safe. Clean place.Lovely staff...Maria & all the gentlemen staff in the hotel were all kind and friendly. There is a lift which was very useful to oldies and people with knee problem like me. From Fira bus station….kinda bit walkable…good exercise specially in the morning…hahaha….we discovered that easy route on our 2nd day… Breakfast was good…although no rice….hahahaha… It could have been perfect if the pool water was heated…especially during Spring….hehehe…(sorry was used to heated pools on my holidays) Overall, Lovely hotel…Would go back here next time…

Great location, nice hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms. However, the pool was dirty. It stained my daughter swimsuit (yellow stains!!!) the service was average (waiters seem not to collect empty dishes), towels for the pool are old and not in great conditions. Breakfast buffet average

We were warmly greeted as soon as we arrived. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful (Dimitra and Lena) and pointed out how to get around, where to go, recommended restaurants, answered questions etc. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in our travels and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Santorini. The property is a close walk to Fira, and only 20 minutes by bus to Oia. Sunsets are amazing. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices. It is a very relaxing environment where one can sit with a book by the pool one day and go on a trip the next. Thank you for an amazing experience at the hotel and we will stay with you again.

Loved my 4 night stay at the Santorini Palace. Great property, nice pool area, not over crowded, close walk to shops and restaurants and most of all a very helpful staff! I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Santorini Palace! The room was huge and very clean with a private balcony and air conditioning to keep it nice and cool. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area, it’s a standout feature of this hotel with a beautiful pool deck, extremely comfy chairs (and plenty of them, we could always get a spot), a great bar and nice views. On our last day of our trip we relaxed and hung out there all day. The staff were also really friendly and helped us organize airport transfer and the breakfast that was included has lots of options that were switched out daily and beautiful views from the seating area. I would definitely recommend this property but just be warned it’s at one of the highest points of Fira so you do have to walk uphill quite a bit to get there but through the back door it wasn’t too bad at all!

We greView room which was gorgeous. The room was beautiful spotless clean and a really good size. The grounds of the hotel & pool are extremely clean. 10 minute walk to Fira & a 3 min walk to firostefini which had some lovely restaurants and amazing sunset view. Only negative about the hotel very noisy at 7am people banging doors & speaking very loudly outside the door. Also the pool bar won’t serve you fries on their own you must purchase a sandwich to get fries which made no sense.

Pool area was beautiful. Gym was decent and had a standard variety of cardio machines, resistance equipment, and dumbbells. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. AC in the rooms could be improved, there was a unit in each bedroom but no AC unit in the shared living room space. Front desk service was incredible and made us feel so comfortable with our stay. Location is amazing and just a 10-15min walk to downtown Fira, maybe a 15-20min walk to the Fira bus station.

Very nice hotel. Well maintained with a really nice pool area. Bonus... only 30 yards away from a great place to view Santorini sunsets. Only issue is that the WIFI didn't work very well in the rooms. WIFI worked great in the common area near the pool.

Great service and excellent breakfast. Great location and walkable to Fira Square. Plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping. Downside is no WiFi in room but only on property so I was not able to connect to property WiFi the entire stay. The bed was a little lumpy and a bit old. The room was always clean after returning from our day out. Be warned that if you need WiFi to do your thing, you won’t get in room WiFi.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to downtown, has great views of the rest of the island at sunset, and the breakfast buffet had an array of food options to choose from. We didn’t have time to try the pool out as we were out & about most of the time so I can’t review it. I do want to acknowledge that receptionists were very helpful. Yonida was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations, as well as booking our transfers/taxis. Her ability to speak multiple languages was impressive (English & Spanish among others). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable & memorable.

Pool area was beautiful. Gym was decent and had a standard variety of cardio machines, resistance equipment, and dumbbells. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. AC in the rooms could be improved, there was a unit in each bedroom but no AC unit in the shared living room space. Front desk service was incredible and made us feel so comfortable with our stay. Location is amazing and just a 10-15min walk to downtown Fira, maybe a 15-20min walk to the Fira bus station.

We were warmly greeted as soon as we arrived. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful (Dimitra and Lena) and pointed out how to get around, where to go, recommended restaurants, answered questions etc. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in our travels and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Santorini. The property is a close walk to Fira, and only 20 minutes by bus to Oia. Sunsets are amazing. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices. It is a very relaxing environment where one can sit with a book by the pool one day and go on a trip the next. Thank you for an amazing experience at the hotel and we will stay with you again.

Fantastic service! We messaged that we landed early morning and wanted to leave our luggage. Upon checkin at 04:30 they had our room ready at no extra cost. Also due to ferry cancellation (wind) we had to stay another day and they were very helpful in extending our rooms. Can highly recommend this gem in Fira!

We absolutely loved our stay at Santorini Palace! The room was huge and very clean with a private balcony and air conditioning to keep it nice and cool. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area, it’s a standout feature of this hotel with a beautiful pool deck, extremely comfy chairs (and plenty of them, we could always get a spot), a great bar and nice views. On our last day of our trip we relaxed and hung out there all day. The staff were also really friendly and helped us organize airport transfer and the breakfast that was included has lots of options that were switched out daily and beautiful views from the seating area. I would definitely recommend this property but just be warned it’s at one of the highest points of Fira so you do have to walk uphill quite a bit to get there but through the back door it wasn’t too bad at all!

The hotel was great! It faces the east side of the island where we could see the ocean and sunrise. It is close to all shops in Fira. It is accessible from the main road which made it is easier to get in and out with our rental car. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good too. We didn't use the pool but it's probably really nice in the summer. We certainly recommend this hotel.

From start to finish our stay was amazing, staff were excellent and was just a 5-10 minute walk in to the heart of Fira, the 3 bells of Fira are literally across the road and up a small hill at the front of the property and this is also where you have the most amazing view of the caldera find sunset views, Fira is a great base for visiting the whole of the island and was just as good as oia, would definitely recommend

This place is beautiful. It looks out toward the back of the island for the sunrise or to be by the big pool and bar but within 100-150 ft from the front door you can walk across the street up to a parking area with benches to view the caldera and the beautiful sunsets! Breakfast included is amazing. The people are so helpful and kind. The place is spotless!

Property is beautiful and very traditional. There are lots of steps everywhere so probably not suitable for anyone needing access. Rooms were spacios and comfortable and we had a free upgrade to a junior suite which was lovely as there were 3 of us. Only major negative is the poolside menu which had incredibly restrictive menus for vegetarians. For instance there were no fries on offer. Fries only came with certain sandwiches. For vegetarians they only had cheese toasted sandwich (no fries with it) and they couldnt even add tomatoes/ salad or do it without the cheese!! We stayed here for 4nights and spent a fair amount of the day by the pool so the food became VERY VERY repetitive.
